Cozy spot but packed with goodness. So much delectables at the counter and a full sandwich menu too! Came in for quick stop of bagel & coffee on brrr April morning - honestly better than Starbucks and cheaper!

Weekends are made for lazy mornings and delicious omelettes. Today, we tried three new omelettes; the Greek omelette, the Western omelette, and the French omelette. The Greek omelette was filled with spinach and feta cheese. It was served with a side of tasty home fried potatoes. It was scrumptious. The French omelette included crispy fried onions, sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. It was so good. It was also served with yummy home fried potatoes. The Western omelette included Canadian bacon, green onions, red and green pepper and cheddar cheese. It was so tasty. And, it also came with the same great home fried potatoes. We also ordered a gyro platter, for my granddaughter. She loved the meat. Instead of the pita, she put it on a bagel. : ) We also ordered an assortment of bagels, which were enjoyable too. Service was great. We ordered on the phone and it was ready for us, when we arrived. It was packaged well for the trip home. It is a bagel cafe with a comfortable ambiance and lots of choices. We usually order bagel sandwiches, but today we changed things up with the omelettes, and I am really glad we did. Service was great.

Love, love, love bagel cafe. The food coming out of here is always delicious and consistent. Ever since the first time my fiancée brought me, I've loved the bagel sandwiches here. My go to is normally the sausage, egg and cheese but I've also done bacon, egg and cheese. You can't go wrong with any of the bagel options. The jalapeño, cheddar cheese, everything bagel, plain, onion, etc all go well on a sandwich. For just a bagel and some cream cheese, the chocolate and blueberry bagels are amazing. The omelettes are also very good and you can't go wrong with any of them. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The same guy has been working the register for years now. I'm not sure if he's the owner or manager or what, but he's always a friendly face to greet us! The food also comes out fairly quickly. The ambiance is casual and reminiscent of a little bagel shop in NYC. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside (weather permitting).

This place SLAPS (slang for hits the spot )! I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. The only thing that sucks about this place is the tremendous wait on weekends. Everything is amazing and made fresh including their bagels. My go tos are the bagel sandwiches and omelets. I always like to get their chocolate bagel for little snack or dessert. Overall highly recommend this spot. There's parking out front, but seating is hard to get. The inside is fairly tiny and it's not great for groups.

Bright cute shop. I had very nice and very quick service. Was not super busy. I think it's a bit overpriced for what it is. The bagel and cc were decent enough. Consistency of the bagel was good. I'm a tourist in these parts so not sure if there's better in the area.

I don't recommend going on the weekend, very busy, in fact the first time I went was on a Saturday, it was so packed that I could barely see the selection, but judging from the crowd I knew I wanted to come back. So I went during the week for breakfast, still busy but not super packed. Lots of bagels to choose from. I purchased strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate chip to bring home. All were very good, strawberry my favorite of the 3. I got a breakfast sandwich and coffee to eat, coffee very good, sandwich was good, Service was great, everyone kind and helpful. Spacious and lots of seating when not super packed. I will definitely go again.

Stopped by the Bagel Shop in downtown Herndon on Nov' 23. I had the Ham and Cheese on Everything Bagel. Sat outside and enjoyed it. Taste was very good, everything bagel had large salt which was just perfect. The bagel sandwich as a whole, it can be viewed as a treatise to an ideal breakfast incorporating bagel, cheese, and ham. That is, a near-perfect combination of protein and healthiness for a first meal of the day. I enjoyed it and ate it slowly and languorously. Savored each bite. Actually tasted the meat (ham or turkey, both are good!), and the bagel, and the salt and seasoning, and even the cheese. This is how an ideal bagel sandwich is meant to be eaten / enjoyed! Savor each bite as if it were the last. This is what makes it worthy to pay out of pocket for a breakfast, especially one you could have easily cooked up yourself! Also I purchased a 6-pack of bagels (everything, have to try other flavors) as well as some cream cheese spreads (chocolate chip and cinnamon something). Liked the CC spread but it's a bit too sweet / sugary for me. Still great tasting. Not sure of the nutritional content of the bagels, but the everything bagel is pretty spot on. I usually don't like everything bagels, so when a shop does it right and you start liking everything bagel, that's when you know they onto something. Overall, awesome breakfast spot in downtown Herndon. I live relatively close by, so I'll likely be back again. Looking forward to it!

    Crowded inside

Below average, honestly. The bagels are subpar (Bobby's Bagels are better), and I would go as far as saying they aren't much different Einstein bagels. The space is nice but it's so crowded most times it becomes a bit suffocating; I believe the overflow of people might play a role in the poorer quality food. The service, too is okay. The excess of people might be another reason why they aren't as friendly.

I'm glad I was with them, since the location is tucked away up the stairs and would be easy to miss if you are passing by. However, inside was very airy and spacious with many cozy options for seating. I ordered my chai with oat milk and a cinnamon roll from the friendly cashier. She asked if I wanted to warm my roll, and I agreed with the suggestion. Once we had our order, we headed to the couch to enjoy our brunch. The chai was delicious and had a nice peppery kick. It even came with a little cookie! I also really enjoyed the cinnamon roll, which was especially packed with spiced goodness at the warm center. I loved that everyone from studying students to large families could enjoy the indoor and outdoor space. Even with a fairly steady flow of customers, we were able to relax in the sunny couch area without feeling rushed. I would definitely return here for another chai and some breakfast in the future!

Side note: don't go here thinking you're about to get some traditional Filipino dishes. Come with an open mind and an empty tummy! You'll be pleasantly surprised. The space is spotless, easy on the eyes, and perfectly cozy - minimalist décor with just enough charm to make you want to stay awhile. There's plenty of seating for the whole fam (yes, even all your titos and titas). Only one kind gentleman was running the show during my visit, and let me tell you - he handled everything like a pro. Even with our big order, everything came out quickly and with a smile. Bonus points for the snacks, ready-to-eat treats, and vending machines to hold you over while you wait. But honestly, the food is worth every second. Now let's talk about some of the eats: * Ube waffle: light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet - the powdered sugar and ube syrup complemented the flavor instead of stealing the spotlight. The chicken tenders were well-seasoned and paired well with the waffle. Whole plate was aesthetically pleasing and delish! * Lumpia: absolute fire. My only regret? Not ordering a mountain of them. * Longanisa breakfast sandwich: solid and yummy, but I wouldn't write my lola about it. Egg cooked to perfection though! * Silog breakfast bowl: oh. my. GAWD. Flavor bomb! The garlic fried rice, tender pork, egg, and peppers all danced together like they were meant to be. I'd come back just for that bowl - and the lumpia, of course.

We tried several dishes, all of which were excellent, and we highly recommend: The Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast is a seasonal specialty that combines classic French toast with a Hispanic dessert. It features thick slices of challah soaked in rich custard, topped with fresh strawberries, dulce de leche, whipped cream, and gingerbread cookie crumbs.
