Looove this place!!! I go here every time I come to the Hard rock. I recommend making reservations! It's dark and moody inside, with comfortable big booths. I love this place! I came just for the bok choy. It's so delicious. Alan was so great. He was super helpful when it came to explaining everything and making sure he answered all of our questions when it came to drinks or if any food was spicy. The place is nice and romantic. I have been to this restaurant many times. It's always delicious. This was my friend's first time. The service and food couldn't have been any better. We had the seafood pancake for an appetizer. My friend had the Bronzino. I normally splurge to get the wagyu beef but I am on a budget with the inflation the last few years. I had the marinated ribeye cooked on the grill at our table. We did the chef feast meal for two which was expensive but best value as you get to try a bunch of different options. The quality of meat was good in my opinion. I recommend the flan for dessert it was so good! Servers were very attentive and nice ambiance vibe with lots of decor. Had a great experience on Christmas Day at Bae in the Hardrock. I chose this restaurant so we could walk around the casino after. We opted to sit on the side with already prepared dishes so we could just enjoy. I did make a reservation but it was not needed. Located by the oculus at the Guitar Hotel Hard Rock, this Korean Grill is a delish treat just outside the hustle and bustle of the casino. They have grill tables or non grill tables and a bar with lounge area tables. On our visit we sat at a table in the bar area. Upon entering you encounter a large horse with a warrior of sorts but after that the vibe is more tame. Our servers Johana and Jeremiah were a great team. Great recommendation from the menu, very attentive to what was coming next, and fun personalities. Pricing is in line with with other casual/fine restaurants on property. We started with drinks, the Lychee & Dill martini sounds like it shouldn't work but it did quiet nicely, definitely more lychee than dill. My hubby enjoyed his Simhwang Sunrise right down to the edible hibiscus that was almost candied-like. We then had the Korean fried chicken appetizer which was tasty but some areas were a little dry, thankfully the sauce on the plate helped with that. The wagyu udon noodles were tasty and savory. The bibimbap was mixed table side. It was flavorful but more sauced than I am used to and not sure if the pot wasn't hot enough or the dish was too sauced but the rice didn't get as crispy as I'm used to. Last was the spicy tofu hot pot and while a soup and hot, it was a light dish. The flavors were well blended and good all on their own but maybe next time I might opt to try with rice. Lastly, the star of the night was the ube flan!! Maybe more of a flan/mousse consistency, this light refreshing dessert was a perfect way to end this epic meal. Everything was tasty and beautiful. We finished with the Ube Flan, highly recommended. I saw many negative reviews about quantity, I thought it was perfectly appropriate for this type of restaurant. With one starter and main dish per person, with a dessert to share with my partner, we were full. I will say that the menu is a bit confusing, we were not too sure how to navigate it, and some items that seemed to be central to the menu are not what you usually find in a Korean place. The trick here is to look at Yelp pictures, so you know what you are getting into. Waitresses were also very good at proactively explaining the menu. I saw a lot of negative reviews about the price. Is it expensive? Yes. But overly expensive? I don't think so. The restaurant is in a casino and is good-looking, with excellent service and good food. I found prices to be appropriate. I'm sure photos would have helped explain what I was getting. What I thought would be small was substantial what I thought I'd be able to share was very small.
