Bagel Buzaar customer service has gone downhill Called to place order from the car several times without any pickup of the phone. Drove to the store and while waiting for a long time in line to place my order the phone rang on average every minute. The counter employee muted each call and never answered any of the calls. I spoke to the supervisor, and he said they were very busy and were going to disconnect the phone in order system soon. The Supervisor said they will require in-store or online order in the future and abruptly walked away. WHY, if were so many calls coming in why wouldn't they provide phone support? It seems like it would provide a lot of revenue. This is the definition of poor customer service, which Always comes back to a business losing revenue. Next, I placed my order and was shown a piece of deli meat to verify the cut thickness. I saw it was the Wrong Type of Deli Meat and told the clerk it was incorrect type of meatWhile leaving the supervisor glared at me on my way out. Lastly, I opened my bag when I got home and found I received the incorrect type of bagel. I requested a bagel with sliced salmon and regular cream cheese. I specifically said I did NOT want the salmon cream cheese spread. Well, my bagel had salmon cream cheese spread. The clerk that took my order did not speak English well. Why the F*** would they hire someone who does not understand English to take orders. Guess what Bagel Bazaar, there are many bagel stores in my area, and they always Answer the PHONE and get the order correct. You are Awful. My business is going elsewhere!!! read more

First time visit here and was impressed. This place offers outdoors seating in this COVID-19 world. Haven't tried any sandwiches. Only picked up some roast beef and some pepper jack cheese. I love this place... It is so hard to run a business like this especially when people don't show up to work, but they still ALWAYS get my (very specific) orders right, they are always sweet and nice, the food is good (not as healthy as I usually eat but sometimes you just want good NJ bagel type food), good coffee. Bagel Bazaar is my go to spot for bagels / breakfast sandwiches! I have been going here for a while and they have never disappointed! Depending on the time you go it can get really busy in there ! I recommend calling in your order and it takes no more than 10 minutes to be made. You can dine in here as well. They have a few seats but unless it's prime time (early mornings) you can always grab a table. When it comes to bagel variety and freshness there is no other place around that tops Bagel Bazaar! This is my favorite bagel spot. The bagels and sandwiches are always good and it's really consistent. Now the bad. It's almost impossible to get someone to pick up the phone for take out and it's a little unorganized. When you do get there, it's chaos. Customers just standing around everywhere waiting for their food, there's no line, and you have to push through people and cut in front of people just to ask the counter if you can pick up your order. There is no indication if your order is ready or has been called already either. They really need some kind of ticketing system or put the pickup bags aside, it's always a hassle !!! read more

The food is delicious and fresh... BUT Not sure if they have changed owners or staff or both, but the service has declined and is frustrating. The food is delicious but there is no sense of urgency on the part of the staff, customers aren't acknowledged upon entering and even though you might have been waiting ten minutes to be served-they have been known to take other customers that arrived after you. My husband refuses to go back because he was snubbed recently and other customers were taken while he was standing at the front of the line. He is 6'5" so it's not like they didn't see him. Today was my husband and I's first time trying this place. The first sign that you know this place is great is when the line was out the door! The second sign was that the phone did not stop ringing the entire time we were there. Despite all the influx of constant customers, we only waited 10 mins for our food. The bagels were hot and fresh, the cream cheese was light and flavorful, the sausage and bacon were so delicious we were in shock! This is our 14th bagel place we've tried in New Jersey (it's our thing) and by far the best one yet! For those not willing to leave the house try this place m-f as they deliver! But get there early as they close at 4pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends! We'll be back for sure! read more

I stopped by for a bagel sandwich this morning around 10 o'clock. The girl preparing food was not wearing gloves. When Den (her name) gave me my sandwich I asked her why she was not wearing gloves. Den was not forthcoming and stated she was wearing gloves. I asked her to put on her gloves and have the short order cook make a fresh sandwich. Loved the bagels and muffins I got here. I went in around 7am on a Saturday and while it was crowded inside, I didn't have to wait very long at all! There was two staff working and they were filling orders super fast and efficiently. I also got two bagel sandwiches with lox and cream cheese, and they were delicious! Lots of lox piled on! So a heads up, this place is now called "Bagel Bazaar Deli Gril & Catering". They also have a website: www.bagelbazaarnj.com which has a full menu. This place seems nice and friendly. I walked in an ordered a dozen bagels to go. They served me very quickly and it was an affordable $8.99 for a dozen bagels. The bagels are good too! Nice size, good variety. I don't know what happened to this place- they messed up the order which wasn't a big deal but my sandwich was so disgusting I could not even eat it. Got an sausage, egg, cheese on a egg everything bagel. The eggs were gray in color and the sandwich tasted like fish- I took two bites and threw it away. This place used to have some of the worst customer service ever and that stopped me from even coming. But, I've recently decided to give it another go and the food is fantastic! The breakfast sandwiches are my favorite and I usually go for a bacon, egg w/ cheese or turkey sausage. Today, I also tried their home fries (which was a large portion for $1.99) and they were also good, a little greasy.. but none the less delicious. The prices for all of the food here is reasonable which is another plus. I recommend this location to anyone that is looking for an awesome breakfast that won't put a dent in your wallet. read more

I was in the area in the morning and came across this place on Yelp. It's a good deli I ordered the "Buddy Buster" which is eggs bacon sausage and cheese with home fries on the side (pictured). My parents live in the area and we decided to try their breakfast catering menu for our Christmas Eve gathering..the staff there are all pleasant and accommodated my order well. Everything was fresh from the scrambled eggs and bacon to the pancakes amd pastries.
