John and John at John's Automotive are wonderful people…read more Last Friday after work, my car would not crank. When you turn your ignition switch half way and wait for the fuel pump to engage. This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life! Pros: Very fair prices on parts and R&R. Nice and trustworthy Owners and Mechanics. Cons:very limited parking space. I let them know when the tow truck was in the way. I had no idea who to take these to. Eric, with his many years of experience dealing with all the local shops, knew who was both capable and reliable.
