BEWARE: Service Sucks We have been patrons of this restaurant for a few years. Today, we placed a call for delivery to our home which is only 10 minutes from the store. A female, who identified herself only as the manager, was quite rude in taking the order and then had the audacity to say I was the reason she was so rude. First of all, this could not be further from the truth. Second, a merchant should never blame a customer for being wrong or indifferent. This is the quickest way to closing doors to the store permanently. The food is good but sadly, our business was not appreciated and we will find elsewhere to spend our hard earned dollar. Ms Manager needs to know that customers have options. read more

My husband and I went last weekend for lunch and had a great experience. The server was so friendly and helpful with giving suggestions and the food was delicious! Food: 12" Vodka pizza was fair. A little soggy and underwhelming. Garlic knots were weak. They were not actually knotted pizza dough, rather like rolls with butter & garlic. Not impressive. Anthony's pizza is very very good we really enjoy the appetizers especially the bruschetta! It's really big so definitely sharable and their house made Italian vinaigrette is awesome! The mozzarella sticks were good as well a little on the smaller side but still enjoyable. For entrees we got their upside down pizza which was sooooo good we loved the sauce on top pretty different but the cheese pull was phenomenal! The red pepper flakes on top was a nice touch! We also got the tour of Italy which was okay in our opinion we preferred the lasagna and the ravioli but weren't a fan of the shells. And for dessert we got their cannoli and it was delicious! This is the Anthony's Pizza In Oviedo at Riverside Landings. I stopped by for lunch and ordered their barbecue chicken pizza and Chicken Palermo to dine in. The pizza was delicious, with a nice crust and flavorful texture. But the star was their Chicken Palermo. Amazing! I'm returning just for this entree. I shared it with my son, and we both agreed it was fantastic. The server was friendly, and I noticed that there were many regulars coming in while I was there that she warmly welcomed as well. Came with a friend and tried the garlic knots, extravaganza pizza (+pineapple) and the Tour of Italy and everything was delicious! The garlic knots that come complimentary with the tour of Italy were different than the appetizer knots and were topped with a thicker, more buttery garlic sauce with lots of parm. My boyfriend wanted a calzone specifically from here. I've never been here before and decided to order the chicken Palermo. It didn't disappoint! The calzone now only comes in one size but it's very big with enough for leftovers. We ordered for delivery and both items were piping hot and fresh. From the outside you would think it was just an ordinary pizza place, but right when you step inside and see the decorations and atmosphere it's a different story! Our server was so nice and we also got to meet the manager, Chris, who made sure everything was going great throughout. To start, we had the garlic knots which were literally the best I've ever had. They came in this buttery sauce which was everything. We also had the extravaganza pizza with pineapple added on which tasted amazing, especially with the extra cheese! YUCK. The really rude cashier and wait staff not a good sign. They have two prices one for cash and one for credit cards and they are really rude about it. Poorly trained staff who eats in front of you, never says thank you and the worse pizza ever. Hit up Anthony's on the way home last week for a simple NY Cheese Pizza to go, and it did NOT Disappoint! Born in NY and I LOVE Authentic NY Style Pizza. Anthony's is pretty spot on with their Pizza and I couldn't be happier. Facility was following COVID Guidelines, Tables spaced apart, Staff were wearing gloves & Masks. I'm a huge fan of thin sliced pizza. Anthony's is a gem in Oviedo and serves awesome pizza and garlic knots. The restaurant was very accommodating, making my pizza half a Bianca and half an Extravaganza. Both were equally delicious. The Bianca had plenty of ricotta cheese (my favorite!) and the Extravaganza was loaded with meats and veggies. The garlic knots are also notably delicious here. They're pretty big garlic knots, loaded with garlic, and soft and hot on the inside. The marinara sauce that comes for dipping is especially good, chunky, and flavorful. Many restaurants that serve marinara with their knots tend to be plain and lack a homemade flavor, but the marinara at Anthony's is different! Got 3 calzones a pizza and garlic bread and spent over$100. First of all they couldn't get the delivery time correct so they changed it 3 times. We used to get calzones from here and 2 of them barely fit in a box, this time all 3 fit in the box with plenty of room to spare. Ok, we've had a really hard time finding good pizza since moving here. I can't speak to any of Anthony's "normal" style pizzas, but I have to say that their specialty pizza with pesto sauce and garlic is my favorite in town. My only critique is that their crust is kind of blah compared to the rest of the pizza. It's pretty much the same as every other takeout pizza crust. This place is absolutely horrible. We ordered 20 wings and some of them came with feathers. That means that the people who cleaned the chicken did not pay attention. These people must be making below minimum wage if they want to make this horrific mistake. Those feathers could have been infected and we could've gotten sick. This is one of my favorite restaurants in all of Oviedo. Not just pizza places, but all restaurants. I'm not sure why there are low ratings with this place, as I certainly have the right to rate this place as good as anyone. I have eaten here, estimated 30-40 times since the pandemic. It is 10 minutes from my house, I have ordered everything from pizzas, wings, Caesar salads, house salads, Meatballs, chicken Parm, calzones, fettuccine, garlic knots, you name it. And except for one tiny issue where they forgot to hand me my salad because we were chatting away, every meal has been 10/10. I'm new to Oviedo and this is my 2nd foray into a deluxe pizza and mozzarella sticks. Fortunately, Anthony's did the job. Much improvement over Ginos (read my 3 star review). I ordered a medium delux pizza and mozzarella sticks. When i got home I could tell it was going to be good. Really thinks crust and the toppings were actually baked on. My minor critique is that there were so many toppings you had to hold the slice with 2 hands. I digress.
