Great bar in the Vail Headquarters. Experienced bartenders. I enjoyed the small cocktail menu and appreciate the variety of canned drinks. Cute spot. Very much a local scene. Had the loveliest drinks tonight at The Daisy! I've been before, but tonight was date night and we had a lovely time. Saf was our bartender and he made a mean Brown Derby which is a classic cocktail of bygone LA days. It was so good, I got the whole bar ordering them shortly thereafter. Cool little spot inside of Vail Headquarters. The normal bartender is friendly and quick with the service. They have rotating beers on tap and my husband always finds an IPA to try. The mixed drinks are delicious and unique and usually very pretty to look at as well. Come here for food next door and grab a drink from The Daisy to enjoy inside or out on the patio! read more

Came across The Daisy entirely on accident. We were doing a brewery weekend in Temecula and wanted to check out this food hall. As we made our rounds, entirely too full to get more food, we found The Daisy in the corner. Upon perusal of the menu, we were intrigued by the cocktails and decided to take a load off and have a cocktail in this picturesque little corner of the food hall. Hubby abstained so brother and I each ordered a cocktail. He went with the Panther Hands while I ordered the Ms. Tami Low in honor of my name. Both were elaborately and painstakingly put together by the pleasant bartender. We each agreed that our cocktails were delicious and unlike any we've had elsewhere. Hubby ended up ordering ceviche and aguachile from the place next door so that meant we had time for another cocktail! Brother skipped round 2 but I ordered the Tom Khactail. Whew! I would advocate for The Daisy just based on the merits of this drink. It's literally the Tom Kha (Thai) soup in cocktail form. YUM! It was a nice 1-hour deviation from our plans but not one I'm mad at. Check it out! read more

Swanky small bar perfect for any occasion. This bar is located in the historic Vail Headquarters which makes it even cooler. You can grab one of their signature cocktails and enjoy it inside or outside the bar. Outside is very charming during long summer days where you can hide from the heat under canopy of trees or come here in the evening and enjoy Vail Headquarters light decorations. There is ample public parking space so no worries with looking for parking. The Daisy's offers good selection of various drinks which include cocktails, wines, beers etc. Whatever you are in mood for, they have it. I would recommend one of their handcrafted cocktails. They are made with great ingredients and taste as good as they look. The cool part about this bar is also the fact that is under the same roof with famous Coockhouse. I love The Daisy! I love how unique this bar is. I've been here a few times and one time was before our family did the escape room. I was so happy that the bartender made our son a "fancy" Shirley temple that he talks about all the time. The Daisy makes the best Aperol spritz, too. I know it's not a hard drink, so many places mess it up. We come to the Daisy every time we go to Vail. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

Attached to the historic Cookhouse at Vail Headquarters, you can grab a solid drink and some delicious BBQ too (their sibling biz is next door - The Smok'd Hog). There are a lot of cool interior features: a neon sign, vintage wallpaper, and a bar counter with an interesting copper penny design. The vibe is funky...like Mad Men meets Grandma's house. Was excited to try this place. Have followed them on Instagram for awhile. Went up asked for a menu. Was really indecisive on what to order. The drink they just served to a couple looked really good so I asked the bartender what it was and he said "oh just some thing that he made them". Well ok, maybe a better response would have been "it's this that and the other, would you like to try one"? Obviously I was interested and it looked good to me. But they were just not the friendliest and very unwelcoming. Felt like I was bothering them so just dropped my menu and left. read more

We went here for a drink and had a great time. Brunette female server on 12/23 evening was so nice and accommodating. We went outside the bar area to get food and a drink and when looking for a table we peaked into the bar area, and the bartender working was incredibly rude. He called us out in front of everyone in the bar area for getting a drink somewhere else and said it was illegal for us to be in there and we had to go somewhere else. I honestly don't care what your policies are. The way he handled it was embarrassing and incredibly rude. Maybe just say oh sorry you can eat that outside the bar area and come back? Instead of making us feel like we were intentionally trying to break your invisable policy? It is an open space with multiple restaurants, understandable to not know that was a policy. We were planning to eat and then get another drink there, but decided not to because of this bartender. Get some manners, have some customer service skills. read more

Hella creative, strong, and hip cocktails/mixed drinks. Really cool cozy spot that makes you feel like you are in another state (both geographically and of mind). Very very hip and chill vibes. They even have some retro cartoons playing on their TVs and eclectic funky tunes playing on their speakers. Would easily come back here. The only thing I can note is that it is a very small/tight spot but kinda makes you feel like you are a bar somewhere in NY or Bushwick. Also, the waitress we had that night was really outgoing and friendly, they really should have had more help that night because she was completely slammed but still kept a good personality, we just had to wait a while. Also, as I mentioned-- drinks are very very strong here so please ask the staff what they recommend if you are not into strong drinks. read more

My new favorite bar. I have been patiently waiting (and semi-stalking IG) for The Daisy to open, and it was definitely worth the wait. The entire staff was very welcoming on the busy Friday night that my girlfriends and I decided to stop in for a quick drink. We all ordered the same thing - the Painkiller - and it was so good and refreshing! I've also popped in for a quick glass of wine with my husband, and although the list is small, it's all quality wine and has never disappointed. Bartenders and bar backs are friendly and talkative. It really is an elevated neighborhood bar that I LOVE going to. read more

went there on Cinco de Mayo. They had a decent line, but people are willing to wait for some alcohol with all the activities outside. There were two bartenders behind the counter, and both of them were pissed, that they actually had business. you would think in this day and age that small businesses would be grateful for a long line on a weekday. The bartender that helped us was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked what kind of margaritas they made, he said "the Margarita kind" terrible service. My mom asked for a type of seltzer, and he couldn't figure out what it was. I think, as a bartender, he would know many of the different types of seltzer's out there. but he didn't know what it was and it's a fairly well-known one. And that's honestly not the problem. It was his attitude when dealing with us. And then him and his other bartender friends were saying rude things about the lady behind us because she didn't hear when they asked if they could take her orders. She wasn't paying attention and they started to say rude things about her. The only good thing about this place Is that the margarita with strong. read more

Would have been a cool new spot but.....my wife and I stood at the bar for about 10 minutes while the bartender completely ignored us. Bar wasn't busy at all and he was busy chatting with his friends. The girl who had bar back was great though, noticed this, and made sure to take our order. We were about to walk away but she made it right. Really unique bar, great location, and a solid beer menu. Great outdoor patio adjacent. It's a hidden gem. Awesome bar to grab a drink and either relax inside or enjoy the outdoor scenery. Prices are average for the area and you can usually get your order in and drink in hand with in a few minutes. Definitely worth stopping by and checking this place out! read more

The bartenders clearly know their craft, and the drink presentation was outstanding. Service was good, although not especially memorable, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. One thing that would make the experience even more immersive would be if the entire staff wore cowboy attire to match the Old West theme. With the speakeasy setting and vintage decor, it would add a fun touch and make the experience feel even more authentic. Overall, Twain Speakeasy offers excellent cocktails, good music, and a unique atmosphere. The food was great, drinks were great, but what made it so memorable was the awesome service. Jaycelyn was in charge of our table, and she did such a great job with making us feel comfortable. Whoever hired her deserves a raise, and so does she! I will absolutely be coming back next time I'm in town.

The espresso machine was down but they were nice enough to let us go grab a latte elsewhere while we waited for our food. I got the scramble with veggies and bean puree and potatoes. I had the short rib Benedict , the meat was dry as if they were freeze dried , the egg did not flow and was more on the soft build egg side and not up to par at all. There Belgium waffle was server was crispy and not light an airy , sub par. You could get a more satisfying breakfast at dennys. Totally did not meet expectations. I ask if these were the same owners as a few years ago and they said they were in transition. There drinks were room temp Go at your own risk at least for breakfast. Good luck!

Once our order was finally placed, the food arrived fairly quickly. Everything looked excellent, with great presentation and generous portions for the price. The loaded nachos were outstanding--perfectly balanced with cheese, shredded beef, and all the other toppings. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. The EB Burger also looked great. For a $20 burger, looked promising and came with a generous serving of crispy fries and a large pickle spear. Although it arrived closer to well-done than the rare temperature I ordered, it was still tasty. The Not So Good: The restaurant was not particularly busy, yet it took quite a while to get served. We were only able to place our initial drink order after repeatedly trying to get the bartender's attention. Unfortunately, this became the theme of the evening. Even though guests around us appeared to be receiving regular service, we often felt invisible. When we finally got the bartender's attention to order beers, she hurried away before we could place our food order. It took additional time and more attempts to flag her down before we could order dinner. When the burger arrived overcooked, I couldn't even mention it because our server never checked on us or asked how the food was. Throughout the evening, I had to flag down other staff members just to request another beer or refill our water. Our server/bartender finally acknowledged the issue only after we spoke with another staff member about both the overcooked burger and the lack of service. To her credit, she offered to comp the burger. I initially declined but later accepted because it was nowhere near the temperature I had ordered. Despite the disappointing service, I still left a standard tip. I also told her it was a shame because we live right around the corner and had been excited to try this place. We were hoping it could become our regular Friday-night spot and somewhere we could bring friends and neighbors who enjoy good food and drinks. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't think we'll be coming back.

After a short wait, we were seated in the main dining room and warmly greeted by our server, Tami. Tami provided outstanding recommendations, from the appetizers to the wine selections. We chose the Seafood Paella for four, and it was absolutely amazing. Tami also suggested the Libido red wine blend, which paired perfectly with the paella and enhanced the entire dining experience. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was exceptional, and Tami's attentive service made our visit even more enjoyable.
