How just two people -husband and wife- do all the food prep and also all the service is crazy!! Travis does the smoking of the meats and his beautiful wife makes all the sweet treats, including the famous huge chocolate chip cookies, and the rolls the sandwiches come on! They also have salads, their dill pickle pasta salad being the most popular (try it and you'll see why!), corn bread, and sauces to accompany the meats. ( My favorite is the maple bourbon brown sugar but the pomegranate runs a close second.) If you are lucky, you might come by when they have their brisket burgers with a fantastic cheese sauce. I shared mine with my husband; that's how big they are! (See attached pic.) They are only open from Friday through Sunday, but check the website for dates they are closed due to catering jobs for large groups. (Yes, they also do that!)

The Cheeseburger was a good size with a semi thick grilled beef patty topped with melted cheeseburger, onions, pickles and their secret orange sauce on a sesame seed bun.
