We had Zach help us with a time sensitive job that required our freestanding tub to be uninstalled (so we could get new floorings in) and reinstalled after on a later date. Woke up on Thursday, August 25th to find out we had no hot water. Checked the hot water heater and found it was leaking. Called Zach at Beachhouse plumbing at 9:30am. Said he was currently working, but expected to be finished by the end of the morning. Said he could probably be at my house around 1 Pm. Sure enough, a few minutes after 1 and Zach and his truck was here. Said he had ordered the water heater from his supplier and that it would be here by 2pm. He removed the old one and had it ready to be taken away by the the supply house delivery person when he arrived shortly before 2. Zach had the new one installed by 4:30pm. Beach House Plumbing (Zach) was referred to us by someone we trust. I received 4 quotes for the same job and Zach was very competitive. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived promptly. He did a great job of installing a water regulator. It was not an easy job (confirmed by 2 of the other quotes we received), but he did an amazing job! We were told that the stonework around the area would have to be demolished/chipped away, but he was able to work around it. We've had him come back for some additional work.
