I ordered a Cesar. Chicken wrap and a single drink and was charged 34$ I was not told the price and you can not see the price on the screen when you pay so I did not realize I went again maybe a couple days apart from that time and was than charged 40$!!! For the same exact 2 things and they barely put any chicken or cheese in my wrap it was basically all lettuce plus the price changes when I'm ordering the same exact thing each time they are nice in there, but not nice enough and nobody in my opinion is nice enough for me to be paying $40 for a basic Caesar wrap and a single drink. After spending $56 on 2 sandwiches which comes with a "pickle and side salad" ...the pickle is a quarter slice of a small pickle and the side salad is 3 tablespoons at most. I did get a large side order of fries which had no salt....not good. But what really really annoyed me and is the reason I am writing this is because the owner was behind the counter and when I asked for extra ketchup he said "oh yeah...I gotcha...lots of ketchup" .....well there was 2 tiny ketchup packs with this. Really? I asked twice so he knew it was important. If you are that cheap with the small stuff I am terrified to think how you try to save on the bigger items and food. The sandwiches were not good either. My kids were starving from playing sports and when I brought this they wouldn't even eat it....I should have gone to jersey Mike's or even McDonald's. Just happened to be in the neighborhood during some waiting time. The place is bright, open spaced and the specials are posted at the front. Decided to head inside for a quick bite and was greeted by the man behind the counter. I decided to get the Monte Cristo and a small coffee. It was great, the addition of the coleslaw was a game changer. A bit pricey but overall a good spot. read more

So my daughter had a ton of company at her house today. Three weeks ago, she ordered food from this store for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for noon. 1215 my daughter called, and was told driver just left. 30 minutes later (1245) food finally showed up. I don't tip for bad customer service. 45 minutes late means no tip. My daughter looks at the sandwich in the house and it was not what she ordered. She called to complain and the girl said I have to call the driver and I'll call you back. 20 minutes later no one called back. My daughter called again. And they put her on endless hold. My son in law went to the store with the sandwich. They did refund the money but insisted on a tip because they hired the driver to make the delivery (the driver was behind the counter). I'm all for tipping good customer service but insist on a tip and you get nothing. Never going back there again. read more

And today was my first time eating in here the service was really good and the ambulance ambiance is very good. A decent bagel spot, the options are limited but if you're in a hurry and dont have time this can certainly do. The bagel was quite large and the cream cheese was a little thick but it was good. I got the fresh OJ which was okay, I wished it was sweeter. Staff were really sweet though! read more

[this review is mostly about the "Magic Bag" from the Too Good To Go app] Unlike virtually all other bagel places on the app that list their bags as "bread and pastries," this one was labeled as a "meal." Since I don't need 17 bagels at home, I thought I'd see what this meal was. The bag collection process was smooth and on time. The vibe inside was...weird. The place felt dingy and dark and thrown together. Not a reason on its own to avoid the place, but the manager (I think) who gave me the bag made it sound like they set aside food specifically for this program, which defeats the save-food-waste purpose of it. The bigger issue was that there was no "meal," just 17 bagels of several varieties. They taste fine, but like I said, I don't need 17 bagels. read more

Just finished my hot breakfast and coffee... I ordered the Country Omelette it comes with ham, bacon, onions and peppers. I noticed they forgot the bacon in my omelette which kinda sucked. The omelette comes with Homefries and buttered toast as well. It was a solid and nutritious meal, a good hearty breakfast. They also have a FREE medium coffee offer if you check in on Yelp. The manager said its a mistake and shouldn't be there but will honor it since I saw it on the page. The prices here are a little high. This was a grubhub order. We ordered 3 BACON, egg, and cheese sandwiches. 4 bagels, 1 muffin. No Bacon on the sandwiches. We asked for over medium. It was too soft and runny. And my entire order of 8 items was squished into a small bag. They stacked the sandwiches and then put 4 bagels in a bag on top of that and must have pushed down on it, flattening the sandwiches, and added the muffin on top. 2 and a half sandwiches were uneaten. It was disgusting. Add to that my meal was over 30 minutes late. Never again!!! read more

Bacon was half cooked but I should've been more specific I didn't want chewy bacon. The pancakes were 10/10 and the eggs. The service was excellent the manager and young lady behind the counter was a doll so sweet I'll definitely come back anytime but just maybe turkey bacon well done. read more

More importantly, I ordered a catered Shiva meal months ago that was beyond perfection. Both delicious and visually beautiful. They're the best bagels on Long Island! Delicious, soft, many different cream cheeses to try. The coffees good, the menu offers a lot of options for breakfast and lunch foods. They're always busy, but I won't deduct a star for that because they're worth the wait! read more

I asked for a hot turkey sandwich on a roll with lettuce tomato Mayo and cheese, keep in mind I'm from Queens and I used to have a hot turkey sandwich almost everyday. The workers looked confused, I don't understand what's confusing about grilling turkey with cheese on top, and warming bread. Ordered lunch today, and I didn't realize my sandwich was made wrong. I ordered a turkey time, which was a turkey cold cut with turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and even asked for avocado, which is EXTRA. I called to tell them so they can make a new sandwich because there was no turkey cold cut and no avocado on it, and they told me to bring in the sandwich. So I brought in the sandwich. The 2 lady's behind the counter, including Kristina took the sandwich and looked at it. They whispered and told me that they will just put turkey on this side because I ate the other side. I said I would pay for half the sandwich and she said "Ryan will have to deal with it then" they proceeded to "make the sandwich". I understand they didn't want to remake it, but the lady who grabbed my sandwich literally didn't change her gloves nothing. Touch counters, register, everyone else's food and proceeded to touch the sandwich and make it. So then when she went over to Kristina and said she didn't want to make it, she said "she wants to be petty I'll be petty" and then continued to raise her voice and laugh, that's when I had it. I walked out and when the Spanish man whos behind the counter said I'm making your sandwich I told them to keep their sandwich and walked out. I had sown colorful language but after they proceeded to make comments about me. I literally have been going to the bagel place since they opened, and I will NOT be going back.
