My Hero! After the…read morewater company had been out and told me my flooding had to do with a likely sprinkler line leak... I promptly went to yelp and and began text dialogue and in less than 1 hour he was here. Very quickly began troubleshooting to isolate source of leak and after less than 15 minutes of running back and forth from the street to the back of the house confirmed the problem could not be a sprinkler line. In fact it was a broken connection on a hose feed. Not all heroes wear capes! I am recently widowed after 43 years and with plumbing/sprinklers I was at a total loss of where to even begin. Sales rep Sean was professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire repipe process so we knew exactly what to expect. The repiping crew of 5, led by Angel, was efficient and had our water restored within 6 hours of shutting it off. They protected our floors, furniture, and countertops throughout the job. In addition to the repipe, they also installed 2 hose bibs, a Halo 5 whole-house filtration system, and a sprinkler shutoff valve -- all done seamlessly. Saul came by afterward to touch up a few things the crew had missed. He was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. The city inspector signed off without issue, and two days later Luis and Edith arrived for the drywall and stucco repair. Their craftsmanship was top-notch -- they skillfully sprayed texture to match our existing stucco and drywall so well you'd never know any work had been done.
