Sauce is weirdly tangy and not in a hipster artisan sauce way. As in : "hmm is this mayo bad??" (I should have just suggested "sauce on the side") Coffee was not great. It wasn't bad. This place has a nice ambiance always nice people, they also have a drive thru which is great for people who cant go down with a crying toddler or baby etc. Food we just finally tried the avocado bacon brioche and it was very simple filling and gold portion. Service is always good barista are always nice, the service is also quick. They can get busy like any other place but so far no issues for the years ive been coming here, i usually just get the coffees and get food once in a blue moon when i hang out with other moms and all. It's funny how I don't have a review for this place, considering we go here religiously whenever we are in Las Vegas. Love getting any of their lattes. I just love their coffee. The drinks can sometimes be a little too sweet for me, but not often. The inside of the place is really cool. Rustic and almost like a hip castle. It's pretty cute. But more often than not we go through their drive through. The food is pretty good as well, not the most amazing, but if you are in a rush they aren't bad. Their pesto chicken is pretty good. I always leave with their beans to help tide me over until i can come back. The prices are getter higher every time, but the quality is so good. This place sucked, never gone wrong with a very simple croissant sandwich and a latte. We ordered three breakfast croissant sandwiches and drinks, and none of us could finish them. The croissants were burnt, the eggs were extremely overcooked, the ham tasted so cheap, the cheese wasn't good, and the drinks had a dusty, stale taste. We brought the crappy food back and explained that we couldn't eat it, even though we had tried, especially after spending almost 50 bucks. Instead of offering a solution, wasn't even expecting a full refund, just an apology or offering just a plain croissant instead, we were completely dismissed. I decided to take pictures of the food, but the employee immediately started grabbing the plates before I could. He took two of the sandwiches away (the worst looking ones) and even tried to take the last plate while I was still holding it. The customer service and the food was a joke. This was our second time at this coffeeshop. The drive-thru is convenient, and the wait was not too bad on a sleepy, hot afternoon of Vegas heat. Thoughts below: Roasted Almond Latte - Crunchy almond bits and a strong coffee made this drink a tasty choice. My husband drank it up fairly quickly. We both liked that it wasn't overly sweet and the almond flavor was not overpowering but complementary. Banana Latte - This tasted like an adult's version of a Korean banana milk drink. You could taste the rich coffee flavor that was infused with ripened bananas. The cream and crunchy banana bits on top made for an overall tasty and lightly sweetened latte. Ube Spanish Latte - This was purchased for my mother and was bright purple in hue as expected. She drank it up, and she usually loves Spanish lattes, so I assume it was good! It's a maple-cinnamon latte topped with house-made sea salt cream, and I got mine with almond milk and light ice. It's sweet, salty, and creamy. This place was really cute. When I walked inside. It is decently sized and the Wi-Fi is clearly displayed! This was my first time here so the staff were really helpful in providing recommendations. I come here every time I visit Vegas to buy some beans to take home and to get a latte. Today I chose a biscoff latte with oatmilk and it was delicious as usual. My absolute favorite beans to get was Sweet Venom (bought it for years) but unfortunately they don't have that anymore. I was told Sweet Antidote was similar is flavor so I will be trying those. After an unsuccessful try to get a nearby coffee shop, I really needed coffee for my class that day, so I found Bad Owl and glad I did. I got my usual order of Mocha with breve. It was earthy, a bit sweet but creamy and delicious. I think Bad Owl is now my new favorite neighborhood coffee place. The gentleman at the cashier was very nice. Another cute coffee shop, this time located on Rainbow blvd. The menu looked amazing! I was going to be a little conservative, but then I saw a Biscoff Latte on the menu and had to try it!! Service was good, although it took awhile for our drinks to be delivered. I thought my latte was good, but not as amazing as I expected. And I don't know if it was just me, but I was having the hardest time drinking out of the lid of the cup! I eventually had to take the lid off to get any of the latte beyond the tiniest amount. Given the ambiance that included the audio music genre-specific playlist, I felt like I was sitting in a coffee shop that inspires a Harry Potter, D&D & modern vampire atmosphere. I ordered a breakfast croissant with no mayo with a side choice of yogurt and a dry cappuccino. The yogurt cup included a bit of sweetened oatmeal topping. The croissant was beautifully buttery, light, and flaky. I'm not a fan of American cheese, but in the sandwich, it was still complimentary. They also offer mozzarella cheese as an option. I would have loved a smoky cheese option (ex. smoked Gouda). Still, the croissant sandwich was very good. The dry cappuccino was very good as well. A distinct flavor to the coffee being used was fascinating and well received. There are two distinct restroom signs, which was fascinating, as I expected gender neutral signage, considering it's one stall restrooms and not multi- stall, and the environment feels all welcoming. The clientele was diverse; the age range varied. A few people with laptops gave a college student hangout vibe. A calm and inviting atmosphere. Coffee bean aroma testers! So cool! I've never experienced these. This was the first coffee shop ever having them and my first experience ever using them. Fun! Customer service was excellent. They were nice, efficient, and professional. I enjoyed the experience! I hope a Bad Owl flies over to the West Summerlin area of the city soon, as this location is not near my typical shopping area. read more

As a loyal member of House Hufflepuff, I had to hurry into Bad Owl Coffee Roasters upon arriving in Vegas to have harry potter-esque caffeine fueling. My spidey senses alert me of trouble in paradise as many things that had more Harry Potter elements have been toned down or removed. I did see some white owls around that looked just like Hedwig but don't expect to be dazzled by the magical mystery elements. It's very low key now. Even the butter beer brew has been renamed to Bad Owl's Brew, something more along the lines of their shop. Now that being said, nothing held against them on that and it's a cute shop. I had the coffee flight which is such a brilliant and fun idea. One of the items is an espresso shot but that's cool lol. Now, the aforementioned renamed Bad Owl Brew tastes just like butterbeer but actually a bit more delicious topped with sweet cream and cocoa. My favorite of the 4 coffees in my flight for sure, as the only other unique drink was the banana cold brew. Really fun idea. The breakfast croissant was a generous size and very tasty! Ham, cheese. scrambled eggs and mayo on the roll was a fulfilling breakfast. There is a good amount of seating, most people working or studying so it has a mostly quiet vibe to the shop. Wanted to leave a positive review to commend the awesome service I receive at this spot! Every time I've come here the employees have been super friendly and helpful. As far as food goes, I've tried the breakfast burrito and breakfast croissant and both are pretty bomb. The breakfast burrito tortilla comes slightly toasted so it has a nice crunch, is filled with egg, hashbrowns, avocado, and includes a homemade cactus salsa that had an awesome flavor and texture. Coffee here is great (their cold brew with sea salt foam is my favorite) along with a tasty tea selection. This location is super clean and has a really laid back and relaxing vibe.
