I asked for and when I asked for a different color The lady gave me a hard time and said I'm not allowed to keep changing my mind. She filed underneath my nails and she totally cut my skin and I said, how can you please be more gentle, and she did it over and over again not kidding. And I kept asking her to file them all down with the dremel because they were so bulky and she was like is this good? Is this good? Is this good? She was very nasty and it's not even when I asked for. There is gel polish all underneath the nail, these nails look like globed pieces of garbage. She constantly blamed my nails that it was them, and not her. The manager would bot refund us, btw this was $107. The manager told me he would cut them all off then i could have my refund. The technician took a dirty file out of an already opened clear bag. I told her they were not clean, she proceeded to tell me the buffer had oil on it from what she just put on my hands. I could clearly see the file too was previously used. So gross. 3. The polish was streaky. For a 20$ French, could have been done better. I'm praying I do not get a fungus, please beware of this salon. I should have gotten up and left. It is said that sharing a nail file is equivalent to sharing a toothbrush. I'm not sorry to say this place is a hazard and if I could give have given it zero stars I would have.
