I have been using Brandon as my plumber for 10 years. He always goes out of his way to schedule me as soon as possible and does a great job. What I really respect is his willingness to give me options, for instance he might let me know what a short term fix looks like and a long term and let me decide. He is super by the book and keeps everything sanitary and leaving my bathroom and kitchen in cleaner condition than when he got there which I imagine isn't always easy in his business. We recently bought a house and he performed an in depth plumbing inspection and assessment of what issues we will need to address, prioritized them and offered a great price. Had a need to get some work done before other work was scheduled. (gas/water line to kitchen and installing Fridge/Range, and setting up dishwater). They came on agreed upon date in the morning, and stayed until job was done at night. Turns out my gas was not turned on at my place, so I had to schedule an appointment with gas company to come turn on the gas. Perkins will come after this happens to followup with any further things that need to get done. Would use again! read more

I had a major issue in one of my rental properties with the sewer line being backed up, Brandon quoted me a price for clean out and stuck to it even though the clog was severe. Thankfully Brandon runs a video through the pipe and was able to see how bad the root intrusion had gotten. The drains were flowing, but the question of how long was something I wasn't willing to risk. After providing me with solid information on options for a permanent fix, he got to work the next day, arranged for the Pipe Liner guys to come out and had a 100% fix completed in 48 hours. Two companies failed to call me back while one company finally returned my call 36 hours later. Brandon called me back within 45 minutes! He was very accommodating with my tenants' schedules and worked into the evening (7:30 PM) to buy and install a new toilet, while making sure that the installation was done correctly to code. So I call this guy to come and fix my toilets. He comes but my gated complex and they called all my prior numbers to get my approval to let him in but I never got the call. Finally he calls me as he is leaving and instead of just going through the gate again he leaves. In essence he is still there but refuses to come back and instead agrees to come the next day. We wake up early and get all prepared for him at 8:30am and he flakes out. He never comes. I call him a couple times and finally reach him at 1pm and I told him I was upset and he asked if he could call me back in 15 minutes. I said sure. What happens...nothing. No call back. I text him late at night telling him he is gonna get a horrible yelp review and then he calls me. He said that his brother got called up for service so he took off to San Diego because he had more important things to do. I was like oh my god this guy is clueless. He has an obligation to call his customers and let them know and reschedule. After I felt bad for this gobo texted him to try and make it up to me and again he fails to respond. Then I texted him and told him No Reply??? He texted back that I should find someone else. This guy is completely clueless. I would never recommend a guy who is not mentally stable and gets all crazy for his brother who was called up for duty. Total waste of my time. Use someone more professional. read more
