Location is on a narrow city street with limited. The store front has room for 3 customers that share space with self-serve coffee cart. The long line of customers forms outside the shop. Because the workers also have limited space, service is slowed by reaching around each other. Hours are governed by supply: when they run out of bagels, they close. Crowded street is shared with Greek Bakery/restaurant next door.
