    Toasted poppy with butter.

This is a new bagel store in Mooresville that is also on the way to Troutman if you take Perth, or it's on the way to Sherrils Ford if you stay on 150 (River Highway). It's an awkwardly designed shopping center but in an ideal location (smart move). They should get a ton of business here. This is also an added location and the original is in Huntersville. The bagels are solid. They aren't the best bagels in the area but they're above average. I haven't tried a sandwich yet but I see a lot of great reviews for sandwiches so maybe try that too. I hadn't eaten breakfast yet and it was 1:30 and they close at 2. I'm almost never that person but I was very hungry. I could tell the staff wasn't thrilled to have new customers (not just me) because it was close to closing but they were very polite and did a great job (just something I picked up on beneath the surface and I understand). The pricing is fair for two bagels with butter. A solid option.

I just heard this place was open and since work closed early today this was my best (only?) chance to get a little something chewy and toastable that pairs well with an egg and cheese because getting this far out on 150 is usually an adventure - IYKYK. so the space is too narrow and there's not enough seating inside but there is bagels here. lots of bagels! bins of bagels! respectable bagels... arguably not the pinnacle of bagelology but still a superior product with a good bitey crust covering soft innards that don't turn immediately to mush in one's mouth... yea bagels! and they can be got individually or by the bag, plain, toasted, slathered in schmeer, filled with vegetables or deli meats or condiments or whatever you'd like and don't miss the odds and ends up on the half wall... got me a pretzel thing, two everything, two egg, an hawaiian, plus some crazy baked cheesy thing too. oh yeah..!

The best bagel sandwiches in town! 10/10, zero complaints. Dare I say even better than the original bagel bin in Huntersville.

Find another case with a variety of steaks ready to be cut - ribeye and NY strip were just a few examples. The cases have oils and spices to enhance your cooking. At lunchtime on Saturday there was a line to order sandwiches but it moved pretty quickly. The meats, peppers, seasoning, and bread far surpass anything you'd get at a chain sub shop. Half a sandwich filled me up which meant I got to enjoy the rest for lunch the next day. Between cold cuts, paninis, and hot sandwiches there are a variety of sandwich options. Grab one of the tables inside or sit at a table on the sidewalk on a nice day and enjoy a great lunch at Ferrucci's.

None of the sandwiches I've tried have blown me away. Theyre not bad, but not memorable. Limited selection in the prepared foods counter. Service is okay. The people who take your order are friendly but the woman who checked me out kinda wasn't. For an Italian deli (and I'm Italian with high expectations) this is a no from me.

I went to Yelp and started reading the reviews. I noticed the first review was right on the money!…read moreThen I looked who wrote it and it was me nine years ago. Nothing has changed--just that I gave three stars instead of two. I guess I'm in a good mood. As far as taste, it doesn't exist. I'm from Long Island and these are nothing like Long Island bagels. I hate to say that because the people were friendly. However, how friendly are they really if it's almost $9 for three bagels? This would be a good time to point out something I learned in life. Don't trust the nice people--they have an agenda. It's all manipulation. Trust the respectfully authentic people. I ate the Poppy Bagel but it wasn't very enjoyable. I couldn't even one quarter of the sesame bagel. I hate to write this but my loyalty is to the customer. In the poker world, my loyalty was to the poker player opposed to the poker rooms. This led to people being afraid to hire me. Instead, they hired very 'active' women. Lol. Good luck with that! I ain't no sell out. 99% of people I have met don't understand how I don't kiss ass for the money. I have my reasons. We got off bagels, didn't we? My bad! This place has a friendly staff but that's their job to get the money. Prices are high, signage is poor (losing business), and bagels are tasteless. Sorry! I would prefer to help businesses but this ain't the joint.

I tell you the employee attitudes were harsh and edgy. The workers bad attitudes at the deli counter were very evident. Their answers were very short and the no nonsense . There was basic responses with no kindness or friendly answers. I was purchasing a sandwich. When I asked about the sandwich I purchased in the lunch box offer I was told there were no extras offered. I Would have gladly paid extra but the girl at the deli counter would have no part of offering me a piece of lettuce or anything extra anything on the sandwich. No mayo no mustard no tomato. If you wanted it once you picked the box lunch it was up to you to put to TO GO mayo on the sandwich. No tomatoes or condiments extra available. None . The cashier at the check out counter was just plain RUDE. She acted like we were all inconveniences to her day and didn't bag anyones purchases. Nor did she say anything about it. All purchases was left on the counter and she simply rang it up. The End. BTW she had No Mask. No gloves. No smile. No kind words. Just rude attitude. If we ever make the mistake of stopping here again, we surely won't bother going inside this place. No way.

Moments later, other workers put six giant-sized sandwiches in front of mine, probably from phone orders or online orders, and began working on those. The two people I came in with were helped, while mine was put at the end of the line. I understand the importance of phone orders, or online orders, giving you the time to prepare the sandwiches. But to place those orders in front of the people who have been patiently waiting in the line is ludicrous. Priority should be on the people waiting in the store. If your Internet sales are that high, hire workers that only work on those I won't be back. Good food. Horrendous customer service.
