We arrived at the plaza and saw the Three Brothers Bagels sign in an Arial font face. We walked in, and inside was packed and kind of noisy; all tables and seats were occupied. We ordered different bagel sandwiches and orange juice. They unfortunately do not have decaf. While waiting, we kept an eye on anyone about to leave a table. Thankfully, a family was leaving, so we stood next to their table and sat there after they left. They called our names, and we got our food and sat back down. We ate half of our bagel sandwiches because they were so filling. My Reuben was particularly yummy. The establishment got quieter as the morning busyness lessened. For the price and the delicious sandwiches, it was worth the drive.

Amazing east coast style bagels with a great vibe and friendly staff. The bagels are freshly made daily and have the perfect balance of chew and denseness. Can't really go wrong with any of their spreads, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Seeing Taylor ham on the menu was a plus as someone from Jersey.

Three brothers had really great reviews so I wanted to check it out. Start to finish, the experience took 1 hour to get 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese. 35 minutes in line waiting to order. Then 25 minutes after I ordered to get 2 bagels. They were super busy. I feel like they should limit their uber eats, DoorDash etc orders if they don't have capacity to timely complete orders. Or they need to limit the orders coming in since they cannot keep up. They do have online ordering for in store pick up so in the future that may be easier. Additionally, people were receiving items at different times. Saw a guy get his coffee drinks and didn't get his bagels for 30 minutes after. The staff was super kind and friendly. Everyone was very focused on pumping out orders. It was very hectic. I do praise the staff for putting up with this style of operation. When I got the bagels, they were not toasted that well. I noticed this with other peoples bagels. I don't think they have a sufficient toaster for their operation. Probably need 2-3 of those toasters and on a longer toast setting. The bagel was very average. It was a decent bagel and the cream cheese was good. The ratio of spread to bagel was good. The bagel definitely left me wanting more. I felt disappointed I had waited so long for something that was a little lackluster. Also! Their bagels are wicked expensive. $5 per bagel with spread is wild. To get one container of cream cheese it's minimum $7. I was shocked by this. Biggest takeaways: they want to be able to meet the demand of the customers but by rapidly taking business from every corner of the market, they aren't able to deliver quality consistently. This isn't the place it used to be.

I went once for breakfast. I got the bacon, egg and cheese on a cheddar jalapeño bagel. I am a sucker for a cheddar jalapeño bagel. This was so good. Then I went back for lunch a few weeks later and got the turkey club on an everything bagel. And I think more sandwiched need to be made on bagels. I added onion to mine and got American cheese instead of Swiss. The staff was so nice both times I went. I found parking easily. They were sold out of some bagels when I went for lunch. I will be back to try more.

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and our twins for our morning coffee. Every weekend we try to hit up a new local coffee shop and on this morning we decided to go to Three Brothers Bagels. While technically not a coffee shop per se, they do serve coffee. This also wasn't my first visit, although it was way more crowded this time around. Besides the crowds, the shop had a number of places to sit as well as a bright and open interior. There is a clean and modern feel with white walls, natural wood accents, and black and silver fixtures. Bagels are displayed in baskets above the prep counter, while pastries and cookies are showcased up front in a wood-framed glass case. A large printed menu hangs over the prep area with a clearly marked list of spreads, bagels, and sandwiches. It is a functional space and well-organized even with the bustle. On this morning I decided to go with a 16 oz salted caramel cold foam cold brew for my drink and then the pastrami egg and cheese sandwich on a cheddar and jalapeño bagel, while my wife went with the classic lox on an everything bagel. The menu described mine as fried egg, house-smoked pastrami, and cheddar on a bagel, and my wife's as smoked salmon, tomato, red onion, capers, herbs, and choice of spread. From the time we ordered until our food was ready ended up taking 35 minutes. While the seven employees working were hustling, I wish I had been told it would be that long, especially since I had young children with me. Once we got the food, I will say that it was good. The bagel had a nice exterior and a good chew, while the salty savory pastrami and cheddar worked well with it. My wife also enjoyed her lox and her bagel. As for my coffee, well, it wasn't as good as expected. The foam was a bit on the thinner side and didn't stand up to the bitterness of the coffee as much as I would like. Then the flavor of the foam was a bit salty but I got nothing as far as the promised caramel. So from that standpoint the coffee was disappointing. The bottom line for me is that I might head back here again in the future. While I thought that my food was good, the coffee was just ok and the wait was long.

Have wanted to come and grab some bagels since the shop opened! Well today we got our 1st half dozen. Growing up in a New Jersey I have high expectations for bagels, and you have met them! Light crunch to the outside & perfect texture on the inside. The flavor of the French toast bagel & garlic herb were amazing! Definitely look forward to many more bagels. The store was well staffed & hustling! Keep up the good work!

I was on the other side of the shopping center at Acrospire. There was a morning yoga session and Three Brothers Bagels was the recommended option for brunch. I ordered online--everything bagel with egg and avocado. It was ready within 10 minutes. The bagel still had some fluff after being toasted. The egg was cooked with the right amount of runny-ness. I appreciate that they cut the bagel sandwich in half, made things easier. There are daily bagel options that they offer. Unfortunately, it's not on the online menu. Good to know for the future as a jalapeno cheese bagel does sound fun!

Good bagels and coffee! We got the turkey club and the cheesesteak, both really good but would definitely suggest the cheesesteak. Cold brew coffee was good and decently priced. It was very busy so calling ahead would be suggested. We walked in on a Saturday morning and only waited about 15 minutes but no tables were open to sit down.

My favorite bagel spot in PGH area. I always get the tuna salad bagel but their BEC is perfect too. These bagels are consistently chewy and good. Would love to see a homemade gluten free bagel in future!

Turkey Club on an everything bagel
    Lauren C.

I ordered delivery and got the turkey club on an everything bagel and a bacon, egg & cheese on a plain bagel. The turkey club was delicious, fresh ingredients, great flavor, and super satisfying. Can't wait to dig into the breakfast bagel tomorrow. If it's anything like the turkey club, I know I'm in for something good!

Back again, tell a friend! (Sorry if this review is random…read moreat times hehe.) I can't stop raving about this place and I plan to try the other bean thru's in the area than just this location. I really need to try other parts of their menu but today I selected the emerald dream with oat milk (hot) and a matcha lavender latte (iced). I am such a newb here (it's my second time) that I need to study up their menu more and fully know what I want before I pull up. I am also scared of their tip jug by the window but I am not one that goes through the drive thru at places. The service is always amazing and they are so kind when I am so awkward or dead. I think today wins with the dead vibe as I barely got any sleep last night. I don't mind the wait but then I feel bad when I'm the one that is taking up the line compared to the other side. I wish I stopped by this place when they had their green tea chiller as it sounds so interesting but it's okay, I will find some type of drink that makes me want to come back (outside of ED). The espresso bean is such a chef 's kiss on each drink that I didn't even realize that it came in white chocolate. I plan on getting a bag if I remember the next time I'm there. It's like not too sweet, not bitter, and it has a good fresh taste. I am very picky when it comes to my chocolate covered beans but I really do enjoy that nice little surprise. Even the cute little flower on my hot drink made me feel like they do value you as a customer compared to other places. It's the little things that make a day better! Also, don't forget about your loyalty card or if you're new, ask for one.

Let's start with the woman taking orders -- easily one of the rudest humans I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry (and that's saying something). The consistency is almost admirable, though. No matter when you come, she'll deliver a reliably bad attitude to everyone in line. Truly a masterclass in customer disservice. The operation itself? Absolute chaos. There's no system, no rhythm, no sense of order -- just pure bagel bedlam. Incorrect orders are basically part of the experience at this point. And for reasons known only to the universe, they also try to handle online orders simultaneously. The same rude front-counter woman is in charge of both in-person and pickup orders, meaning there can be five-minute gaps where she disappears mid-service to deal with the digital chaos. Efficiency? Never heard of her. Oh, and let's not forget the older woman who seems to be the manager or owner. Whenever she's around, the service somehow gets worse -- which I honestly didn't think was possible. It's almost impressive, in a "how low can you go" kind of way. Here's the thing: a bagel shop shouldn't be complicated. Slice the bagel, slap on some schmear, hand it over. Easy. Yet somehow, this place turns it into a full-scale production of Les Misérables, starring me as the perpetually disappointed customer. And despite all this, here I am -- again. Maybe it's the only bagel place nearby. Maybe I secretly enjoy the chaos. Or maybe I just love to suffer. Whatever it is, this bagel shop has me in a toxic relationship, and I can't quit it.

Every time we order them we get them toasted with cream cheese & they taste like onion 90% of the time. Each time we say, "Why do we keep trying?" The latest thought is maybe we get the bagels & buy a tub of cream cheese but that's frustrating because I don't want to buy two different tubs for the two bagels we buy every other month. It's extremely frustrating when all the service workers need to do is designate the knives for what they're cutting & spreading.

The inside of this brewery has a relaxed, open vibe with plenty of natural wood tables, metal chairs, a visible brewing area in the back, and colorful string lights hanging across the ceiling. There's a chalkboard mural on the wall and a Pride flag (since it was Pride month) adding to the welcoming atmosphere. There's also a well-stocked kids corner with books, puzzles, games, and art supplies, which is a great touch for families like ours. Outside of the beer, it looks like they often host different food vendors inside the kitchen space. As I often do when visiting a new brewery, I decided to go with a flight. It consisted of five beers: Joe Brown (coffee brown ale), Hear No Evil (honey ginger wheat), Honeycomb (oat honey ale), ChatBRU (west coast IPA), and Apple Pie Sour (sour ale). First up was the Joe Brown and it started with a solid coffee flavor and finished with rich toasted malts. Up second was the Hear No Evil which was A bold honey ginger wheat with ginger dominating from start to finish, leaving a lingering spice on the palate. Thurs was the Honeycomb which has Sweetness from the honey hit up front, followed by a more mellow oat finish. Fourth was the ChatBRU which was Smooth at first before diving into hoppy bitterness that lingered long after the sip. Last and certainly not least was the Apple Pie Sour. My first sip was mostly the cinnamon and sugar rim, which added a nice touch with a little salt on the finish. The second sip, without the rim, delivered a strong apple flavor that lingered nicely. I could absolutely see how they named it, as it genuinely tasted like apple pie. Out of the bunch, I ended up liking the Apple Pie Sour the most, closely followed by the Joe Brown. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed my beers, and my wife and I found it to be a super chill place. We loved that we could possibly bring our kids thanks to the thoughtful kids corner.

It's a great, but expensive, sandwich. The olive oil cake was also quite pricey, but good. Not overwhelmingly sweet. Topped and filled with something fruity (apricot?).
