She then turns to the other older man that works there what she thought had happened. He said "I wouldn't expect anything less from their kind, just look at them". I've never been so disgusted. She had no proof he stole anything and it's disgusting that he went straight to a racist remark. They felt comfortable saying that in front of me because I'm a white person. The only reason she thinks that he stole something is because he went to put something back because I'm assuming he couldn't afford it. She could've easily put it off to the side and put it back herself, but no, she'd rather be lazy and accuse him of stealing because of race. I told all my friends and family that go to the store what happened. safe to say you lost a bunch of customers. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

We needed ice the other day for a BBQ and stopped in for a large, cheap bag of ice for like $2! Much better price and size than 7-eleven right across the street. They have some nice bikes and all the little odds and ends you might need from a hardware store. I think this might be our first stop for those items from now on!

Or they just brush past you as they did today as you struggle to find what you come in there to spend your hard-earned money on. Today I was looking for mouse traps. If it wasn't such a drive, I would go to Lowe's. If I'm going to have to search for something I might as well pay less for it. This is why people shop online. Brick and mortar businesses need to wake up. At this point you're nothing more than convenience stores for whatever items you sell. Customer service and location are the last things you have going for you. This is sad for me to write because I grew up in a family hardware store where the expectation was to greet your customers, always help customers find what they need, and ensure that they have a good experience while in your business.

The staff is available but not too excited about answering many questions. They are not negative or unkind; they are just not customer service oriented. They stock the shelves and sell the stuff on them, Period! The store is always well stocked, and you can order online and pick it up in the store. If you need help deciding which tool to use for your project, you probably need to shop elsewhere to receive that kind of input.

No power, does not start. I call Ace within 30 days of purchase, and store manager passes the buck: Contact EGO. I was dumbfounded. "Are you telling me you will do nothing for a mower that never worked?" Response: Contact EGO. I said, "Can you please give me a direct link or a phone number for Ace customers?" Response: "EGO.com." I said, "Well, thank you, sir, that is so very helpful." And he hung up the phone! WOW! One more time: If you are buying more than a hammer, do NOT purchase from this store.
