Hadn't been to Bad Daddy's in years, but dropped in randomly on a Thursday. We were seated quickly with accommodations for our 1 year old. Service was fast and friendly. The highlight was definitely the fried pickles and happy hour prices. Our server Carter was great as well!

Went here before a movie a few weeks ago and the food/service left a lot to be desired. We were sitting upstairs and it was pretty empty but the initial trip to our table by a server took forever and the time to even order our food was so slow. I got a classic smash burger, which was good but not great. I added tater tots, which I regretted because they came out luke warm at most and didn't have any flavor. Server barely came to our table where five of us were dining. Don't recommend and I won't be back.

BYO burger: cold bun, slimy weird grilled onions. Patty is fine but nothing to write home about. Would request a warmed bun next time (weird they don't come warmed as default). Fries: classic fries were sad, soggy & saltless. Go with sweet potato or tots instead. Queso: weird gluey-paste textured. Would advise against ordering. Our food runner was quick and our waitress at the bar was wonderful.

We had a taste for a good burger and decided we'd try Bad Daddy's burgers. The place was surprisingly small but I understand they also have another upper level with outside dining. Our server was a large man with a thick face mask that muffled his voice. It was like being served by Darth Vader. Fortunately we could make out enough of what he was saying to know he had a much better sense of humor than Darth. He was pleasant and attentive. And our food was perfectly prepared and delicious. The only thing this place is missing is some ambiance. Although the low energy of the place could be that it was mid-day on a Wednesday and fairly empty.

Beer and burger night. Pretty good selection of craft beers on tap. Tried the Hangover burger. First of all it was not hot, it was done medium instead of rare and the over easy egg was well done. Liked the flavor of the rosemary ham. Fries came luke warm and got some hot ones with a great crispy skin on flavor. All in all just medicore at best. Really was hoping for more.

Another close up of the fish. Absolutely white, not a pink salmon.

Decided to try this after driving past it 100 times while we were in the area for the Spooky Streets event, but ended up really disappointed. The source of my frustration is that I paid almost $20 (11.85 for a large build your own salad + $7 for salmon) for a salad with salmon, and was served a salad with maybe tilapia? Salmon is pink, this fish was white. How can you charge $7 for salmon and serve tilapia, one of the cheapest fish in the sea? Pictures for proof. This is not the color of salmon, and if it wasn't going to be salmon it should have been mentioned and discounted. The service here was fantastic, hence the extra star. It is so rare these days to have all staff be happy, welcoming, and great at their jobs, and everyone here was. I should have given the server a chance to rectify the situation but it was late and I just wanted to get home, and also felt kind of like a crazy person being like "is this really salmon?". If you're sticking to burgers you will probably be fine, my husband's was pretty good, but if you want a $20 salad with salmon try something else in the area, because you're just going to get previously frozen tilapia here.

This is the italian salad I think it was Stella salad

The dress code I say would be casual since we went for Denver restaurant week. There was a prefix menu so we did not get to choose off the full menu. I chose the steak with broccolini and mashed potatoes. My dessert was crème brûlée and my appetizer was a soup. The servers were very friendly and were able to seat us immediately. Because it was Restaurant week we did not need that much time to look over the menu. The food was than brought out course by course starting with the appetizers. I do not like salad so I chose the soup of the day. It happened to be a tortilla soup. I decided to give that to my dad who really enjoyed it. He said the flavors were really good. Next way, the entrées and I liked my steak! It was seasoned really well, the potatoes were great and the broccoli was good. To be honest, nothing really stood out about it. It was just a normal steak and potato meal in my opinion. When for dessert was the crème brûlée! I absolutely love crème brûlée and this one lived up to its expectations. To be honest, this was the best part of the meal. For this restaurant, it was $45 for these three courses. I definitely did not get my moneys worth as I would've not ordered a few things but overall it was nice to get to try everything.

Despite having a reservation, the restaurant was clearly unprepared to seat us, and once we finally made it to a table, we waited far too long before anyone even acknowledged us. The limited Valentine's Day menu was already missing multiple items, and the few interactions we had with staff were mostly to inform us--well after ordering--that they were out of what we'd selected. The servers were largely absent throughout the meal, leaving us feeling ignored on a night that should have felt special. To their credit, the food itself was good, and the restaurant ambiance was nice, but nowhere near worth the premium price tag given the disorganized service and overall lack of attention. When you're paying top-tier prices, the experience should at least meet the basic expectations of hospitality and preparedness. We won't be returning, and we'll be steering friends and neighbors elsewhere so they don't end up with the same disappointing experience.

The Hubs ordered the Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich that comes with bourbon bbq sauce, creamy coleslaw and pickles, and is served with fries (although he swapped out the fries for more slaw). Everything was delicious! I had my burger cooked medium-well and it was perfect; it was still slightly pink inside and moist. While the burger was very tasty, one major plus was that it was also structurally sound (all the ingredients stayed inside the bun and the bun didn't fall apart)! The Hubs also enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. I tasted the bbq sauce and the slaw that came with his lunch and both were amazing (I dipped more of my fries into the extra bbq sauce that came with his sandwich than I did into the comeback sauce). The fries that came with the burger were crispy, not greasy and not overly salted. While I only had an iced tea with lunch, I did peruse their specialty drinks menu. Wowza, is that a read! We'll be back sometime soon for dinner so we can check that out. BTW, their food menu is more than burgers and sandwiches and there are some nice sounding items that appeal to me more for dinner than lunch (two examples (1) Hoisin Ginger Tuna: Sashimi-grade tuna seared rare, parmesan risotto, arugula slaw, (2) Pesto Cream Salmon: Pan seared salmon crusted with parmesan breadcrumbs, penne pasta, pesto cream sauce, cherry tomatoes, roasted red pepper). Despite this restaurant's location next to a boarded up vacant restaurant and being right next to I25, the interior is surprisingly nice and welcoming. And our server was friendly and helpful. The setting is lovely, a nicely restored historic building with a Victorian vibe in downtown Littleton. Service was excellent and the food was very well executed. The shared Brussels sprouts were a hit. The salmon bowls were flavorful and nicely prepared, as was the chicken salad sandwich. The aesthetic is absolutely perfect because it feels both classy and comfortable at the same time. Our table was ready to go well ahead of our arrival which made the start of our meal very smooth. The food was a major highlight of the experience. The Brie and Bacon toast was delicious and you really cannot beat their bottomless mimosas for a celebratory morning. We did run into a bit of a strange interaction regarding an iced tea order. One friend asked for iced tea and was told twice that they did not serve it, so she settled for a zero proof mixed drink. However, when the rest of our party arrived and someone else ordered an iced tea, the server took the order immediately. When we asked for clarification, he mentioned he was simply confused by the initial question. It was a bit of an awkward start, but my friend eventually got her tea. I guess our takeaway is to be more specific about what we mean by iced tea. Later in the meal, our server cashed us out because his shift was ending. We were still eating and finishing our drinks, and unfortunately, we were not introduced to a new server to take over. This meant we had to walk back and forth to the bar ourselves for refills or any additional orders. Aside from those specific moments, the server was actually very efficient and kind, and the rest of the staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had large group of 10 people, which they accommodated easily without any crowding of our party or other tables. The front desk was very efficient with getting us seated, including directing others to our table they arrived. The initial table service was quick and efficient, however after the orders were taken, the service lagged considerably. Follow-up visits by our server were lacking and numerous times had to literally flag down our server for any drink refills, to-go boxes and our checks. As far as food is concerned, all the lunch meals looked fresh and delicious as they were being served. However, the Fish and Chips I ordered turned out to disappointing, due to the fish seem to have been steamed at some point and had a mushy texture rather than the firmness of a nice filet of fish. The chips served were very good, with nice crisp outside, which also was the case for the light tempura-like batter on the outside of the fish. I must admit the Reuben sandwich that another ordered looked amazing. Overall, the location of Penn Street is convenient and with the accessibility of the parking garage (Penn Street validates the 1st 2-hours of parking), is a very nice place to meet for lunch. Even with the service and my lunch meal, I would return, as all restaurants have off days of service or food, and many of the other dishes ordered looked great.
