On top of the dishonesty, the door edge guards I paid for began peeling off almost immediately. The dealership admitted their third-party installer didn't do it right, yet I'm the one stuck with a brand new car that has parts falling off. It's not about the $34 for a tank of gas; it's about the total lack of integrity, poor quality control, and the disrespectful treatment from the Sales Department. I pulled up, they were very friendly. I stayed in the truck with it running and A/C on. They were very quick and efficient. This has been 1 month ago today and it's still holding, the crack has not spread anymore. I am very pleased with their customer service and their work, also their pricing was reasonable. I had to replace the whole windshield a year before at $600 so their fee was totally worth it to avoid having to do that again. It did come with a lifetime warranty which gives great peace of mind.

I took the mechanic for a drive to show him what the issue was and how to make it happen. The problems all started when the mechanic called me a couple of hours later to tell me that for $250 he wanted to drain the fluid to see if there was anything wrong with the xsfr case. I asked him didn't I just show you the problem? Didn't you hear the noise and even feel it in the floorboard? He said yes. I then asked then why should I pay $250 to see if there is an issue? We already know there is an issue. There is a time and a place to upsell the client. This was just wrong. That was June 25. I was given an estimate of between $500 and $2800 if total rebuild for the job. I didn't hear from them until I called on July 3. On that day I was promised I would be kept in the loop and get an update that day. I didn't. I called on Monday July 6 now 12 days after I dropped it off and was originally told that the rebuild shop usually takes 2-3 days to do the job but they were going to find out why they didn't have it. I was then called back and told they were going over to pick it up and that it wasn't a complete rebuild so it wouldn't be the higher amount for the job. I was later called and told they installed it but it still made the noise. At that point I just asked for my truck back. I was then told by the owner that I cussed out the employees which I never said one cuss word. He said they had recordings. I told him I never cussed. Later he said he reviewed some of the tapes and I didn't cuss. So the employee lied about me to cover her mess. I told them as long as my truck was driveable I was coming Tuesday July 6 to pick it up. The owner contacted me and said it would be completed on Tuesday and finished, in his words, " on my dime." When I got there neither the lying employee or the owner was there and I was charged almost $3500 for the job that took 13 days instead of 3-4 and told is wasn't going to be as much as $2800 and be covered. This the worst treatment I have ever had by ANY place. They don't even deserve the one star rating
