TIP: they get busy & it's a small family business with limited staff - try to call and order ahead when you can. Their Boba and iced coffees are good. First and probably last time coming here. Ordered the number two and added bacon and turkey to it. Was only served with bacon, they completely forgot I ordered turkey. When i went up to the lady to confirm that there were no slices of turkey, she told me the number two didnt come with it (obviously because its their vegetarian option). I ordered the asian coffee with boba, easy ice. Usually asian coffee has a very strong coffee flavor but i only tasted cream, hardly any coffee or condensed milk. Their boba was overcooked to the point where they werent boba balls but one huge glob of tasteless, soggy flour. She also made it with EXTRA ice. I was going to ask for a refund for the turkey but decided it could just be "tip" but she asked me if i wanted it on the side (why pay about $2-3 to have it on the side?). However, when i sat back down, i think she looked at my ticket and saw that i did order it because in whatever language they were speaking...it sounded like an, "ahhhh moment" she had. They have interesting bagel options, one being strawberry banana. Since moving to Moreno Valley this bagel shop was a happy find! Usually everything is so good, but this morning 4/9/22 must have been an off day. Called 4 times to order ahead and no answer so i walk in to order and to my surprise not busy at all so maybe they didn't want to answer. Anyways i definitely got old old bacon and yesterdays bagel. Sadly so disgusting and lacked flavor! Normally tastes great. The ladies here are always kind. Hopefully just an off day. Lack of flavor on the bagels. Blueberry bagel had tiny little bits of blueberries in it. Just tasted like a plain bagel. Seems like a theme the rest of the bagels and good items had a lack of flavor which to me shows the owners of being cheap and wanting to save on seasoning. So this place is kind of garbage, the service garbage, the product garbage. On September 2024, I pick up my order a cafe latte and a number 9. I went to my car and when I put my coffee on the cup holder my coffee opened of course it wasn't closed tight by the person who prepared it. There was coffee on my clothes on my car and I was on my way to work. I went back to the shop and told the lady what happened and she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do. l asked her to please put it in another cup because it was all messy from outside; she said she cannot do it. I asked again politely several times and she kept saying no until she finally said help your self. I didn't even knew where the cups were. But besides the least she could do was to put the rest of the coffee which it was less than half of the cup put it in a cup!! I didn't wanted to make a scene so l put my self and she followed by saying "it opened because you didnt closed it right,"Seriously!! Which coffee company gives you the coffee and you have to closed it your self?!! I called the company because I was running late because for work and l asked to talked to a manager and the person who answer said they were all managers and that she saw what happened and that she closed the coffee herself. She was very rude. Not even an apology from them. For sure never buying on this place again anymore. Other times that I had bought stuff there they always messed up my order and never complaint but this time I am complaining. This people need to be trained on customer service!! We love coming here! Their bagels are so good! Especially their bagel and lox (my fave)! The only area for improvement would be that they sometimes run out of stock. Last time we went, they had only a couple types of bagels, blueberry or cinnamon (nothing else), and neither sounded good with lox & capers. We had to use a croissant, which was still decent. Doesnt taste like Cappuccino at alll ... 3. The Boba tastes old. Like its been sitting in my drink too long and I gave it the first sip. 4. OVEER PRICED almost $6.00 for a water down Cappuccino Blend with Boba.. Also as i was waiting for my drink, the cooks are are making the bagel breakfast and all you can see that all is cooked by microwave. Horrible customer service. I went in this morning and it will be the last time I ever go in. The worker at the front counter acts as if she doesn't want to be there, I finally order my food and ask for a military discount, the lady at the counter was like "no we don't give military discounts" I said that is a shame since YOU ARE RIGHT ACROSS FROM A MILITARY BASE. She then proceeded to tell me how expensive it is for HER business and if they give a 10% discount to the military it will not be fair. They are going to raise their prices she said prior to implementing the military discount; all this as she charged me 15$ for a mediocre bagel. Disgusting place of business, not military friendly at all. There is a donut shop next to Carl's Jr's that is extremely better, have better customer service and you won't need a loan to buy breakfast. Horrible! If there was an option to give negative stars I would. I might add that I only made a yelp account because I was so disgusted by this lady's business practices and how they do not support the military community. read more

No frequent goer would ask if the had cream cheese. For me, if a place asks if I'm new I love it because I'm more inclined to ask questions and actually order more food. Bagel time has the best bagels I have ever tasted and it's not too far from home! I love that the bagels are always made fresh because you can literally tell the difference from store bought. I love their homemade cream cheese, which they have available for purchase to take home. Although because they are fresh they do tend to run out, you just have to make sure you arrive early. Came here with my girlfriend, not sure what to expect. We both really love bagels and we decided to go look for a place that would help our craving. We came in and there were a good amount of options when it came to bagels, they had savory and sweet which was very nice and we saw some we'd try next time. I also noticed they sell their own flavored cream cheese tubs which was really nice and snacks to go along with your bagels. We ordered Asian coffees that had espresso, half and half and condensed milk. the Mexico, which had chorizo, egg, and avocado. the triple, with egg, cheese, ham, bacon, and sausage. I had a cheddar Jalapeño croissant to tide me over. The chorizo on the Mexico was great and had a lot of flavor. To my surprise, the cheddar jalapeño croissant was stuffed with ham and cheese which was also great-- it was warmed up so the cheese was melted in the middle. I've been coming here a few years back when they first opened. The owner is the sweetest. My daughter loves the strawberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I cannot visit without an Asian iced coffee. "The best" I'm so glad to see them open and surviving through the pandemic. This new place finally opened and had to give them a try. Coming from NYC we know our bagels and pizza! Very clean place and a pretty good variety of bagels! Many breakfast bagel options too which they serve all day. The other thing that got my attention was they do make sandwiches using Boars Head brand meats which is very good! I didn't get a sandwich but will soon. I went on opening day and got the bagel & lox on a onion bagel. Was impressed! Went back a few days later with my son and I got the bacon egg & cheese on a everything bagel & he tried the lox. Also got a fresh squeezed orange juice and my son got a taro smoothie.
