Very disappointed in your work crew. The manager should really look into the people they've got working here. First it took forever to get our snowballs. Then they completely forgot one of our orders. Then the coconut cream pie that was supposed to have ice cream and extra cream in it had neither so my husband just brought it back and told them about it and said he did not want another one but the girl did not care. No apology or anything. We definitely WONT be coming back to this location on 529. We'll take our business elsewhere. Poor poor job. I sure wish the manager would reach out to me. Oh, I DID just have a picadilly during the cold front last night. It was so delicious. It was my first time trying Bahama Bucks, and I just loved the shaved ice. It is so perfect! I did not want a basic snow cone, so I tried a picadilly, and it was AMAZING! I was so shocked to see an option like that on the menu, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Second time here and will be my last. I ordered the Tigers blood baby and the Sugar Cookie baby. The Tigers blood had syrup, but the sugar cookie was non existent; all I had was ice! And it took me eating most of it to figure out it wasn't at the bottom either. And the customer service... How do you mess up getting a Togo box for the drinks??? Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location. It took about an hour to take our order through the drive thru. Once we ordered we had to wait about 20 minutes to get our ice after that. Our shaved ice looked like it had been sitting out for a while and the ice wasn't shaved finely. Overall, we don't recommend this location and we won't be returning. read more

I don't know how on Earth this place could be so slow. They literally fill a cup up with ice and pour syrup over it, yet I've seen restaurants deliver 5 course meals faster than this. It seems that the service is progressively slower and the quality of the snowcones are declining. Yet again my snowcone was so dry and flavorless that I couldnt eat it. Came here for a quick snocone only to see that it is not organized and ran by teenagers with no customer service training. I was purchasing my son cone with a gift card. One person tells me their machine not working, as i proceeded to say what do that have to do with me. I'm presenting you a form a payment and YOUR machine is not working to process it. Paid 10 bucks for an açaí bowl. It took 15 minutes just to make and nobody was in line. They used their bare hands on part of the fruit handling process so that wasn't very clean. The oats or nuts or whatever that came with it was super stale. On top of that the fruits were blended so much it came out completely watery to the point it was no longer cold. Let me start by saying: my husband and I are beyond addicted to this place. We had to limit ourselves to only go on the weekends after realizing we were going every day. And its a 20 minute drive to get there! I've never been a huge snow cone fan. They're ok. Its sugary, cold, and is nice on a hot day. But then I discovered the magic of the bahama rama mama, which is ice cream at the bottom of the snowcone. My life hasn't been the same since. You can sample the flavors if you go inside. The owner is usually there and does his best to make sure you find something you like. I've been impressed with how friendly and accommodating he is. My favorite is keylime pie with the ice cream. Least favorite is tiger's blood, which is more cinnamon than I've had at other places. You get a tiny drink umbrella with each snowcone, which is fun. Even better is the spoon that changes color based on temperature. Its a nice cute addition to the product. The environment is family and group friendly. It has board games for kids to play. The only downside of this place is how long it takes to get a snowcone. I'm not a professional, but it seems like 10+ minutes when there are only a few people in front of you is too long. Perhaps because they are new they are working out the tweaks on how to expedite the product. Or maybe having all 16 year olds isn't the most efficient group of workers. All I can say is YUMMY!!! I love the texture of their shaved ice. I love that you have the option of adding ice cream. The staff are so friendly and helpful as to what flavors to try. I've tried dine in and drive thru and both were pleasant experiences. The dine in area is huge with plenty of tables & chairs. I came in and my 1st reaction was to say "Shaka Brah!" I don't understand this place. It literally takes a MINIMUM of 15 minutes to get your sno cone and I'm not exaggerating. Rudest and slowest service ever. I placed an order online for 2 Smalls with a flat top (see pic). As u can clearly see, it says I selected "flat top in a bigger cup". When they brought it out I noticed they didn't do that so I explained what was wrong. He took it back inside, came right back with the same size and said that I didn't request the upsize. I explained to him that online orders don't let you "upsize" but you can select the flat top option that says in a bigger cup. I asked her to fix it and that if her system wasn't working properly, that wasn't my fault nor my problem. She turns and walks away as I'm talking to her and walks back inside from my car (drive up pick up). I pull the order up on my phone and slightly open the door to all her if she needed to se the order just in case she had to make note of it or to notify someone of their system was messed up. With a major attitude she says "you AIN'T gotta do all that we're already remaking it". Before I walked in who knows what she was saying bc everyoneof her little Co- workers were just staring. When I waited outside for my drink, another girl brought my drink. I asked when the owner came to the store and when I was talking to her, everyone inside was staring and another girl came out to give deliver a drink but she lingered for the gossip. I asked what that girl's name was that was rude and she said she wasn't going to give me her name. The other girl, the one that gave me my drink at the end, apologized. That first girl with the attitude should be fired!!! So many people in the neighborhood complain about this place bc of their attitude, how superrr slow they are, and just their lack of professionalism. I just had a terrible experience at the drive through. The associate at the window seemed to not know what she was doing. She handed me a snow cone with snow cone still on the bottom of the cup. When I asked for a napkin she didn't say anything took the cup wiped it with a rag and still did not give me a napkin.. napkins are standard right? Last summer they were.... The snow cones had way too much juice and I think the cream was out of date. I do believe I will be searching elsewhere to spend my money. I really want to give this place a higher review- I really do. The snowcones are awesome! But the service is really bad. At this location, they only hire young kids- some don't even look old enough to have their drivers license. So I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's honestly just ridiculous. The kids are always very polite and try to be helpful- but every time I come it takes a ridiculous amount of time and the last 2 out of 3 times they've gotten my order wrong. Last time I came, I went inside and ordered two snowcones, both with two flavors. I waited almost 15 minutes, and when I was handed my snowcones they were wrong. So the girl remade them- again wrong. It turned out that when the girl took my order- she had charged me for 3 snowcones- 1 with two flavors and 2 with one flavor, instead of 2 both with 2 flavors. They asked me if I wanted a refund, but at this point I had waited so long (and honestly wasn't sure if the girl working the register even knew how to do a refund) so I told them it was fine- just to keep it the money and make the snow cones as ordered. There were a lot of customers waiting behind me & again, there were only young kids working there, so I didn't want to make it any harder on them and gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I came back today, I decided to go through the drive through- but it still took 15 minutes and they still got my order wrong. Gave me two smalls when I had ordered 1 small and 1 medium. The boy at the window was very polite and tried to fix the situation as quickly as he could- but it's still pretty ridiculous to wait almost 20 minutes for a snowcone.. And there were 3 cars behind me who had been waiting just as long. Perhaps the managers need to spend more time on training if they're going to hire kids with no job experience or hire more employees, so that the wait isn't as long.
