This new place finally opened and had to give them a try. Coming from NYC we know our bagels and pizza! Very clean place and a pretty good variety of bagels! Many breakfast bagel options too which they serve all day. The other thing that got my attention was they do make sandwiches using Boars Head brand meats which is very good! I didn't get a sandwich but will soon. I went on opening day and got the bagel & lox on a onion bagel. Was impressed! Went back a few days later with my son and I got the bacon egg & cheese on a everything bagel & he tried the lox. Also got a fresh squeezed orange juice and my son got a taro smoothie. They also have a boba drinks. Friendly service and everything was very good! They do sell bagels by the dozen. read more

I'm sorry but I'm not in agreement with everyone who has reviewed this place so far that this is a 5-star restaurant. I'm giving them 3-stars because the service was fast and very friendly, but the food was just okay. The bagels are way overpriced in my opinion. Keep in mind, I'm cheap, but still willing to pay for quality. I normally buy bagels from the bakery at Winco for $0.50 a piece and they're always fresh and delicious. They also have a wide variety. Today at Bagel Time, they didn't have any of the main bagel I was looking for, so I settled for some jalapeno cheddar and a poppy seed. They were not as fresh as the bagels I normally buy and at nearly 2.5X the cost, I was really expecting to be blown away. I wasn't. I also ordered a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. I was surprised that it was not toasted and possibly not too surprised but still a little disappointed that both the sausage and the eggs were just popped into the microwave and placed neatly on the untoasted bagel. It really wasn't as good as I make at home. I'm sorry, but when I can get fresh and tasty bagels for $0.50 elsewhere, I just can't see paying $1.35 per bagel here. I sure do wish them success and it is nice that the people over at the base have another type of food to choose from, but I can't recommend them right now. Maybe things will change in the future. Unfortunately, even now as of July, this page is still unclaimed. They always have a good selection of bagels and flavored cream cheese. I am a fan of the whole wheat w jalapeño cream cheese, extra toasted. The sandwich selections are also bomb and worth trying! I like the BLT the best. I haven't tried any breakfast ones yet but they seem to have something for everyone. The prices are fair, service is quick and friendly. Not just a bagel shop. The bagel and Croissant Sandwhiches are huge! I ordered a lox bagel and after a few bites I remembered I'm not supposed to eat fish (newly pregnant) I ordered something else and before I could toss the lox bagel out the woman at the counter said she wanted to save it to feed the homeless at the gas station across the way. We have been going there for years. Their breakfast sandwiches are what we love. The staff is very friendly and they got to know my wife and I over the years. They also have lunch type bagel sandwiches as well. We also buy their bagels for take home. They are light and fluffy on the inside, crucnchy and good on the outside. So I ordered on Yelp a pick up order... I work 10 min from this place so I decided to try it out on my way to work. I show up 20 min after ordering and there was a line. I waited in line even though I had a "mobile order" that was confirmed... and once I get to the front and say my name and order the woman said "we don't have it" so I showed her my order and she said "well we don't have that order" then continued to be soooo rude to me. Always check the prices they have posted on there screens, they will charge you more than what is posted and then say " oh I forgot to change it" it's happened to me twice already and when I point it out once the lady had a hard time giving me the difference they owed me. WARNING WEBSITE SCAM !!!! I have been to this business before and had great experiences. Today I was treated so poorly I will be doing everything I can to speak with the owner and landlord of this business. I made an order for pickup on their website that is ATTACHED TO THEIR BUSINESS ON GOOGLE. I got to the store to pick it up and they say they have to website where you can order very rudely and already combative. Which confused me. I showed them my order confirmation and they stare blankly at each other and say oh that's not our site we only use Uber.???? When I work near the area, I usually come here. The bagels are pretty good. The place is always clean and their bagels are always fresh. I usually get their veggie bagel or their salmon bagel along with a sweet pastry. Last time I asked for my pastry to be warm, it ended up getting too hard to eat. It was a cinnamon swirl croissant. I wish I could give this place a better review because the people seemed nice, but while not terrible, they're honestly they're just barely 'okay'. The bagels were over baked and dry, the pastrami was incredibly unevenly sliced and I got huge inedible chunks of outer dry outer rind. And, while I appreciate the young girl's tenacity and effort in regards to taking orders without writing anything down, she got our orders totally wrong--the types of bagels that were asked for were wrong, and the condiments and toppings were mixed up. The blended thai tea was from a dry mix that was insanely sweet and about as far from thai tea as you can get, plus the container was overfilled which, normally I'd appreciate but the lid was not secure on the cup (and was il fitted besides--maybe the wrong size?) and exploded in my car when I tried to place it on the cup holder. The overall establishment is dirty, the back counters look dirty, the front counters and signage look dusty and the lady that rung up our orders (different from the young girl fulfilling our orders) wore only a face shield and no mask, handled the cash and touched the food without skipping a beat. I want to start by saying that I absolutely love this place. We (work colleagues) go here at least twice a week and sometimes more. Today was a little different. I came in and there was a line but that wasn't the issue. I made my order (3 of the same breakfast sandwich) and then sat down. While waiting 3 more people came in and ordered at the register. The issue is that all three of those people received their order first. The 2nd person even had an order of more sandwiches than I did. I would understand if they ordered just bagels, but all were breakfast sandwiches. I was so irritated about it, and was so that I decided not to say anything at the moment just so it didn't turn into anything. I not asking for special treatment nor do I expect it. Ok so today was my 2nd time going here & both times my eggs have been this color. The last time it was just on the outer part of the egg but the sausage was on top of it so I thought maybe the sausage caused the discoloring but I still chose not to eat the egg. However today I ordered the triple (ham, bacon & sausage with egg and cheese on a bagel) I asked if they could do a fried egg but she said no they only do one kind of egg. I didn't stop anywhere else drove straight home (off of Perris and Alessandro) & opened up the foil to start to eat my sandwich when I saw the green . This place is located in the small strip of Cactus (north side of the street, east of the 215 freeway). This restaurant is actually pretty good. The prices are between $5 and $7 for a bagel / croissant sandwich. The contents of the sandwich are pretty good as well. This place is good for breakfast and lunch. read more

I've tried to give this place a chance three times now. The first time employees were really unorganized seemed confused and the bagels were cold. The second time the coffee was hot and so was my breakfast sandwich although they seemed confused when I asked for no meat on the sandwich and asked me to order a different sandwich which I said no thanks . Today I went just for coffee at 9 am on a Wednesday and all 5 of the coffee canisters were empty.
