    Soup of the day..

I have eaten at this place once before but we set outside. Today it was raining so we made our way inside and set at the bar. Pretty much the whole time we were laughing at the fact that we fault like we were at a airplane restaurant. The inside doesn't really match the resort. It seems like a Mexican style place but serves seafood. Our bartender was nice but seemed out of it. We came just for the lobster Mac and cheese but also ordered two other appetizers, 1 house soup and calamari. Our friend ordered the boom boom shrimp. Everything was pretty good and I have no complaints on the food. We ordered three appetizers two beers and two house wines and the bill was $91. Holy hell was that house wine expensive. I think we are just upset that for 2 house wines cost $27. I couldn't image what the prices for the other wines were.

We were staying in the area and decided to give this place a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Nice atmosphere and wonderful servers. The sourdough bread was warm and so good. We had the chefs recommendation of the flat iron fajitas and my wife had the grouper. The Gouper was fresh and delicious. She really commented on how it was so lite and delicious. The fajitas were really good. The quality of the steak was top notch. Not greasy at all. The peppers and onions were sautéed perfectly. Just top notch We never have dessert but tried the famous Mike's Pies key lime pie. Not a pie, line or key person but had to try. This is something you must try yourself. It's like the lime sherbet top restaurants provide between courses. Just perfect for after dinner. Light and palette cleansing. Had a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back.

The food was good and the service was great! I get the veggie wrap, Elycia had the chipotle wrap, Indira had the quesadilla, Joe had the skinny burger, and Raj had a regular burger. We all cleared our plates. I loved how Joe's skinny burger used the round thin bread I use at home. Great food and menu.

What can I say... this place is depressing. Staff is friendly, but the place is a dump. The food is overpriced and under-flavored.

The steak was over cooked and overpriced. Service was good - I would only eat hear if staying at this hotel.

Serviceable in a pinch, but not very inspired. Limited menu, unsubtle treatment of food.

Our server was a bit slow in getting our drinks at first, but she ended up being very sweet and accommodating. Hubby and I ordered and shared dry rubbed wings , a wedge salad that the waitress had the kitchen split for us, and a cheesesteak sandwich. I also had two NA beers. All things were very tasty and enjoyable, though I'd likely try their house specialty called the Pineapple Express. Per the menu, it's coconut rice, red and green peppers, onions, and pineapple chunks served in a fresh pineapple boat with a sweet and sour sauce. You can choose to add a protein if desired. Our total bill was $55, which is pretty reasonable given the location and all that we had.

The lobster roll was especially disappointing. At around $30, we expected fresh lobster, but it tasted fishy, overly salty, and did not seem fresh. Based on our experience, we would not recommend ordering it. It's also worth knowing that this is not a full-service restaurant with an extensive menu. The food is prepared in a food truck kitchen attached to a tiki bar, and the menu is much more limited than expected. We almost never leave negative reviews or complain, but we felt other diners should know what to expect before visiting.

We started out with a chocolate martini & a Whispering Angel Rose. Both were refreshing and very celebratory for my friends birthday. Since it was lunch, we went straight to entrees. My husband had the Strawberry Field salad with shrimp. Beautifully crisp and delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly even if the salad should have had less dressing. The birthday girl had the short rib grilled cheese which looked exactly like the pictures. She managed to eat the whole thing. I had the steamed clams. The presentation was totally unexpected. It had a pizza dough topper that was puffed up with the clams, linguica & broth nice and steamy underneath. It was an amazing preparation and the dough helped tame some of the spiciness from the linguica. We all said we would come back. I would give this restaurant a solid 4.5 stars as the refill of our water was a big sluggish. Since you cannot rate in 1/2 star increments, I gave it a 5.

It ended up being a great find! The restaurant is spacious with huge windows overlooking the water, which I absolutely loved. It was much too hot to sit outside, so we enjoyed the view from an inside table. We decided to split the steamed clams (without the sausage) and a lobster bisque for lunch. Our server, Sydney, was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The clams were served inside a bread-like pastry. My husband especially enjoyed that part, while I skipped the bread and dug right into the clams--they were fresh and delicious. The lobster bisque was rich, flavorful, and just as good. One unexpected bit of entertainment came from the couple seated next to us. It sounded like they were on a first date, and while I certainly wasn't trying to eavesdrop, they were talking so loudly it was impossible not to overhear! They seemed to be having a wonderful time, and it added a lighthearted touch to our lunch. Hope springs eternal! Overall, I was very happy with both our meal and the beautiful waterfront setting. I'd definitely stop here again the next time we're passing through Stuart. The only thing that gave me pause was the dinner menu, which looked a bit pricey, but for lunch this was a very enjoyable stop. You don't need a reservation for lunch so that was a plus. Sometimes you just want to go with the flow, and that is just what we did!
