The two people I came in with were helped, while mine was put at the end of the line. I understand the importance of phone orders, or online orders, giving you the time to prepare the sandwiches. But to place those orders in front of the people who have been patiently waiting in the line is ludicrous. Priority should be on the people waiting in the store. If your Internet sales are that high, hire workers that only work on those I won't be back. Good food. Horrendous customer service.
