    The "Bacon Walk" entrance.

I stopped by early on Sunday morning because I could not pass on a flight of bacon! Honestly all the food looked good, but I was here for the bacon! The host explained you live up, place your order/pay and are then seated. I did as instructed and was sat at a two top. I loved all the bacon except the " pantry Bacon". Honestly it tasted off, and I did not mention anything to my server as honestly the other flavors were amazing and I was getting full. Next time I visit I will bring a friend and definitely be trying the bacon topped cinnamon rolls as it looked soooo good! The restaurant has ample indoor and outside seating.

Bacon flights? Say less. If you love bacon then this might be your place. The place lives up to its name and offers different varieties of flavors of bacon, wraps, burgers, and other brunch items. I wasn't a big fan of my burger but my husband lived his wrap. The bacon flight with a burbon coffee, rosemary, sweet, spicy, and regular bacon was a nice sharing item. Place stays busy on a weekend so join the line and try them out.

First of all, I didn't take enough pictures because the food looked and smelled so good, everyone started eating before I remembered. Bacon & brie sandwich was nice and crunchy with lots of bacon, some tomato, and enough brie to hold everything together. With the tomato soup, it was so nice on a cold morning. Plus, I got an espresso milk punch (like it punches you in the face, but then it wraps itself around you for warm hugs). Daughter had the poutine. Fries, cheese, and eggs, were good, but the gravy! The gravy was so addicting, it was bacony, slightly sweet and buttery. Next time I need to get biscuits and gravy with the punch and it would probably be the ultimate comfort breakfast. Seating is done by the host after ordering, so no one can sit at a table ahead of time, which was nice since it seemed limited for large parties. Ambiance was nice for conversation.

Slowest ordering process I've ever experienced. For an "order at the register" establishment, they're at 1/3rd speed, (think bad day at the DMV). 1 hour shuffle: fully inside the main room line to register. Suggestion: have a staffer answer menu questions BEFORE they get to the register. About 1/2 tables were empty too, so it's not a capacity control strategy. Shout out to the super kind (and tall) beverage guy, he seems like the hardest guy working here. The decor is a warmly decorated, fun, porcine themed space. Good news: the Food came out pretty quickly and was super tasty. The drip coffee is properly brewed. If you're enjoying a LAZY day with no place to be, this is a worthwhile visit. Just prep yourself for the wait. (Especially if you come with the kids)

What a phenomenal little brunch spot right in the heart of downtown Boise! I was in town to attend our new Community Ambassador's first-ever Yelp Elite Event at a nearby brewery, and we met up earlier in the day to enjoy a late breakfast (or was it an early lunch). We started with their famous bacon flight (highly recommend!) and I grabbed a bloody mary. Then I dove into my delish order of shrimp 'n grits. It was a huge portion that I couldn't finish, but it was quite tasty with plentiful amounts of grilled shrimp atop warm, gooey grits. Did they use a little too much butter in this dish? Probably! But growing up with a stepmom from the south, I could appreciate it just the same. We sat outside on their beautiful patio, and got wonderful service as we chillaxed on a warm Boise morning. If you're looking for brunch in the Treasure Valley, this place is definitely not to be missed!

Unidentified bacon flight with tomato soup and grilled cheese

I found this spot as a recommendation from TikTok. Great name! Why wouldn't I try it? I ordered the bacon flight that came with 5 different bacons pieces. They were not marked so I had no idea what flavors I was tasting. I could only guess. The bacon was also lukewarm at best. I also ordered the half grilled cheese that had more ingredients than cheese. It came with tomato soup that was chunky with onions and other unknown ingredients. Definitely don't recommend. Lastly, I'm not a fan of tipping before my meal but I did. The standard 20%. My food was delivered with a carafe of water and that was it. Never saw anyone again. At the very least, I would expect someone to come over and check in. I wanted to see if I could get the bacon identified but I guess I'll never know.

I had the Benny Hill with breakfast potatoes. The food was pretty solid and the restaurant was nice looking, the only complaint I have is the service was just ok (could've been more prompt and friendlier) and the coffee is self-serve which is a bit annoying.

Love Bacon Boise! I appreciate the walk up and order style so you have the option of leaving whenever you'd like. Service is great and the food is even better. I recommend doing the Bacon Shot appetizer which features a healthy sampling of their different bacon flavors. Everything was cooked and prepared perfectly.

The cooks sent him this bacon because they said he had the coolest shirt!

This is the best breakfast place in all of Boise! Not only is the food absolutely delicious but the service is top Tier on every single visit. Today when we were in line ordering, the cooks in the back sent my little one a piece of bacon because they loved his Mario shirt! Now I'm convinced this place has the best service in all of Boise too! They really make the visits memorable. We love all of the Pig and Bacon decor of the restaurant too! All around great place for a breakfast stop. Highly recommend ordering the Arkansas Breakfast with the Rosemary Bacon.

Came to Boise on business and needed a quick breakfast to bring back to the hotel while working. Bacon was a great choice! I had the Berryhill and Maple Rosemary bacons, both were a delicious bite of salt, fat, sweet, and heat. I also got the El Paso burrito. It was stuffed full of ingredients and fed me for two meals which made it worth the price tag for me. The service was quick and friendly, they were more than happy to answer questions about the menu and personally handed me my to-go order. The vibe inside of the restaurant was so fun. Overall no complaints at all, would highly recommend and will be back when I return to Boise!

From the moment you step inside, the place has that quintessential speakeasy feel. The ambiance is dark, moody, and eclectic, with vintage touches throughout. One feature that really caught my eye was a stunning cove-like structure that added so much character to the space. The menu was just as impressive as the décor -creative, varied, and full of unique cocktails that felt thoughtfully designed rather than your standard bar offerings. They even have a few "secret" drinks hidden on the menu, and the staff will happily tell you how to find them, which is a fun touch.Since another reservation was due to arrive in about 40 minutes, we kept it to two cocktails, which was perfectly fine as we were only stopping in for a nightcap. Both drinks were beautifully crafted. I especially loved The Canvas ,it was bright, refreshing, and memorable. My husband wasn't quite as enthusiastic about his cocktail, though he's generally not one to send a drink back or complain. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. Pricing felt fair for the quality of the cocktails and the overall experience.

The staff is always attentive and impressively knowledgeable about the drinks. This visit, I tried something different--a whiskey sour served over shaved ice. I loved how perfectly chilled it was; the ice kept the drink from becoming overly sweet as it melted. I typically go for more booze-forward cocktails, so this was a fun change for me. My partner ordered a Toki highball, which was a perfect fit for his keto diet--highly carbonated soda water, Toki Japanese whiskey, and lemon. Clean, simple, and refreshing. If you're in the mood for a dark, super romantic experience, the space delivers moody ambiance in spades. Be sure to make a reservation!

A small window in the door opened and we had to provide a password to gain entry. (Initially our large group had to reserve 3 time slots and we would be seated separately.) I was in the first group. We were let into a small area with floor to ceiling bookcases. Of course there was a book that once pulled, opened a secret door to the bar within. The ambiance was dim lighting and groups of comfortable seating areas. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the drinks on the menu. I started with a mocktail that could be made vegan by omitting the egg white. Beautifully presented with a flower design. It was sweet and it was tart. The second drink I got was a cocktail that was smooth with a perfect amount of sweet. My friends got cocktails in their unique glasses. When our next group came through, they were led into a room. After a while, one friend came out to say hello to us. The waiter noticed that we knew each other and told my group to follow him. The room was dimly lit and was furnished with comfortable armchairs and couches. Our third group was able to join us in the room and we were able to mingle seated or standing. The different drinks that were ordered were so cool. A smoky bubble was set on top of a cone shaped glass that resembled an ice cream cone. I had a couple of friends that ordered gin drinks and they were served in a bathtub complete with rubber ducky! This was such a fun and special way to celebrate a friend's birthday! The service was superb!

Imagine yourself walking through the 8th St promenade in downtown Boise. It's hustling and bustling with people and restaurants that are packed. Then, out of the corner of your eye, you see an alley. It's kinda dark, maybe a little unsettling at first. You see a steel door with a small panel at the top of the door. No door handles but a green lit old stagecoach light, a small wooden sign hanging g just beyond the door with a key on it. Hmmm, strange. In faded sharpie letters it says Knock knock on the metal door, so you knock twice. The panel on the door slides open and they ask for the password. Whoa!!!! Luckily you called ahead to make reservations so they whispered it to you. You give the password and door opens to a tiny little library with a couple of shelves full of books. The hosts welcomes you and you stare at the bookshelf knowing it isn't just a bookshelf but a door. You try pulling on different books guessing which is the right one but after a minute the hostess shows you and you enter a beautiful brick walled 1920s decorated room with seats and dim lights and no windows whatsoever. The artwork is prohibition-era themed. Heck, there's even a stack of wooden barrels that supposedly hold spirits. That is exactly the speakeasy experience you are looking for. We were seated in the boiler room, a private area which had beautiful wooden lockers with glass doors all lit up and full of booze. Books line the wall and there is an old fireplace covered with candles that have melted wax all over the mantle. In the corner is a poker table. Really the perfect vibe for a speakeasy. Glance at the menu and notice their tang of cheaper to very rare and unique spirits, some costing hundreds of dollars for a shot. Whisky, vodka, rum, gin, scotch, bourbon, you name it. But also check out their cocktails. They can even make mocktails if you don't want alcohol. Not only are the drinks unique but so is their presentation. The glades used I've never seen. Some drinks have a printed pattern on them, others come with dry ice that quickly evaporates or a cool smoked filled bubble. The whole experience was just amazing. This is a do not miss opportunity if you like drinks and cool, unique experiences. They even have another room in the back called the Garrison Room which looks like a mineshaft. I just love the thought put into this place. And when you are done, you exit through a nondescript door and exits to a patio area of another restaurant and back out to the promenade. Just a wow experience! So glad I did it.
