Great tasting coffee. Pretty quick service. Definitely gets busy. Limited seating but it's at the uncommon's so really chill vibe. Just wasnt a fan of my iced coffee in a paper cup.

Yall the iced ginger biscuit NOLA cold brew with NOLA cold cream foam is not to be missed this winter season! After a spending sometime at a nearby vendor fair, we stopped in here for a lil pick me up. This whole area is super cute and would be a great place to come walk around or work for a bit. If you've ever been to Philz, the iced ginger biscuit is reminiscent of the Gingersnap coffee. Very yummy and seasonal. The staff were super friendly too.

Doorway to a new experience. We went to a first Saturday market and got a taste and you know me, I hope for an experience. Almost run down getting in. An employee rushing excused themselves as I was creating a captive moment. The space is quaint, the counter person was friendly and menu options are unique. The coffee itself was good. The selection I made wasn't good. I will go back

Finally hopped on the Blue Bottle Coffee craze -- and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the Iced Nola and it gave me the perfect little buzz to kickstart my day. The coffee is on the stronger side (in the best way), so I recommend skipping the straw to enjoy that perfect blend of milk and coffee. Service was excellent, and the shop has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back!

How has this been open almost a year and I'm just getting to it! I first had coffee at Blue Bottle in San Fran yearsssss ago and nice to see it here in Vegas! Like their coffee, logo and overall simple vibe. We typically go to Urth in this area but nice to see another coffee option at the Uncommons! Good coffee, service and nice seating as well! Thank you.

first discovered this coffee shop at santana row in san jose while visiting friends. I enjoy the simplicity of their menu. they're known for adding chicory (a spice?) to their coffee. the iced shakerato is me and my hubby's go-to drink there. it's a shaken espresso with oat milk, chicory, and vanilla bean over ice. price is a little steep ($9 for a 16 oz) but worth it imo. i like to treat myself to this maybe once or twice a month. located inside the uncommons which isn't the easiest to get to if you're coming from durango, which has become a major street now with lots of traffic during peak hours. plus if you're not lucky enough to find street parking you have to find a spot in the garage first then walk over. sounds a bit tedious if i wanna make a quick coffee run before work...oh well, good for my wallet i guess! the place is pretty tiny, only a few tables inside. quiet ambiance but i probably wouldn't study/do work there. clean, nothing fancy. merch along one of the walls. staff is friendly, and greet you as you come in. menu is simple, easy to read. they have a seasonal/rotating menu for some of their lattes it seems. the lids, straws, napkins, etc are on the counter by the window. so don't be surprised when they hand you your drink with no lid...maybe they want you to try it first to make sure it's to your liking? hope blue bottle expands here in vegas and will open more (and bigger) locations in the future.

We stopped by for a quick afternoon coffee after the pumpkin patch and left impressed! Very modern, simple decor with tables for groups to gather around. Menu included the normal coffee and their NOLA special coffee. We weren't sure what to get and they gladly offered us a sample, to which we decided NOLA was it. Coffee came quickly and was not overpowering with sweetness, and we could taste the distinct notes. As mentioned above, staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering us free coffee samples to make sure we knew what we wanted. The only downside is that it was a little pricey compared to other coffee shops around the area, but overall it was worth it and we'll definitely be back again.

On weekend mornings I crave for the NOLA COLD FOAM from BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE at the UnCommons. NOLA = New Orleans Louisiana Style Coffee; it's roasted coffee infused with chicory and is just a tad sweet. The creamy topping is just heavenly and thick enough to leave a milky mustache. Hehe! There's just something about this drink that always hits the spot. What's even better is enjoying the drink while wandering around the shopping center or strolling through the farmers market! Blue Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster with cafes in LA, SF, NYC, Japan and now Las Vegas!! The menu is simple and includes coffee, tea, espresso, and food! Just about everything we've tried has been nothing short of outstanding. From the Cherry Blossom Latte or Seasonal NOLA, to the Caramel Chocolate Chunk Cookie or Quiche, your tastebuds will appreciate the quality and freshness of each sip or bite! Service is always welcoming! The interior is bright and clean, with enough tables and chairs to sit inside and relax. I just love the UnCommons and having Blue Bottle is icing on the cake!

there's a lot of small round table two seater tables and a huge table in the corner for a large party. The staff was very friendly. We got the fall drink with whole milk: there is a hint of orange blossom and definitely high notes of black cardamom Lavender yuzu latte: creamy on top , light coffee flavor, light yuzu scent Both our drinks were 7. 75 each I appreciate that their coffee did not just taste like syrup. I would to thank them for changing Up the menu once in awhile

I wish we're all on the same page on what it should look like...

The Nola cold foam is my favorite, just ask them to give you a full serving of the cold foam, you won't regret it.

My first experience with Blue Bottle was at the Ferry Building in SF. I've waited over 30 mins in line at that location (if you've been you know why), so I was thrilled when I came to this location on a weekday midday and could walk right in to order. If you know Blue Bottle you know that some locations don't have seating in the store, so it was a pleasant surprise to see plenty of indoor seating. Inside is a simple, yet sleek, aesthetic that shows they take cleanliness seriously. There's a small retail rack to get beans or brewing supplies for home. As I'm a decaf person these days, I'm usually limited to what I can get. So my test for a coffee shop is a hot latte. I know it's simple, but it works to taste the brew and the quality of the machinery and the barista! I was not disappointed as it took me back to that first taste of blue bottle. If espresso isn't your thing, I recommend the pour over to really taste the roasting of Blue Bottle that makes it a fave for me. I can't vouch for the food, but I'll say that given where this location is, stick with coffee and get a snack at the other places around. Oh and there is free parking for a few hours (2 or 3 I can't remember) in the parking garage right across the street!

I want this bag but $45?
    Cecille L.

Yay! We finally have a Blue Bottle Coffee here! It's a really good sized coffee shop with plenty of seating and nice lighting. Service was great and the coffee, yes, THE Coffee is what I love and missed all these years. If you have been or heard of Blue Bottle Coffee, please swing by and give it a try.

Tried the grilled cheese, Iced NOLA, and NOLA Cold Foam. Grilled cheese -- 3/5 * The sandwich was just okay. I like the grilled cheese from Starbucks better. The bread was buttery and not too dry, but the cheese isn't as sharp and nutty as the Starbucks one. There's a decent amount of cheese inside but it was more concentrated in the center, leaving the edges and crust area too bready. It was about $7. Coffees -- 4.5/5 * The NOLA Cold Foam is just the Iced NOLA with a cold foam on top. The coffee comes with oat milk as the standard option. Both drinks were very smooth and perfectly sweetened, not too bitter, and a nice roasted flavor from the chicory that comes through as an aftertaste. The cold foam had a great texture, very thick (denser than whipped cream), and adds extra richness and creaminess to the drink, a slightly sweetened vanilla flavor, but mostly tastes like cream. Definitely get the cold foam if you can afford some extra calories! Drinks were about $6 each. The two drinks I tried are more of a latte style, so more milk forward than coffee, but the balance of milk and coffee flavor is pretty good. You can definitely taste the oat milk flavor which can overpower some of the subtle coffee notes, but the chicory flavor helps. Service was really friendly and nice. Came in a Sunday morning around 9am and it wasn't too busy, a couple of people inside. The drinks were made within a few minutes and my sandwich was delivered to my table as I ordered to eat "for here". There's a bin to put your dishes when you're done. The inside is clean, bright, and airy and has a decent about of seating, including a large table for at least 5-6 people.

You can really taste the quality. It's a bit pricier than most coffee shops, especially for a smaller cup, so it feels more like a specialty treat rather than an everyday stop. I was told to wait a moment and I said sure no worries. I patiently waited and waited until it was over 10 minutes and also realizing there's another car behind me. So I moved forwarded to the window and at this time it is now 9:20am. When I pulled up to the window. Worker 1 (Asian girl with glasses and short black hair) was just standing & leaning with her back against the drive thru window. When she noticed me, I told her that I was waiting for over 10 minutes there for someone to come back and take my order. She stated they were "busy" with only 6 customers in the lobby but no line at the register? And that she was talking through the intercom but didn't hear anything? Weird. Cause it was just find 10/15 minutes ago... I explained that she could have checked in and apologized for the wait but she did not do that. I asked her am I able to get a discount for such a long unnecessary wait? She chuckled and said "no." And then walked away. (SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) Worker 2 (white girl with glasses and nose piercing with blonde highlighted hair) came over with my coffee and I asked her if she was the manager. She said "yes." I tried to explain the situation and she completely cut me off right away not wanting to hear me as the customer out. She explained she heard it all and she doesn't have the time for this and that I was initially being aggressive (BIG LIE TO MAKE HERSELF FEEL ON TOP OF THE SITUATION). I told her I clearly have not been aggressive from the start and how ridiculous it is to for the both of you to not take accountability of this situation. Now I am extremely mad because she decided to escalate the situation but cussing back and forth. Instead of hearing the customer out and apologizing about it, I was told to leave because they had "no time" for any of it. I have been coming to this location for years and have never once been treated like this. And on top of that when refunding me because she rather do that than putting her ego aside and taking accountability, she shorted me $2. My order was $13 and change and I gave $15. When receiving my money back. I didn't not receive the whole $15. I got mistreated and stolen from, from this location by these two workers who refused to give me their names. I DO NOT recommend coming here for your coffee needs. It is absolute disgusting behavior these two so called women had. They absolutely need RETRAINING on customer service and definitely RETRAINING on how to act as a manager of the establishment. Completely disappointed. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would with this review!

I feel like baristas could have been friendlier. I tried to return my dish to clear my space and a barista pointed to where I was supposed to return it and there was about 5 people crowding the area, hence why I decided to hand it to her. I loved the inside, the wall art displayed, with the decorative pictures in frames on the walls made this spot so much more inviting.

Bruh! I cannot sing Isaiahs praises enough! I caught the tail end of the event on St. Rose and…read moreBronwyn (who was amazing as well) gave me a paper for an experience at the Durango location. I had to take old lady to an appointment so I threw the paper in the car. I DID NOT know what was in store for me! The outside didn't look as busy as it was, but the place was jumpin! Believing people cross our paths for a reason, most were busy but isaiah slowed down to check in with us. I asked him what the paper got us, he wasn't sure so he checked while I downloaded the app to make it easier for old lady to read. Little did I know we didn't need it! Isaiah gave us the royal treatment! He was asking us about flavors and giving recommendations. We started talking a bit and he shared that he's 22 and the assistant manager and that he used to be head chef at the M! Our paths probably crossed we figured out in conversation. He also remembered seeing us at the St. Rose store. Not only is he a chef but also a musician! We basically went w things he loved customising, or drank and ate himself. Mom kept changing her drink every time he'd tell me about a different drink. He was extremely sweet and patient. Isaiah sat with us and took the time to ask about our tastes and preferences. He really knows the menu and what his customers like. He made woman a hot butterbrew but let's just call it isaiah style as I can't remember all the modifications he made. Same with mine, it started as a chai-nnel. I did the toast flight w his recommendations of lox, burrata and egg salad. He said he made a mean turkey pesto, so that's what woman did. She later added a side of bacon w permission from homie upstairs since it's Friday. I'm not sure which toast was my favorite. I think I'd rank lox, then egg salad? It's probably tied with the burrata. My drink was fabulous. The music was cool and we were having a great time. The sando was also delicious, he shared that they make their pesto in house. As a pesto fan, I just became a bigger founders fan! Mom's drink was also amazing. We told him not too sweet, it was delicious and not overly sweet. He said he did 25%. He checked on us and truly rolled out the red carpet. He offered drinks to go, at that point he'd earned our trust and we said go for your life. He did a blueberry lemonade w boba and rose foam? I don't think I'm doing it justice w my description. Mine was toasted marshmallow w graham cracker and I can't remember the rest. They're both yummy tho! Our days been made. Excellent service and genuinely kind people are rare and Isaiah embodies both and more. He even did a little moonwalk, brekkie and a show lol. He's one of the people that will change the world, or your day if you encounter him. Really wanted to give him money to say thank you and support his journey. He wouldn't have it. I hope whoever reads this at the company finds a way to acknowledge and reward his rock star beyond 5 star service. In reading other reviews this place seems to hire great talent, but Isaiah won me as a fan, I'll talk about him and this experience for years to come. The food and drinks really are amazing. I'm happy to pay when things are done well. I'm looking forward to going back, and hope my path crosses with Isaiahs again down the road. Guys going places and I wanna support the journey be it culinarily, musically or anything else he touches bc I know it'll be gold! A new standard for service has emerged. The Isaiah standard!
