Came here yesterday to pick up my UberEats order. I decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend who raved about it. I ordered a PB&J burger and waffle sweet potato fries. I came through the drive thru and attempted to talk and place an order and was only acknowledged like three minutes later telling me to hold. I proceeded to wait for another 4-5 minutes and was annoyed that I was never gotten back to. I addressed the speaker again and finally managed to get her to acknowledge me. I was told to pull up to the window. I pull up and wait another 5-8 minutes with a car in front of me, engine off pulled up to the window. I had it and just decided to get out of the line and park in a spot to go in and pick up my order. I go inside and see patrons at tables clearly waiting for their food and kinda of pissed off looking. I also see that there's no one at the cash register. I wait another couple of minutes for someone to appear and I finally get my order. Anyways, after that I went home eagerly looking forward to my meal. The sweet potato fries were mushy, skinny, and stuck together. The sandwich was decent with a nice bun and packed with toppings. I wouldn't say off the bat you could taste the peanut butter and the pepper jelly, but towards the end of my last couple bites I was able to. I would come back here just for the sandwiches and would definitely not be going via the drive thru. Don't know if they were understaffed the day I went, but I hope that changes. The Honey Bang chicken wasn't too spicy and had some hints of sweetness but the savoriness of the chicken was the most prominent taste in the food. Curly fries are as good as curly fries can be. The buffalo atomic is not as hot as Wingstop Atomic Wings, but it was a nice mix with the Honey Bang sauce. Chicken was so moist and tender with its crispy texture still in tact. We stopped you on our way in to confirm if the restaurant was even open and what time you closed. You never said anything about being right back. All you said was, "No time soon. 9 o'clock." The young man behind the counter never said a word to us. He just stood there. Not sure if he told you otherwise but we didn't even get a hello, let alone "someone will be right with you." Again, the lack of acknowledgment is the issue as it is now where you're lacking the chance to acknowledge wrongdoing on the part of your staff. The "nuggets" were the size of popcorn chicken and had more breading than meat. The breading had little seasoning, the avocados on the salad was littered with black spots and my son left there hungry. The pictures on the menu does not reflect what you get with their "nuggets".
