I had the worst experience yesterday at the night club Friday 2/16/2024 with one of the female security, I was trying to de-escalate a situation, and then she said something really rude to me when I was talking to another security guard that was a guy. I politely turned at her and said I am not talking to you, and she grabbed me by the throat and the arm and dragged me out of that facility when I did nothing wrong. I will be contacting my legal team, not OK. You guys need to do a better job at hiring people and I am seeing these reviews of other incidences with this female security guard I am assuming it is the same one again I will be contacting my legal team. read more

We paid a $10 cover, group of 5, cash only which was inconvenient, being told there would be live music however the minute we got in the live music packed up and left. We requested a refund within 5 minutes however was told by staff no refunds despite we just got in. No manager working the night. Supervisor came out and only refunded half. If I could give this place a negative rating, I absolutely would. My husband and I were there for dinner with friends a couple of weeks ago and when we received our bill,$342, our server/bartender, Brandon, decided to give himself a $100 tip on our tab when my husband was tipping him cash during the entire time we were there. I called them. Do you think they called me back? No! Left 4 messages and said their manager Tracy or Alex would call back. No one did. Read all the other negative reviews and see what they have to say about these two. The only word I can think of is inept. Don't waste your money especially when you have a manager that yells at customers, per other reviews. I'm a wine club members at Baileys, along with 14 other family members and I'm just going to confirm they are affiliated and I'm canceling my membership and I guarantee, so will my family, since I pay for their wine club membership. This review is solely because of what we experienced last night 1/25/20 at Baily's Old Town Temecula. It IS NOT directed at the restaurant or its staff in any way, they are always courteous and professional. This review is for the table of approximately 14 ill mannered, immature, disrespectful "child-adults". My husband and I come to Baily's regularly for the Acoustic live music on Fridays or Saturdays and a consistently excellent meal (the baked Salmon was outstanding once again). That said, being we are both in the music business we always appreciate listening to quality live performances and the two gentlemen performing last night Dave & John were a real breath of fresh air, playing songs one rarely gets to hear. Sting, Tony Bennett, Seal as well as their own compositions. A refreshing change! It would have been really nice to be able to simply listen and enjoy them. Instead, the entire bar dining area was subjected to incessant cackling, uncouth, boisterous, impolite, loud mouthed classless human-pigs devoid of any social graces. All night their unrefined banter drowned out the music. My husband keeps a dB meter App. on his phone and since we were (unfortunately) seated directly next to this uncultured herd their volume came in at 109 db. When my husband measured the volume of the duo performing they came in at just 81dB. So for that table of vulgar malcontent "child-adults" here is a suggestion: Next time you want to gather your mannerless, uncivilized little posse for a meal? I suggest you take it to "Chucky Cheese". It's much more in keeping with your complete lack of class. Truly not one of you is fit to sit at the adult table. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Possible the worst service ever! Just a party of 2. We had reservations, arrived a few minutes early and were seated immediately. Here's we're the positives ended...it took about 10 min to get water and order a bottle of wine...then it took 15 min for our waiter to return to tell us the wine was out. We had been contemplating walking out right before this...we ordered a different wine which arrived another 10 min later...WARM (it was a Riesling supposed to be served nice and COLD). I was ready to leave but the food arrived...calamari-average...nothing special. Then the flat bread-way too salty. And the spicy Mac-pretty good, but a small portion of noodles...seriously? My wife and I had our 25 year anniversary and we spent 3 days in Temecula California and we went to Baily's for lunch the food was unbelievable my wife had the chilaquiles and I had a chicken Caesar salad and by far the best food we have ate in a long time and the best drink we had in a long time but the best part was the server Claudia she was amazing by far the best server we had ever she keeled are drinks full all the time her service was the best she even spent some time to talk to us which server had only want the tips not her she customer service was the best we can't wait to go back and see her and eat at Baily's so if you want good food and service eat there. We celebrated a friends birthday here and it was extra special. They had a separate area, printed her name on a menu, and even elegantly redressed the table after I accidentally spilled my drink. This place was top notch service. All of the food was excellent. We had the filet and Caesar salad which was perfection. Everyone loved their dishes. I especially love their Pom Pom cocktail. I went here with my brother for lunch on Easter. They had a good deal of $29 per person for their buffet upstairs in the N. dining room. It's much more posh than their downstairs and there were plenty of seats available. Service was good. Whenever I had a dirty plate, they picked it up immediately. They were very mindful of our table. Seating was rather awkward and trying to get to the buffet lines were problematic. The upstairs is shaped like a "U" and in between both sides is where the staff empties the plates and gets more supplies. I found myself cutting into their space to get to the food, rather than going all the way around. There really isn't much of a view at the top. I saw a lot of indigent folks panhandling and a lot of closed stores due to it being Easter and all. The Chili Stuffed Chicken with Anaheim Chili Cream Sauce was good but the chicken was pretty dry. The waffle station was taking too long. The pasta salad was good, I liked the big chunks of feta cheese in it. I could have done without the Leg of Lamb with a Mint Demi Glace. It was a little too game-y for me. My brother said that the bacon was heaven sent. I'll have to take his word for it. The butternut squash soup was magnificent. It had a lot of flavor in it and it was hearty from the cream. The fruit Napoleon was light and flavorful. I had a bite of my brother's chocolate layer cake, which was so sweet, it would have put a diabetic into a coma. The orange juice hit the spot, I drank two cups of it. We we're in Temecula for a mini COVID-observant vacay and we found this little gem. They are dog-friendly and have a LARGE, shaded patio to accommodate physical distancing. They staff wore masks and really maintained distance from the tables even when taking our orders. We ordered drinks and my husband wasn't fond of the beer order he placed. No questions asked, they brought him a different beer. Then the 2nd beer had some filament from the beer. The waitress was embarrassed and brought us another beer. The food was really good. I had the vegetarian lasagna and my husband had the Bahn Mai sandwich. They were tasty, full of flavor and nice sized portions. The dogs were given a water bowl and there was plenty of room for them to lay down and chill while we ate. It was during the week at the tail end of the lunch hour, so the patio had some tables filled, but it wasn't crowded at all. Simply train your bouncers more effectively. No one should have to wait in line for 30 min to be misguided and then denied at the door. I wanted to have one more drink of wine at a different restaurant before my drive back home. I was told that in order to order drinks I need to order at least something from the menu and that was going to be difficult to do since I finished eating at a different restaurant about 30 minutes ago and I was stuffed! So be aware before you choose a restaurant and if you only want to order drinks, call to ask if you can just order drinks or need to order something from the menu. I ordered their A La Carte Chili Roasted Brussels and I wanted the brussels served in a to go box because we were stuffed to eat them. I was surprised to see the portion size was very small and for the price of $10, they were overpriced. I wanted to taste the brussels freshly made and they were okay. Our server was nice. Just had a fantastic dining experience at Baily's. My wife and I came here for a late lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by two delicious meals. My wife had the salmon salad and I had the ribeye with asparagus and fries. We also ordered onion rings on the side. The portions were very healthy and the food was seasoned well. Our server Daniel, along with the rest of their staff, provided us with great ser. We will definitely be eating here on our next trip to the wine country of Temecula. NYE here was good! 2nd floor seating either inside or patio. We chose heated patio which was nice and warm and the view was awesome! Nye menu $99 per person included 4 courses. The food was good. The roasted brussel sprouts were ok but plain i think it shuda had garlic butter for flavor. I rechose the brie (en croute ?)which is brie in puff pastry an that was delicioussssss wish i had more of it. Strawberry salad w citrus vinaigrette was also good. Entree i chose stuffed chicken w mushroom risotto an vegetables which was tasty but vegetables cud b a little less aldente .. had to really use the knife carefully on them lol. The raspberry cheesecake was very delicious. Meal came w a complimentary glass of champagne pretty good. Strawberry margarita was also good. After hrs Club was included so we hung out there and brought in the new year! We r in our 50's but still danced our butts off! Mostly a crowd of 20-25 yr olds but we loved the constant dance music! We stayed to side up front by the stage for 2 hrs dancing! Can get a lil wild closer to midnight had some young'uns doing the bend over and wiggle bump an grind.. the sloppy ones who bumped into us so we just had to stand firm an push back ever so slightly lol so they got the message but hey they were having their good time lol ... wasn't terrible an we enjoyed our time! Seated areas were $300 min bottle service only so b prepared to stand or dance.. we danced for 2 hrs so i was sure i wore a warm jacket and comfy boots. Overall $350 for a great NYE. Lots of security present which was good. Handed out nye hats, glow batons. Normal dinner seating is downstairs so will go again to try other food /drinks. Restrooms were good/downstairs. Elevator available as well. Staff was very friendly so was security. Obviously if u cause problems they will not b so friendly lol. Heavy police presence patrolling old town so everyone was safe! We are completely disappointed. Our New Year Celebration was a disaster! Hubby made a reservation for dinner and party. We were told the NYE party was included and there would be a band before the DJ, NO band and DJ didn't start until 10pm! Finished dinner at 7:30. We then find out we have to spend an additional $400 to be able to sit down, we just spent $280 for dinner! I'm recovering from a ruptured patella tendon, standing around for several hours is not what I want to do for my NYE celebration!!!' Security was nasty/rude and treated us like crap! I ordered lobster mac and cheese. I questioned whether or not it was lobster. I knew it was not lobster. When I questioned it the manager came over and I have never been so insulted in my entire life. He brought over a package called lobster sensations. Presumably he thought I was unable to read or he was unable to read as the package stated that it was an imitation lobster product. I can only assume the manager must have thought I was illiterate and was unable to read the package that he brought to the table because when I asked him to read the long list of ingredients on the package he was able to do so. Instead of apologizing, he insisted it was lobster despite the package listing lobster as one of several dozen ingredients. Either his spaceship arrived on this planet today and he was unaccustomed with the ways of Earth or he thought my spaceship arrived on this planet today and I was unaccustomed with the ways of Earth because he continued to insist it was lobster because it said the word lobster on the package. I have a picture of the ingredients on the product below. I intend to file a complaint with the department of health. They can kill someone who is allergic to other ingredients/fish in their "lobster" and are committing gross negligence. We wound up being comped our entire check and honestly the food was good but that's not the point. They are not only lying on the menu about what they are serving, but they brought a package to me that stated they were lying about what they were serving while treating me as some sort of fool incapable of reading basic English and insisting it was something the package said it wasn't. I am very impressed with Bailys. It is off season (not summer/busy winery season) but my sister in law was able to reserve a table last minute for my nieces birthday. We had a party of over 20 and Baileys was so accomodating. Donald was our server and he was so patient and was able to handle our whole table on his own and never showed any stress or frusteration with our kids. Our family is large and we do have younger kids and pre teens who can get rambunctious. We rarely are able to go out together, because there are a lot of us, and if we do it is normally for a birthday. I have always noticed servers being impatient, frusterated or just irritated that we are there. I never ever got that feeling from anyone tonight. That is the main reason I wanted to leave a review. I was so appreciative of how kind, helpful and welcoming the staff and our server were. The food was delicious and it was a great environment and affordable. Truthfully if I could give no stars I would. I was here Friday night for my friends bday. I had never been and was super excited to see this place, since from the outside it looked popular. We waited about twenty or so mins outside, until we finally got in and we ordered our drinks. I have a back injury, my lower lumbar was fused with two rods and five screws, so I can't stand too long without pain. At one point I decided to sit on this wall, so I can take the pressure off my back, not even ten seconds later a security guard told me to get off. My friend told him I have a back injury and he just laughed. I asked are you denying my ADA needs, and I told him I really do have an injury and I explained I have two rods and five screws and then for some reason he felt the need to one up me and be sarcastic and say his back his messed up too. I've been to other clubs and told them about my back injury and no questions asked, they found accommodations for me, and allow me to sit for a while. Came here with a group for my friend's birthday and wanted to go out. We heard that this was the only place in old town that played hip hop. We decided to eat here before it turned into a nightclub so we could just walk downstairs. My boyfriend and I shared fish and chips. It was good, although the fries were kinda dry and soggy. While in town on business, my colleagues recommended trying Baily's in Old Town Temecula. The area is very nice and brings you back to the old west. We met there for dinner on a Wednesday eve. I recommend reservations, especially on weekends. Upon arrival, we were immediately seated. The waitstaff was very attentive throughout our visit. We ordered a Calamari appetizer and rolls to share before the meal. The rolls were fresh and warm. The Calamari was very good. For dinner, I ordered Grandma Baily's Chicken Schnitzel, which included a pounded, breaded, and sauteed chicken breast; lemon caper beurre blanc, mashed potatoes, and roasted Brussels sprouts. The food was tasty and the portion size was good. I am not a big Brussels sprouts fan, but the were pretty good.
