It wasn't until I asked for my check because I was ready to leave that she suddenly asked if I was planning to eat. That level of inattentiveness is frustrating and completely avoidable. It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay. She has completely turned me off from being there when she is working. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and the overall experience deserve better than this one recurring issue. My boyfriend, my brother and I got EXTREMELY sick on the evening of Dec 23rd... all within 6-7 hours after eating here. I still shudder at the thought of my under-cooked burger; I knew I should have sent it back. It was a very rough night and put a damper on our brief holiday family time. I am pretty sure at one point, I asked my boyfriend to put me out of my misery. Our Christmas Eve party had to be cancelled, because we could not host. When we called the next day to let management know, he stated, "maybe you have the flu." (Note: The rest of the family in town that did not dine with us were all completely fine.) He didn't offer any compensation or refund or voucher, not that we would ever return. The whole situation was very disappointing. Thanks for making the holidays so joyful, BAD Daddy's. Last time I brought in a small wacka flock of children, and somehow our wizard of a waitress kept up on refills, she had the patience of a Saint because I'm the prick who let's small children order their own food, ya know the build your own burgers.
