I always get the kiwi flat top and sometimes add gummy bears always good on a hot day.

I've been here 3 times and the first two were satisfactory in that their product was smooth and the flavors were yummy. The third time I went, most recent, the lady in the drive-through wearing a camouflage shirt was not listening to what my order was even though I made it clear three times. When I told her these were not the flavors I wanted she ignored what I had to say and lied to me that it was watermelon even though it was clearly birthday cake. Not sure how she could fight me on this but I felt defeated :( I feel like I deserve a refund or a free one for the attitude she game me. read more

Tried the bomb pop shaved ice with ice cream bottom and crème on top. It was yummy! The young lady who took my drive thru order was very friendly and patient (even though I knew it had to be super annoying to not be able to hear well with the awful speaker they have to use and the blenders going on in the background). Unfortunately, I couldn't give the full 5 stars because I used a BOGO coupon and didn't realize until it was to late that I never received my full discount which was a bummer. I'd recommend the water ice, but would advise to be mindful of what your being charged. read more

I am so excited this place opened in this little greenway shopping plaza! It is fresh and colorful and the service is great! The employees were extremely friendly and courteous. They have a game center with Uno, Jenga, and more card games to just have fun and enjoy a delicious treat! Theres nice tables set outside that are clean and beachy looking. The whole place has a beachy vibe to it. This is was very much needed in this shopping plaza! read more

They skimp on the syrup, 1/4 of the cup had no syrup at the bottom. They also don't look much like the advertised photo. My kids gummy bear snow cone had only 2 gummies throughout and the photo shows them all around the outside of the snow cone. False advertising if you ask me. This place transports me to island life. You can add ice cream to any of the shaved ice sizes. I had strawberry and coconut, the ice cream in the middle made the treat. The strawberry flavor was a bit too sweet for my liking, but I have a major sensitivity to sweet. The coconut was perfect, and I would have the coconut flavor on it own next time. I would definitely come back here again. The family friendly games were a nice touch. We played connect 4 with my toddler and he had a blast. read more

Went ordered a Large cheesecake/coconut with cream and sprinkles and said no flat top. What I got was a large with flavor that only penetrated to one inch in, flat top and no sprinkles. The crunch from the sprinkles is my favorite part. And somehow the one time I come here every month for the last eight months I haven't actually gotten the sprinkles I ordered. (Which I never complain or have people remake things till today) I thought the flavor or sprinkles sunk to the bottom so I started scooping all the ice out. There was no flavor no sprinkles. I tried to eat it but it's just ice and with no flavor the texture is not the same. Went back in had them remake it. Told them about the flavor issue and that there was no sprinkles didn't even mention they put flat top on the receipt. When I got it I saw there was visibly no sprinkles. And again I hoped they were just further in. I made sure I asked her two times if there was sprinkles and cream in it. She said yes both times. Got to my truck and of course no sprinkles. She had said sorry when I received my remake but there was no sincerity. And after working in the food industry for many years I know you got to suck it up, put a smile on your face and make the customer feel heard. If it was only no sprinkles and the top being wrong I wouldn't of had it remade. And I wouldn't be writing this review if it was made correctly the second time especially since I gave her the receipt. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! Makes me think the area is going through a revitalization, feels like somewhere I would go if I was on vacation in Hawaii! Ice flavors galore even the most picky of eaters will find something on the gianormous menu. I definitely will take anyone who visits out of town here, and it's become our go to cold desert spot. Stopped by for the first time tonight and this place has a lot of potential. However, they have to get the staff trained to really serve their customers when the customer is spending upwards of $5 per beverage. It's a cute, fun place with lots of games. The tables were clean and there is outdoor seating as well. However, I felt rushed by the cashier and also felt like he should have explained the menu options. For example, apparently you can get multiple flavors in one cup. Apparently you can also get sprinkles and some add ons at no additional charge. This would have been nice to know. I asked about a punch card and was given one, but the cashier did not tell me what it was good for. We ordered three shaved ices for a bit over $20 - not cheap. The flavors were good except for the thin ice which tasted rather...strange. Kind of a saccharine diet flavor to it. I'm sure we will be back but I hope the customer service improves, the staff gets more training, is friendlier and more helpful. I'd like my options explained because there is a ton to choose from. read more

We have been waiting for so long for a Bahama bucks to open near us and we are so excited to finally have the greenway location. We visit probably more often than we should, at least twice a week. Unfortunately the wait is so long. We went through the drive thru tonight and waited 23 minutes for one shaved ice and then the drink wasn't made properly - wrong flavor. Have always loved Bahama Buck's and grew up on it in gilbert. Glad they opened one up in north Phoenix. This location has some work to do on making the shaved ice, they put a little flavor on it and then it does not go all the way through. A lot of money for thin ice. Please fix this because this is the best shaved ice normally. Also when you go up to get it fixed I don't think we should feel we are a bother. If your paying 4 bucks for a shaved ice then it should be made right! read more

I get the same thing each time I go to Bahama Bucks, a small Tiger's Blood w/ Creme. At this location, there were chunks of ice and the syrup didn't even reach all of the ice. Other than that, the costumer service and hospitality was great. read more

The staff here is very friendly. Great prices and a big selection of flavors. I had a small-12oz of shaved ice. Server suggested to try only 3 flavors otherwise the flavors would all run together. She was right. They also serve smoothies, coffee, lemonades and sodas. I recommend this place, expecially during our hot summer months. read more

Always remember to get a stamp card because you will want to come back! You can customize pretty much anything you want! My favorite is the white coconut and strawberry shaved ice! The cream they can ad on top is really good as well! My boyfriend loves the mango with tajin and chamoy! They have a drive thru too so you don't even have to get out of the car on hot summer days, but if you do there's fun games to play inside from jenga to uno and apples to apples! read more

The service was atrocious. I understand that due to Covid-19, the store is drive through only. however, after waiting in line for 30 min, no one took our order at the speaker after we waited, so when we pulled up to the window they made us pull around and wait another half hour to order. when we got our order, both of our shaved ices were messed up (forgotten flavor/no tropic creme) and half of each cup was just plain, unflavored ice. What do you know when you have a pregnant wife craving Bahama Bucks and you look and see that they are open...only to drive over there and find them closed because they were redoing the parking lot. Everything online said they were open. Would have been nice not to have wasted our time driving over there to find them closed. It's not super far, but far enough. Open 2 months and then redoing the parking lot? Kind of bad timing for a new place to open. This is my go to place right now. I've been almost everyday since they've opened. My stomach is mostly paralyzed and I can't tolerate eating much. I get a baby banana every time and am always so impressed. Having a chronic illness, I really appreciate the fact that there's a drive thru. This is my little piece of heaven that makes me so happy. Thank you for everything guys! The punch cards are so nice. I fill mine up and give them to family who can tolerate a bigger size than the baby. I NEVER leave reviews, ever. I only made a Yelp account in order to leave one. Here's why: I came into this location with my friends today and it was pretty busy because it was the last day of school and there's an elementary school located right behind it. We placed our orders (just shaved ice, small sizes, super simple) and we took our seats. The tables were sticky. We ended up waiting at our sticky table for AN HOUR. An hour would be unacceptable if they were crafting a handmade 5 course meal. This was shaved ice. I do not usually get upset or annoyed by things, but this service was unacceptable. As I was waiting for my shaved ice, I talked to a couple other customers. These customers said that had been waiting for about an hour as well and when they finally got their orders, they were incorrect. To add on to this, one of my friends found a large chunk of ice in their shaved ice and the other found a hair. The employees looked as though they had no idea what they were doing whatsoever and I was tempted to hop the counter and make the shaved ice myself. I can't even believe I'm on Yelp typing a review right now. If you're going to go, don't. Or maybe at least don't go when it's somewhat busy, because they clearly aren't capable of handling that.
