Throughout the process we were impressed with the knowledge and experience Ronnie provided as a result of his years of building homes in the Crossville, TN area. He can be counted on to build a quality constructed home and deliver in a timely manner the house a customer wants at the agreed upon price. Additionally, Ronnie is a strong Christian person who treats people with respect and truly loves what he does for customers looking to build their forever home. We would recommend his services if you're looking to build a home in the area.

He has used the same crew (Shane and Eric) for many years and his brother Ricky is the onsite general foreman. All of these guys were nice and great to work with. The other local contractors that he uses are all very reputable and work closely with Ronnie. Ronnie had a floor plan which was close to what we wanted, but he worked with us until it was exactly what we wanted. Because he has an architect that he works with, he actually took all the changes and made a new blueprint. This helps to keep everyone on the same page. Ronnie stands behind his work 100% so if you would happen to have any issues, you can rely on him to take care of it in a timely manner. The quality of a Ronnie Wyatt home is exceptional, bar none. Would I recommend him, absolutely. Roger and Jan Murphy

We are in a new build neighborhood and those of us who used Bryant truly regret the decision and…read moreour fences look so poorly- constructed in comparison to neighbors who used other companies. I waited about 9 months to post my review, hoping that they would rectify the fencing issues, address the shoddy workmanship, and allow the seasons to fully pass and see how the wood would adjust. We shared one side of the fence cost with our next door neighbors and Bryant agreed to discount that side...but later charged us in full. I had to call and get it corrected and that worker on the phone was very apologetic and kind. One of these stars is for her as the bright spot of our experience. Disappointed in both the fence quality and look as well as the customer service beyond payment. They used such thin strips of wood that it looks like cheap, rough plywood and many of the posts are bowing significantly (as do the fences of our other neighbors who used Bryant), have words printed all over them, red purchase tags still attached, etc. The post edges were haphazardly cut at jagged, differing angles. The workers left concrete bags, cans, bottles, and dirt/rock piles behind after fence construction. The rock was especially challenging to dispose of and they charged extra due to rock (and didn't tell us). There is a green treatment that they spray on and said that we had to wait for it to wear off in a few months to stain our fence. It looks terrible and now, beyond 9 months, it still had not fully worn off. We decided to stain it anyway. We had a horizontal privacy fence installed and there are sizable gaps that allow people to see in. There were very large spaces at the bottom where the fencing did not go down as far as it should, allowing animals into our yard constantly. The back gate (which is one of the first focal points walking into our home/seeing out the back) was created by hand and it is so very crooked that the latch and lock wouldn't even work properly, causing safety issues for my young kiddos with a steep drop and drainage pipes behind our property. I voiced my concerns and they said they don't fix bowing, they could drop off some wood pieces when in the neighborhood to repair the bottom of the fence ourselves, and didn't respond to gate concern. A month after my inquiries, I received a response from the Asst. GM, Robin, who sent someone out after I sent her photos. After a few reschedules and an unannounced visit, Ed showed up to do repairs and we were so very dissatisfied with the quality of the repairs and our interaction. He said that we COULD latch the back, we just had to lean the door and be gruff with it. I told him that we should be able to easily latch and lock it and that the sizable/angled gap was also impeding upon privacy and looked awful. His response? "But that means we may have to reconfigure the whole door!" I stressed that I understood but wanted it corrected. I told Robin that we were disappointed by the quality of the repairs and sent pics. I never heard back from her. I, unfortunately, cannot recommend using this company.

I should also say it seems the quality of your fence is determined by the crew that shows up. "El Hefe" was the crew we were given. He and his crew were incredible. I suggest calling Bryant Fence and hiring them. It's worth the extra $2-300 when they're building you a high quality CUSTOM fence. I can't say enough about the communication and responsiveness of Sam & Brandon. I gathered 8 quotes and Sam was very honest with me and personable. He didn't just give me a sales pitch, he asked what I wanted and helped vision cast what the fence would look like and how it would function with me. On fence installation day I had some property line concerns and potential HOA violations so Brandon drove out in the middle of his day to measure and create the fence lines based on county records. On fence installation day I was able to determine the exact spots of my gates and fence lines. This is not something I could do with other companies like Champion who install with pre-made panels. I'm also extremely happy with my fence because our fence is on a large hill. They were able to custom build the fence into the hill so there is no visibility inside of our fence. Again, pre-made panels would not be able to do that. Once the fence was built, we painted it black and it looks even better.
