Chef Don has a special recipe for his spicy chicken salad, and he convinced me to give it a try. I'm so glad I did because it was absolutely delicious! The everything bagel + spicy chicken salad is seriously a winning combination. Everything is made in-house, and you can taste the difference. I also grabbed a bag of their bagel chips and a sampler of cream cheeses -- chive, pimento cheese, hot honey, and vegetable. Every single one was delicious! The owner was there and was incredibly friendly, and the woman who rang me up was just as welcoming. She even gave me a local's punch card because we just bought a house here, which I absolutely LOVE! We're so happy to have found this place and already know we'll be regulars. If you love a good bagel and homemade food, you need to try this place!

They both looked identical to the photos I posted (this one was mine). Here's my review... The bagels were hard as if they were "day old" (we purchased at 10am). The eggs appear to be premade. The portion of bacon and cheese was strikingly minimal. A sandwich that cost this much should have the contents flowing out of the bagel as in their examples when you walk in (my opinion). I treasure the money I earn and nothing upsets me more than paying too much for something this bad. I've never paid this much for a similar style bagel at an airport - and it's always better than this. I literally finished the bagel and said to my wife afterward... "that was the most difficult bagel sandwich I've ever eaten". I don't waste food. I don't share these details to be mean or malicious to the owners of this establishment. They just need to do better. As a consumer, I have to make the choices that are best for me and my family. And, when I had a more fulfilling Jersey Mikes sandwich yesterday for $10, it makes it easy to never come back.
