When I complained about the wait (now approaching 50 minutes) I was brought cold a cold burger and told it was fresh. Take it back and remake it. Fries brought out 10 minutes later. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that they served Pepsi products instead of coke. I really wanted a coke but won't drink Pepsi. I opted for a root beer which was fine. My first visit after ordering door dash previously started out pretty awful. There was a momentary problem with an individual that was quickly resolved. Adult drinks are on point. Fries are always good. Tried fried pickles and I would not recommend they are about a 3 out of 10 salty and soggy. I had the ultimate bacon burger and the amount of bacon did not disappoint. Service is okay but remember this is not fast food. read more

Great management and commitment to service. First time visiting Bad Daddy, been trying to visit here for a few months but it's always packed. Ordered two burger, one medium rare and one medium well. Once our food came we started eating right away without checking how cooked our burgers were. After eating half our burger the store manger approached our table and apologized for our burgers not being cooked as ordered. The food was excellent and we had no complaints. Very impressed that the manger went out of his way to talk about the mistake in the kitchen without us prompting and the food was great even with being over cooked. Love the drinks, love the food, service was good, place was hoppin. Probably my new go to burger place. I mean, you are encouraged to create your own burger with any topping you can imagine. And YES they have a whole handful of non-red meat and veg options! I think I saw bean, portobello, salmon, chicken... check the menu if that's your thing, but I looked for my vegan friend and I saw multiple options for alternatives. I can't vouch for those though. Visiting a family friend in Ft. Collins and wanted a good burger. Found this place was nearby and placed a To-Go order. Was greeted by a friendly waitress and handed the order upon arrival. Got home and everything was accounted for. Only one pretty major problem was the bottom bun on both our burgers were soggy and fell apart when trying to handle the burger. Ended up having to toss the bottom bun and either use a slice of bread to replace it or just eat it without. Besides that the food really hit the spot. Patties were cooked to our specifications. Would suggest you guys to go with packaging to go orders with containers that separate the burger into parts so the wet ingredients don't soggy the buns. Also having vents for the fried foods to not get soggy. Would make To Go orders as good as eating in! Will definitely come back and try dining in next time we are in town! read more

Changing my previous review a bit. Great Burgers, Food and atmosphere. Expect major wait times if you have more than 4 people in your group! Last few times we have had excessive wait times as they have been short staffed and also due to the greeters seating people. Most of the groups coming in are 2-4 in size and they end up seating them in the larger tables by the windows first. On our last visit we saw multiple larger size tables along the west windows that only had two people sitting there with other smaller tables around the restaurant open that they could've sat them at. Seating at restaurant mostly accommodates tables of 4 or less except one large in the back and 6 or so along the west. As I said previously great food and wait staff but how they are seating people coming in could use improvement. read more

Decent food, excellent customer service. Devon was our server earns an A+ for his fantastic service! He was knowledgeable about all our food, beers on tap, and drink specials. He also took extra care in making sure my wheat intolerance was handled properly. Our food was pretty decent, though I have a couple suggestions: 1: The gluten free bun would be better served warmed up (you can put it in a skillet with a little olive oil as GF bread can be dry and crumble easily, especially when cold-and that's exactly what happened). 2: The southern burger was topped with chili (husbands dinner) and I suggest you omit the kidney beans to make it a true southern chili burger. At bad daddy's I've found a great burger (and chicken sandwich) that I don't stray when in need of filling my burger craving. I generally choose something off the menu, but this time I decided to personally select everything and create my own. Started with a brioche bun, beside the burger itself, I had them add pastrami, jalapeño bacon, arugula, caramelized onions, poblano pepper mayo and a little mustard to compliment the pastrami. First let me say that Bad Daddy's has the absolute burgers! Unfortunately, this particular location has really gone down hill in the past couple of months. They never have the IPA on tap that they always have had. We got there at about 11:20ish, as usual, the staff isn't all there so there is extremely limited seating. Unacceptable, again, this happens every time anymore, & we go there damn near 2-3 times a month. Now for the food, I have always loved the Salmon salad, well this last time, yesterday, it was a joke, fish was not fresh, portion was a joke & there was a nasty lump of mozzarella cheese on top of the fish. Just nasty all around. One word of advise for the waiter, you don't bring the check until the customer is 1) done and 2) dishes have been removed. We weren't even halfway done & he brings the bill. On a side note, our dishes were never removed & I did notice that was with all of his tables. Just unfortunate, maybe new management? Regardless, we'll be going to the Fort Collins location until this location gets it's act together. read more

We sat for over an hour as new patrons arrived and waited for the hostess. Over and over, we'd see her in the back area just talking. No sense of urgency. She would emerge from the back where my husband could see her chatting away. She never smiled, no eye contact and seemed very put out. If I was judging just from the poor customer service I wouldn't return. We will be back, just sad to see this behavior while getting paid. read more

My wife and I come here fairly often. We come back because we love the menu and the beer is always cold. The food is always good, the servers are always helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is loud and busy but it's fine. Our complaint is that we like to beat the rush so we show up at 4pm on a Friday every time and EVERY time the restaurant is half empty but the host people won't seat us because they are waiting for servers to start their shift. There is no place to wait except outside and in January or February it's not ideal nor is July or August. Our suggestion is to stagger server's shifts to accommodate an earlier crowd on Fridays and Saturdays. We like Bad Daddy's and that's why we come back but this issue is frustrating enough for us to consider somewhere else because it seems like a simple fix and no one seems to care. read more
