There are lots of ready-to-eat sides and meals as well, though you can shop for most anything to make great and tasty homemade dishes. The deli line can be long, however the staff is always courteous and prompt. The aisles are compact but well-organized and nicely-presented and the store is notably always very clean. Produce is especially good compared to most other grocery stores in the area. Some of my favorite pick-ups include the sliced fruit tray which consists of pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon, the mozzarella and grilled eggplant, garnished with basil and complete with an olive oil and balsamic dressing on the side, and the potato salad which is nice and chunky and not overly mayonnaise-y tasting. The meat section has a good diversity of burger types, chicken, steak and other meats and can be purchased at the counter or meat display. Additionally, I often find a well-priced special on cleaned shrimp at the seafood counter and make sure I get some fresh broccoli and garlic for a great stir-fry or pasta dish. The cheese selection is always plentiful as well, including many different types of Italian and other European cheeses. And I cannot forget to mention the olive bar, bakery section which includes some gluten/free items prepackaged in the refrigerated section as well as an aisle for gluten-free cookies, crackers and frozen gluten-free pastas (wild mushroom ravioli is my favorite pick of the frozen foods). Additionally, the general selection of marinades and other curated culinary accoutrements is impressive. I am usually there once or twice a week and it's a pleasant and easy shopping experience every time!

I was excited that with the new renovations, I now also had a bagel store open late! I stopped in after work one day and ordered some cannoli for my mother, wanting to support a local business as they just expanded and opened a bakery and deli. When I opened the box of cannoli at home I was mortified--the cannoli cream was unfortunately all liquid, and spread throughout the bottom of the box. It did not fill up the cannoli shells, and just spread all over making a mess. Since I was bringing it somewhere, I felt so embarrassed. I tried it again one night, because like I said, I really wanted to support a local business. I asked how much a dozen bagels were, and a young boy helping me told me. I began a selection, and with every bagel I picked (nothing fancy, no flagels or anything) the older woman worked behind the counter literally barked "THAT'S AN UPCHARGE." "UPCHARGE." "ANOTHER UPCHARGE." and treated my orer (or attempt to do so--I left without ordering) as if it was a MAJOR inconvenience to her day. It's not necessarily that every bagel type was an additional cost that upset me as much as her way of speaking to a customer. If you value my support so little that you cannot address me with the proper tone of voice and a smile, then I really don't need to be there. Customer service is so important to me, and if I can grin and bear being polite throughout my work day, I expect the same when I go out. read more

We have been customers of Cino's since moving to the area in 1997. Our family has always loved their bagels. The recent improvements and expansion made are incredible. Same great bagels and now so much more offered. You can find something for breakfast, lunch and dinner now as well as delicious desserts and pastries! The staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean. Really like the self serve coffee's, tea's and the new chopped salad station is great! Love the "cafe" style setting....take your order to go or enjoy it there. I even had small breakfast meetings there. read more

The bagels and bialys are probably the best "NY" bagels around. They have an authentic bagel taste that bagels are suppose to have. The staff is always nice there. I am now sending their bagels to relatives around the country who miss their new york bagels. read more
