I'll give this 4/10 only because wings were decent. Loaded Fries were soggy and basically drowning . Also never got my regular fries for my combo. couldn't dine in because they didn't want to clean. Staff were unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't recommend

World's Best Chicken Caesar Wrap? Eh. Not really. It's a good wrap but wouldn't give it the world's title. Not sure if the Caesar dressing is homemade either. I'm curious to try other things though. I will admit, the inside is a little gross. Could use more organization and cleaning, especially the bathrooms.

Bad Chicken may be slightly overhyped. I ordered the Fried Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap and found it very tasty. Mine was loaded with fried chicken bites and bacon--a meat lover's dream--but if you're looking for a more balanced Caesar wrap with a higher lettuce-to-meat ratio, this isn't it. This was also the only warm Caesar wrap I've ever had. Most Caesar wraps I've tried are served cold, which is more in line with the standard. That said, the parmesan-crusted tortilla was a great touch. Curly fries were excellent. Unfortunately, the soda machine was out of order, and the only water available was warm. I've heard consistency can vary--some wraps come drenched in Caesar dressing, others barely have any. Wait times can also be long for a menu focused solely on fried chicken.

It's good but I don't know if this is the "Word's Best" Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap What I do know is their marketing worked and the line for this restaurant is LONGGGG. It literally spills out onto the street causing traffic jam. Be prepared to wait in line if you want a chance to try the salad wrap or the other items. I believe it's faster if you parked somewhere and eat in.

Pretty casual spot. They have a patio with some board games to keep ya busy. The parking situation is horrible lol (it runs into the drive thru). Service was super slow. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but not overly crowded. We waited 45 minutes for our order to come out. The chicken Cesar wrap was pretty good, but way too much Parmesan sprinkled on the outside. Also, I'd suggest asking for your dressing on the side or maybe ask them to go lighter on the dressing bc my lettuce was wilted and the wrap was soggy. Mac n cheese was good, creamy, with a little kick to it. Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good, nothin special. Loaded curly fries were average. If this were on my side of town, I'd give it another chance, but since it's 40 mins away it's not worth the drive IMO.

Have come here several times now and can definitely say this place is worth a trip if you're ever in the area! They have a good amount of options to pick from, especially being a hot chicken joint. I feel like a lot of places that sell Nashville type hot chicken often have a limited menu, but this place is definitely different. Recently, I got their smash burger fries, which were definitely worth the wait and tasted just like the renown smash burger that's being served individually at participating restaurants like this one. The staff is friendly and eccentric too. The ambiance is great as well. I've actually been coming here some to watch the stars play lately. GO STARS!! My only complaint really would be the wait, because when there is one, you're definitely going to be waiting for sometime. Now, when the food finally arrives, you'll definitely be left satisfied, so I can't hate too much there. Overall, definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for some BAD Chicken!

Chicken Caesar Wrap and Classic Chicken Sandwich with Curly Fries.

4 all day. We got the chicken wrap and the classic sandwich. Both were fire. The seasoning and breading on the chicken was so well done and had a flavorful crunch. The wrap had a nice tangy dressing and a hefty amount of filling. I do wish the bacon and croutons were more fresh you could tell they weren't made to order but they were still delicious. The sandwich had nice fresh veggies a decent amount of mayo and an amazing brioche bun to hold it all together. Only change I'd make would be more veggies. What keeps this place from a 5 is the cleanliness and AC. All the tables were dirty, the bathrooms were out of order, the floor is sticky and covered with crumbs, and the AC was on its last leg. Regardless I would come back to try the Nashville sandwich and the dessert options.

1 hour from start to finish in drive through line and I was there within the 1st hour of them being open and they were indeed out of queso (please put that on your drive thru menu so that folks waiting know which items are NOT available) My review is solely on food, I don't care about wait times or customer service, I'm there for the food Hot honey lemon pepper- my wings were not drenched like other photos I seen which I'm not mad about but mine were on the dryer side as far as not being enough sauce on the actual chicken, flavor was cool, chicken was crispy , you can taste the honey and lemon pepper. No issues, is it the best? Nope, is it the worst, far from it, would I go back for chicken? Yep, would try other flavors Chicken Cesar wrap was HOT! idk why no one is mentioning that a salad wrap is hot so indeed the lettuce is wilted and HOT! I was not expecting that, I did not like it at all, and will let the rest cool in the fridge to see if the taste improves. Nothing about hot salad peaks my interest. The plain chicken bites in it tasted as if it was seasoned so there's that: Mac and cheese; different but loved. Kinda tasted like queso Mac and I'm not mad about it: Cheese cake egg roll is more like a huge wanton and it was good, crispy and warm Overall I would come back and try a different chicken flavor and I mean, queso seems to be scarce these days everywhere so who knows, I may luck up and come back and it's in stock . Let's remember folks, for some palettes this is the bomb.com, for others it's just ok and guess what? THATS OKAY!

Was it worth the 46 minute wait-nope The food was only ok. Not worth the social media hype. The ambiance was super crowded but this will most likely not last as the food is just not worth the wait. And they also serve it in very flimsy trays so you might just spill it before you get a chance to eat it. It's a 1 and done for me.

Was the chicken bad? Nope, I liked it. But the customer service was horrible. Pros: Wide selection of wing flavors. I personally tried the buffalo lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. Prices are a little higher than other wing places but the size of the wings are much bigger so the value matches the price. Cons: The drive through person asked me to wait twice before ordering. Though she was very cordial and apologetic it was just annoying. She said one of those time she had to take food out to people. So I assumed she was there by herself. As I finally was able to make it through the long wait in the drive through there at least 5 staff members in the background standing around looking. If you know there is a wait to make food please just have people pull forward and off to the side. My total wait time was about 30 minutes. Also, when asked to pull to the side I opted to come inside because I was tired of idling my car. Inside other patrons also complained of the wait and not getting their food. The Mac and cheese is horrible. It looks like they make it with green chilli queso and though it wasn't bad it wasn't what I asked for. Nor does the menu say that's what it was and the picture doesn't indicate that either on the menu. So I was surprised when I saw big green chunks in my cup. The curly fries are meh. Overcooked and no seasoning. Also they ask you to please check your bag for anything missing but they double staple their paper bags so opening it completely ruins the ability to close it again or carry it. Senseless.

The reviews on here don't do it justice. This chicken is solid. I ate a whole bunch of it, wings, chicken Ceasar warp, popcorn chicken. Good flavors, good crunch, and I feel pretty good an hour later. I did think it was weird that the guy taking my order doesn't eat there though. He was nice, but I just found that odd. Would come back.

There was a lot of hype on social media about the Fried Chicken Caesar wrap. I love chicken caesar salads. There was about a 20 minute wait, as expected. It was a large wrap sandwich! To me, it tasted like a chicken lettuce and mayonnaise. I don't doubt they used caesar dressing. However it didn't have the Caesar zing flavor. Anyhoo. I was more put off with ordering a combo (curly fries and drink). I was told they were out of fountain drinks and sweet tea but Lemonade was available. I would've appreciated notice that lemonade is an up charge and adding flavor was another charge. As a consumer, I like to make informed decisions. I thought the lemonade was a substitution for not having fountain drinks versus an offer to pay the upcharge for a lemonade.

Over all Bad Chicken had a great tasting Sandwich. I ordered myself a Bad Buffalo with some Curly Fries. I added some additional Chicken Nuggets to try them out. The Sandwich and curly fries were really good. I also ordered some grilled chicken nuggets, but those nuggets were not actually nuggets. It was just a chicken breast diced up into cubes. The flavor on that grilled chicken was not what I expected. I definitely enjoyed the sandwich which was full of flavor and their curly fries. I asked the guy at the register as It was my first time there and see what he would recommend over all great service. The place itself has a couple big screens TV to watch sports games, but the place itself also has a nice outdoor patio to enjoy some great drinks, I will definitely come back to bad chicken to try their burger. read more

What can I say, this is quite possibly the worst chicken I've ever had. Maybe with a name of Bad Chicken I should have known. Where to start, the chicken strips, the breading was falling off them, they were moist to the touch and for the safety of my wife and I we didn't eat it (nor did we eat any of the items). Second the celery and carrots, if you look at the celery you can see it turning brown. When we looked at the chicken we didn't want to touch that. And lastly the blue cheese dip, a picture says a thousand words, it has undoubtedly gone bad but we were served this mess. Why and how could anyone serve this mess especially with how much customers have to pay. Please be careful and look at your food before leaving, I didn't this time, I usually do, if I would have I would have requested a refund. I will never leave an establishment again without looking at my order again. read more

I dont mind waiting in line fifteen minutes to place my order and i dont mind waiting fifteen minutes to get my order. But when I get home and find the 10 wings that I ordered turned in to a chicken caesar wrap, i am not happy. The label on the bag was correct. The blue cheese and mild sauce for the wings were in the bag. But no wings. I did not mind waiting in line for the order As Long As I Got the wings. They would have been worth it. I would not have waited in line for a chicken Caesar wrap. Sorry. I tried calling several times and the voicemail was full and nobody ever picked up. I will try again read more

Service was terrible. Ordered online for grilled chicken option which was available online. Paid for it. When we picked up order, got home and they did not give us one of the wraps we ordered and grilled wrap was fried. No one answered the phone. Stopped back at restaurant and was told grilled chicken not even available. Then we waited over 1/2 hour for them to remake the other wrap we didn't get. They had to make it twice bc they said they already made it and someone must have taken it. Wow. read more

A lot is bad, but not the chicken. The chicken is fan Flippin tastic. The churro donuts are heavenly. We wanted to try the cheesecake egg rolls, but they are a myth. I'm convinced they buy curly fries from Arby's and resell them. The ranch was ranchin. The sweet tea was expired. The hot honey is not hot. The place is super cool has ax throwing what more could you ask for... I'll tell you what you could ask for maybe a connect 4 set that doesn't fall apart when you put the second piece in. The name lives up to the hype..the chicken was BAD and service was so slow. I waited for 25 mins to get the order which is understandable if it's really busy or if it's cooked to order (one person ahead of me in drive-thru)...I had the "smoked" lemon pepper wings and another forgetful flavor that lacked any taste at all. The curly fries were also BAD, they gave me the "shake" of the fries (crumbs pieces) which you'd think waiting 20+ mins you'd get some good quality fries. But..neither had any flavor, and pretty pricey for what you get as well (10 piece/fries and a drink was roughly $25 which by most places is almost standard with inflation. I don't know if that particular spot on Ross is cursed but NOTHING that has ever been in that building has been good (remember Back Home BBQ)! Tighten up BAD chicken.. read more

Fantastic! Seen all TikTok's and was on my list places to try! The chicken Cesar wrap WAS LIT! So damn good! Deff worth hype! And I got a burger too from his pics looked and it slapped! ‍ I really don't want to be cliche but. The name says it all. Terrible. Jack in the box curly fries are better. Chick fil a nuggets are 1000 % better. Was charged $2 for honey hot sauce. IT WAS NOT IT. most definitely not worth the charge let alone if you gave it out for free. Not sure what would be good on that menu. I'm willing to try more options. Maybe the wings will be better... Service was not it either. Not friendly nor enthusiastic especially for this place just opening. read more

The review of the food is in the name: bad chicken. I pulled up at 12:41 after seeing this place on instagram from a popular reviewer. Marketed as staying open till 2 am and selling chicken and margs. Upon arrival, the inside closed at 12:30 so only the drive through is open.. okay cool! We swing around to order the spiked mango slush and some other drink my bf wanted.. the girl at the window rudely said they stopped selling alcohol after the indoor closes. Then we ordered our food, told her to toss it into the sauces we wanted and requested our dipping sauce. The chicken came out dry. It wasn't tossed. The girl had such a horrible attitude at the drive thru we weren't even comfortable asking questions to try and figure out how it works. We didn't want dry chicken, otherwise we could've went to canes. False advertisement on the alcohol selling too.. we came for chicken AND drinks. The drive thru chick ruined our experience and the food sucked. We didn't get fries or anything. She didn't even ask do we want it as a donor because AGAIN: first time coming!! We thought it would come with fries and were even prepared to order some but the ogre at the drive through was so damn rude we just pulled off. NEVER again. read more

Horrible service, sat down to eat my food today and only got half of my order! Was told they were out of chips and queso which I already paid for so I asked if I could substitute for a dessert which they didn't have either. Asked for a refund and they said I never ordered a smash burger combo which I clearly did with a $40 total including tip, so I tried to let that go and asked for a refund for the chips and queso, so instead of the refund they still insisted on the chips & queso which took over 5-10 minutes so I just left! let them keep the money since they didn't wanna refund me. Won't be returning to this location ever and don't advise anyone else to either read more

I ordered the chicken wrap and cheesecake egg rolls for delivery. I received my order the egg rolls came in a bare grocery store bag withOUT any type of container like it was just thrown in there. When I called to talk to someone about it Rude Sarah answered the phone. I said I wanted to speak to a manager about an issue with my order. Ride Sarah said what was your issue? I asked are you a manager? She then got snippy with me saying "you asked for a manager right?" I said that does not mean that you are one because you did not identify yourself as one. I preceded to tell her my issue with my food not being in a container and just being in a grocery store bag and she said they do that because they don't have a bowl or anything the correct size for the cheesecake egg rolls as the styrofoam container for the wraps would be a waste. I said so you would rather pit your customers food in a bare bag? Would you want to eat your food out of a plastic grocery store bag? Then she kept muting the phone and never returned. Chicken wings and chicken wing fries is what I got. And let me to tell you it was amazing !! The cashier at the front was super nice and helpful in explaining the menu to me. I got one dry rub sauce which was (Texas Dust) and one Honey Hot habanero sauce on my wings. They were both amazing but the Texas dust was my favorite! I also got the sweet mama fries which is boneless chicken wing on top of fries smothered with sauce. Definitely recommend this place. read more

I ordered the Nashville hot chicken Caesar wrap with the dill pickle, with spicy chicken and while it had a lot of potential, I was disappointed. The wrap was swimming in a very sweet honey-butter oil that completely overpowered the Caesar and chicken flavors. What caught me off guard is that the description didn't mention any honey or sweet sauce at all, so it wasn't what I was expecting. I think this would've been great without that sauce, or I should've gone with the regular fried chicken Caesar wrap. Def next time! read more

Came here around lunch time on a Friday, told us there was around a 40 minute wait but we weren't in a rush. It only wound up being a 25 minute wait but if that matters for you still there you go. I really wanted to like this place, heard great things about the wraps and came out pretty disappointed. I ordered the Nashville Caesar salad wrap and it completely fell apart when I picked it up. There were barely any pieces of chicken and most of it was just sauce. The service was good but overall the food just wasn't great. read more

Stopped in today, no one was there... hard to spot when walking by! We both got the 8 piece wings and they were alright. We really love chicken wings and they really didn't excite us. The dry rub was definitely needed if you want "naked wings" it had some seasoning while the true "naked wings" had nothing. Blue cheese and ranch were delicious though! If I stopped in again I would try something else, maybe give the sauces a try! edit: most definitely got food poisoning. sick the rest of the day after eating here. read more

First time eating here 10/21/2024, I've driven by several times and I finally stopped. The service was great, I can't remember the young lady name, she had a Latin accent and I told her I would leave a review. I can't speak on ambiance because used drive through, my honest opinion, the chicken sandwich was dynamite, typical seasoned fries, and drink. This was our first time visiting, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. While we understand that things happen--like the soda machine and men's restroom being out of order, broken soap dispensers in the women's bathroom, and dead flies on the windowsill--those issues alone would not have deterred us from returning. However, the level of customer service we experienced was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we walked in, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. The woman at the front counter greeted us with no warmth or courtesy, still chewing her food, and acted inconvenienced the entire time we were placing our order. Every response was laced with attitude, and it was clear she had no interest in providing a pleasant experience. We were also not given a number for our dine-in order, leaving the process disorganized and frustrating. To be clear: the food was actually very good. But the service was so poor, it overshadowed everything else. Customer service is the heart of any business. It's what brings people back. I strongly urge the owners to seriously reconsider how staff are trained and selected. I understand staffing isn't always easy, but the right employees are essential. They are the experience. And in this case, it was an incredibly disappointing one. read more

One of my best friends and I went to this establishment last week. I ordered the barbecue wings, extra wet and lemon pepper wings. I also ordered chicken nuggets with curly fries and two chicken strips. I did not eat all of my food because I am from out of town and traveling, and I wanted to experience and taste all these different flavor sauces.The dipping sauces that I had were habanero, peanut butter, marshmallow, jelly, sweet thai and bang bang. I am not a fan of the peanut butter marshmallow and the jelly. However, the sweet Thai and bang bang were absolutely amazing. Their barbecuing wings and lemon pepper wings are very good. I don't know what is the problem. I don't know if this place is understaffed. What i do know is, i cannot remember the last time i ordered food ahead of time, before departing to pick up my order. Everytime i simply need to pick up my order it takes at least 15 mins. I cannot imagine what delivery drivers go through. Keep in mind, it takes me more than 15 mins to get to this location. Often times the restaurant has items that's on the menu but unavailable. Much like McDonald's shake machine is always down. Avoid many the rubs because the wings or entree with probably just taste very salty. read more

Right now my go-to drinks are the Purple Drank and the Mangonada, while my boyfriend usually grabs one of their IPAs. The drinks are consistently good and fit the casual outdoor setting perfectly. The food is also underrated. Their cheesesteaks are excellent, and honestly everything I've had from the food trucks has been really good. This was actually the first place I ever tried spicy dill pickle chips, and now I'm hooked. One thing I especially appreciate is the QR code ordering system. It's super fast and efficient, which helps keep the experience relaxed instead of spending forever waiting in lines or trying to flag someone down. Definitely one of the best casual hangout spots in Dallas for drinks, music, and an easygoing afternoon or night out.

The drinks arrived, and the appetizers followed about 10 minutes later -- fine so far. But there were no utensils. We had to ask for them, and we asked for plates as well, which never came. The empty dishes from our appetizers sat in front of us for a solid hour with no one clearing them. The bartender who took our order never once checked on us. With 3-4 people working behind the bar, only one server approached us during the entire 40-minute wait between appetizers and dinner to ask if we needed anything. The bartender told us twice that our food was "coming out shortly" -- and still, 40 minutes passed. When dinner finally arrived, my order was wrong. I ordered the Mongolian Short Rib, listed clearly under the Entree section of the menu. The bartender claimed I had ordered off a "happy hour" menu -- one I never saw or was told about -- and had swapped it for BBQ Pork Ribs without saying a word. Knowing a replacement could take another hour, my friend swapped plates with me and took the ribs. He had ordered the steak frites, which, for a rare steak, should have taken no more than 5-6 minutes to prepare. The third entree, fish and chips, was just okay -- a bit soggy and not particularly fresh. To top it all off, after everything we dealt with, the bartender never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else. The food has potential, but the service was inattentive, disorganized, and frankly unacceptable for a busy restaurant that should know better.

Mine was noticeably smaller than what's advertised in their videos, and the whole thing was so greasy it practically slid out of the tortilla like it was trying to escape. It tasted like someone deep-fried a salad just to see what would happen. The menu promised "crispy pickles," which sounded fun and unique, but what I got were just plain ol' regular pickles tossed in there like an afterthought. Zero crunch, zero vibe, zero reason to call them anything special. And then the hygiene... yikes. The bathroom had completely empty soap bottles, which is crazy for a place serving messy, hands-on food. If customers can't even wash their hands properly, I'm scared to imagine what's happening behind the counter. Overall, this spot feels more like a TikTok stunt than an actual restaurant. I think Bad Chicken is worth a try! The chicken has a strange (but good), strong smoky flavor. I tried the Buffalo flavor, the taste was fine but the chicken was very dry. The sides are interesting, I opted for the curly fries and the sweet potato fries with the surprisingly synergistic and tasty marshmallow sauce. The fries and homemade ranch were a 10/10. My biggest complaint would be the price compared to the portion size. The portion of chicken and especially the fries were hard to justify. I ordered to go, so my food ended up getting cold quickly, I don't blame the business for this, and I want to express appreciation for the fries not being put in a box to sog like most places do. I ordered 4 extra sauces but unfortunately received only the ranch and marshmallow sauce that came with my meal. I feel that my experience may not be the standard so I am looking forward to trying this location again. read more

Stopped by Bad Chicken on Ross Ave in Dallas and had to share how good the food was. The chicken Caesar wrap was fantastic!! The fried chicken inside was perfectly crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The curly fries were seasoned well and super satisfying, and the mac and cheese with jalapeño queso sauce had a great creamy texture with just the right kick of heat. Just ate here and food was great. I believe they smoke their wings so don't be surprised if they are a little pink on the inside. My girl got the buffalo hot wings and said they were pretty spicy and I got the pb&j chick bomb bowl which was good the fries are kind of like Arby's and they forgot to give me the marshmallow dipping sauce my order came with but would definitely come again and reccomend this to a friend They also gave me a free rice crispy treat for writing this review read more

Drove by so many times and told myself I gotta stop and I gotta try that place. And well..... Tonight was the night I finally decided to come in and give it a try. I highly recommend this new Hot Spot in Dallas. The food is absolutely delicious and the employees were very polite and friendly. I must warn you though that if you're in a hurry it's best to order ahead online to save you the wait time. Trust me it's worth it! Talk about bad chicken! Ordered for pickup and the cashier made me look stupid for forty minutes while telling me my food was almost ready. After he said three more minutes for the tenth time I talked to another worker. Come to find out they never printed the ticket. Finally!! A great wing spot in Dallas. We had the medium buffalo and honey BBQ, they were both amazing. Our absolute favorite was the PB&J wings - never seen those before. My son had the nuggets and they were better than chick-fil-a. My wife had the salad which was very fresh - way better than expected from a wing place. We will be back! read more
