I don't know if there is any connection, but there used to be a bagel/deli chain in the New York metro area called, "Bagel Nosh," whose claim to fame were these humongous rounders the size of salad plates. They were perfectly boil baked with thin crisp skin and light air pocketed insides that were a full meal with leftovers for a skinny kid like me. I read that they went out of business and they faded from memory, except for flashes of those large babies whenever I heard words "nosh" and "bagel" in any order in proximity to each other. So, when I did a Yelp search of bagel places in the Mercer Bucks region and this one popped up I was intrigued. Could it be? Or, was it just a coinky dinky? Hoping for the impossible, but expecting disappointment, I drove there a few days later. To the point - Their onion bagel was very good, but no relation to its namesake. It was a standard size and created the right way with plenty of toasted onion flakes on top, but perhaps a little light on sourdough flavor. With a smear of veggie spread it was a pleasing breakfast (although a somewhat heavier layer of the cream cheese would have been a better balance between bread and partner). Still, I was quite satisfied. The only issue I had was tangential, but annoying. Unbeknownst to me, my paper coffee cup had a defect that leaked from the bottom, dripping java into my car cup holder and then onto my desk until I realized what was going on. Sort of took the joy out of eating, as I had to wipe up the spreading puddle and place a stack of napkins under the cup and drink quickly to minimize the loss. No blame. These things happen. It was just my turn to catch an odd bounce. Gotta pass the error along here as it was part of the overall captured experience. read more

After my previous reviewer, someone from the business reached out to me and was extremely apologetic about my experience. They provided a substantial amount of information about the different cleaning procedures that go on at Bagel Nosh, and they asked me if I'd like to try the food there one more time. I'm glad I went back! This time, everything looked clean, and while I wasn't able to get the egg everything bagel I wanted for my chipotle chicken sandwich (they had a crazy morning and sold out of most of their bagels!), the roll I got instead was pretty tasty. I think my biggest mistake was waiting until I got home (~15 minute drive) to eat my food, as the sandwich had once again cooled down a bit too much for my liking. I'd recommend the restaurant heats their sandwiches just a bit longer so that it's still nice and hot after a reasonably short commute. The bialy bagel I got (with butter and jelly) was tasty as well. I do feel like I have to acknowledge that the food described above was provided free of charge, but regardless of that, I think everything was pretty good, and I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff to reach out to me. My favorite local bagel spot! Bagels are always consistent and fresh. Crunchy on the outside, and nicely chewy and doughy on the inside. Wide variety of bagels to choose from; my mom usually sticks with the French toast bagel and my brother will go with the blueberry. I'm pretty basic and stick with sesame or an everything, but a good bagel doesn't need to be a fancy "flavor" for it to stand out! Good breakfast sandwiches and their scallion cream cheese is ah-mazing. It gets pretty crowded on weekend mornings, but you can call ahead to place your order for pickup. Friendly and efficient staff who are well organized. Very appropriate prices. Tons of good looking sandwiches on the menu that I have yet to try but would like to make an effort to someday. They usually have green bagels for St. Patrick's Day and red bagels for Christmas Eve, so fun! Just be sure to call ahead to ask if they have any left! read more

This is my favorite bagel place out of the 3-4 in the east windsor area. There aren't any bagels that stick out as something worth driving out of the way for but if you're in town and in the mood for a good bagel, bagel nosh is so consistent as well as fairly priced. My go to is the nova with lox and cream cheese which is a fair deal of 6$ I know some places overload it and they move at a good pace for the most part with getting your order done on time. I'm not sure if they do this but maybe if they had like a special bagel every so often or a sandwich unique to bagel nosh then they'd really stick out. They do tend to get swamped in the late morning hours and if possible it's best to place an order ahead of time, or you could find yourself standing quite awhile for a smaller order. But all in all great local bagel place with excellent customer service and consistently great tasting bagels! read more

I recently began working in East Windsor and have been looking for a good place to pick up a sandwich nearby and didn't want to go to Panera. Whenever possible I try to frequent independent small establishments. I was pleased to see they have boars head meats and cheeses. I had a turkey sandwich on a bagel. It was a great sandwich and I was in and out in less than 5 minute. I was excited that they carry JOE chips and teas. I had the sweet potato chips. The guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful (he went looking to see if they had the joe tea I wanted). Definitely a place I would go again. read more

The owners son Dan reached out to me after my first review and encouraged me to branch out and try a dig Samich so this morning it was time to buck the trend and since I wasn't in the mood for eggs I went for the "She's the Ham" on an everything bagel. (Ham bacon lettuce tomato mayo honey mustard cheddar Chz). Piled high with meat and the fresh lettuce and tomato sealed the deal. Dan and Company thank you so much for the heads up. I got a kaiser roll sandwich with hot roast beef fresh off the grill, grilled onions, hot peppers, lettuce, and cajun remoulade. I forget the name but it was pretty satisfying. I wish the bread had been toasted or warmed first but it was quick and service was good. It's not gourmet and would have been soggy if I did not eat it as soon as I got home but it's a good fast meal - it was neatly wrapped and bagged with napkins within 5 minutes. I also came here for a bagel sandwich on the first day I moved to town and I ordered an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and ketchup. It satisfied my craving but wasn't amazing. The bagel had a good texture but not as flavorful as I had hoped. I guess you will always be partial to the bagel shop you grew up with! After our favorite bagel place in Robinsville changed hands and took a nosedive we were on the search for a good bagel. After a pretty thorough search finding fat doughy bagels, hard flovorless things, etc. we found Bagel Nosh close to home. As some have mentioned they do tend to run out more often then most, at least you know they are fresh AND they have FLAGELS!! They only have everything flagels and run out early but we love their bagels. Sometimes the cream cheese distribution if off but that's what knives are for. read more

Honey mustard and honey turkey together is genius for the Sweet Windsor bagel sandwich ($5.49). Plus I'm a mega sucker for muenster and avocado so this was quite perfect for me. My only regret is not getting it toasted because that really would have brought it to an entire new level. Realized this after taking a bite of my boyfriend's toasted Grilled Reuben ($5.50) on an everything bagel. That melted cheese and warmth when you go in for a bite was excellent! Basic bagel shop-when they get busy they confuse whose called on and order and whose walked in. When an order is ready they call it out and if you don't realize it's your it gets out on a shelf. I happen to work next to Bagel Nosh, however I've driven past countless other bagel shops on my off-days to obtain the goodness they produce. They have a wide selection of delicious bagels, my favorite being the garlic, which has about infinite more times as much garlic than what other places offer. For lunch, my most frequented items are the veggie wrap which consists of a bunch of grilled and juicy veggies served with warm hummus in a delicious wrap, and the diet tuna wrap, which is better than any full fat tuna I could ever make, and dotted with tiny carrots and seasoned just right. My coworkers RAID this place at lunch time and Nosh offers probably about 30 specialty sandwich combinations. These span from their version of Rutgers fat sandwiches to very healthy options. Every time I enter Nosh, they seem to carry a new brand of potato chip and snack food, which is also fun. They have a lot of interesting treats such as Yan Yan and Hello Panda for sale. Although I only really drink water, they seem to also have a HUGE variety of drinks. Service is great and so friendly, and Nosh constantly offers new selections, such as delicious looking lox, which I will probably eat first thing tomorrow. read more

Went with the french toast bagel based on other reviews, and I must say, it is good: not cloyingly sweet (I'm looking at you, Panera), reasonably chewy, and not too dense. I really was not a fan of the walnut cream cheese: it didn't seem evenly blended. It basically tasted like plain cream cheese with walnuts scattered throughout. I'd still put Bagel Hole in Princeton Junction ahead of here (though I will concede Nosh has more variety).
