They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! Super impressed bc he asked if I was able to reset the garbage disposal and explained to me the Allen wrench trick to see if I could get the disposal working. He was very patient in guiding me on what to do. Sadly, both tricks didn't work and we needed a new disposal. He gave me a prelim quote for all 3 jobs and it was a fair price. After completing, he showed me how he tested for leaks after doing the repairs -- and all were leak free! It worked for a few months, and then it was clogged again. I called Sewer Nation for help this time. Eric inspected everything inside out with his camera first and found out the problem was much further out. He hydro jetted the whole line and cleaned out the oil built up from the last 10+ years, now it's perfect. Then Eric came back to install a new toilet for us. Initially we thought it was a quick and easy job, then it turned into a 7-hour project. As soon as Eric removed the toilet, we found roots were growing all round the ground outgoing hole. Eric put in the camera and found out the roots have been growing all the way to the sewer access outside! And the sewer access opening was broken as well. Erci cleaned out everything with a special cutter to cut all the internal roots and hydro jetted them out, then replaced the outside sewer access opening as well. Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself.
