This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life! Pros: Very fair prices on parts and R&R. Nice and trustworthy Owners and Mechanics. Cons:very limited parking space. I let them know when the tow truck was in the way. They determined I was actually having brake issues. They could have seriously padded their till that day, but provided a service that was the least expensive of the things the issue could have been. I wouldn't have known any better if they told me it was one thing and repaired something different. They kept me informed the entire time of their progress and their completion time, then followed up to ensure all was well. They told me I would need more work done to the brakes, but it could hold off. Now is the time for that work. If I were still close to their store, it would not be a question where I'd be going. And I got to meet Goose the sweetest pup ever!! I will never call another mechanic. Tiffany is the most honest, hard working mechanic & she saved me so much money.
