It took awhile for the meal to be made, but it was nice because everything was made fresh to order. On another visit I was picking up food on the way to somewhere else so I was in a bit of a rush. I pre-ordered for a set time and when I got there, they hadn't even started preparing the order. It was frustrating because there was a reason I ordered for a specific time. One other time, the order was ready at the pick up time specified but I was glad I checked before leaving because we were missing two items. They gladly and easily fixed the issue, but it was frustrating that they didn't double check. One thing to note is that their bathroom is on a lower level, so if you have mobility issues, you might not be able to access the restroom while you are there. Check their facebook page and online for coupons. They often have buy one get ones on chicken tenders and often have daily specials that save a decent amount.

My pie had four pcs (not filets, only one half filet and 3 pcs) of anchovy total on my pizza with small pcs of peppers. The sauce was entirely different from any pizza we have ever had at Sforno - it was bland and almost flavorless which is 180° from any pizza we have had before. It's a shame when a restaurant of any kind cheapens and or cuts back on quality ingredients for whatever reason - was the second story addition added to soon for the business to support? Did winning the Trib Live Best of the Best 2025 award listed on the door make them complacent? I had a Freshman size Italian sub. It was really tasty. You can get a Freshman size (4-5 inch) or a junior or senior. (The Sophomore class feels really left out!)
