What an unexpected surprise! We checked out this place and the food was phenomenal. Irish Nachos came on a big plate with fresh potato chips, nacho cheese with bacon, green onion piping hot. Tomato Bisque with Parmesan cheese rind was one of the best I've eaten. Meatloaf with mashed potatoes was seasoned perfectly and very flavorful. Brisket with potato wedges fell just short of five stars as the bbq sauce was bland and overly sweet. But. The server made up for all of the brisket shortcomings by providing stellar customer service checking on us frequently and ensuring our beverages were always full. The server gets 10,000 stars for being the major reason I'd go back. When servers go out of their way to treat me kindly and by providing creature comforts I didn't even know I wanted or needed? The outdoor area is a like a club on Fri-Sun with live music or DJ's. Happy hour open to close Monday-Thursday $5 wells, $6 drafts and 1/2 off apps. This was my first time at Bailey's and read lots of good reviews so I wanted to come here. My boyfriend got the wings and he was able to get two different flavors and I got the truffle mac & cheese. He really enjoyed the wings, but I felt like the truffle mac & cheese was pretty watery and didn't have much flavor and I didn't like how heavy handed the chicken was on top. Although the calamari was very good. I liked that they served it with ranch and marinara sauce. Our server was amazing. She was very friendly and made us laugh and overall gave good thoughts on the menu. Our server was super friendly- I have a milk allergy and he was awesome double checking with the kitchen for my questions. They went above and beyond and prepared my vegetables without butter, even when I said I was okay without them. My bf enjoyed his burger and ate every bite!! We came on a Saturday before Halloween. The place was decked out with spooky decor, which was nice to see. Wait staff was in costume as well as some guests. There was also a DJ manning the booth. I made a reservation online to come in today to eat with my family. This is the first time visiting Baily's and we loved it! We arrived an hour early to the reservation & with our dog and the host at the front was able to seat us right away regardless (& accommodate us having our dog)! The patio was so cozy and spacious, they even brought a water bowl and food menu for our dog. Our server was so friendly and attentive. The food was all delicious and came out in a timely manner. Josephine, the manager, even came to talk with my family and I about potentially hosting my wedding rehearsal dinner and gave us a whole tour of the upstairs. She was so professional and friendly and gave us so much information. We had an amazing dining experience and will hopefully be having our rehearsal dinner here next summer! read more

I came to this location expecting a great experience, and at first everything seemed fine. However, things quickly changed when I witnessed a highly intoxicated woman being escorted away against her will by one of your security staff members -- the very people who are supposed to keep guests safe. I had actually met this woman earlier that night, so I approached to make sure she was okay and to help remove her from the situation involving Francisco Sauceda. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he immediately became aggressive and started threatening me, claiming he could have me arrested for a DUI -- despite the fact that I was not driving or even inside a vehicle. When I explained that to him, he continued making threats until I called out that what he was saying was untrue. After that, he walked away. When I later spoke with the woman, she told me she had been trying to get away from him, but he would not leave her alone. She said he claimed she "owed" him because he had helped her and her friend get inside earlier in the night, and that he had been bothering them throughout the evening while he was on the clock. This behavior is completely unacceptable for anyone working security. No employee should use their position or authority to intimidate guests who are simply trying to enjoy a night out. It honestly makes me concerned about how many other women may have experienced similar situations here. I won't ve returning to your establishment until I know he is no longer here and will make sure to let everyone know and if I have to report to a high authority as well. read more

It pains me to write this review since we've been to Baily's on other occasions with better results, but our most recent visit was comically bad. I made a reservation for 1 PM the Saturday before Mother's Day. Upon check I was told they were running a bit behind, and it would be an extra 10-15 minutes. No biggie, but things only went further downhill from there. After 15 minutes had passed, I touched base with the hostess again and she advised it would just be another couple minutes. We watched and waited as the table that was obviously meant for our group of 9 sat dirty and then slowly got bussed and cleaned and got the tablecloth replaced. We finally sat at 1:30 at a table with no place settings. A server brought waters and ran off, after 10 more minutes passed another server introduced themself and took an appetizer order, but ran off before we could order entrees (we were starving). After more waiting, they finally came by to take our full order and brought the few soft drinks that were requested (still no plates or place settings on our table). They were out of the French Dip midday on a Saturday. which, further disappointed a few of us. Eventually appetizers arrived, but we had no way to share or eat them. Eventually someone brought some share plates, but still no silverware and napkins that we'd asked for several times (all the other tables were set with them). When it was clear that no on one was going to help us, I went and grabbed napkins and silverware off of empty tables so we could eat. We were barely able to get into the appetizers before the entrees arrived. After that we became even more of an afterthought. Glasses went empty with no refills, no one checked to see if we needed anything else, and we had to flag someone down to pay the check so we could get out of there. The one bright spot was that when we finally got to eat, the food was good. Either that or everyone was just so hungry they would have eaten anything at that point. We were also miffed that because of our group size of 9, a gratuity was automatically added. If there were ever a situation where a tip was not warranted, this was it. Also, no A/C inside on any 86 degree Temecula day. The experience was as if half of the front of house staff had called out sick, they just forgot how a restaurant works, or it was everyone's first day and they'd never worked at a restaurant before. This was all made even more egregious because everyone was there to celebrate Mother's Day with reservations. They should have been prepared to be very busy or made calls that they were over booked and needed to cancel. I'm sure we weren't the only group that could only laugh together about how bad everything went on this day. read more

This was our first time celebrating Valentine's Day in Old Town Temecula. Our first time at Bailey's. Josephine was our server. At first she seemed nice, but we asked for bread and she said no it doesn't come with the meal; however, everyone around us were served a basket as soon as they sat. The Brie in phyllo dough was not cooked. The salad was alright, but the walnuts candied with a ton of cinnamon tasted too strong. The Ossobuco was tender in some areas but some parts were dry and hard to chew (beef jerky). The Halibut was awful. Couldn't taste the broth and there was no olive oil. It was dry. The desserts were beautiful but the Mille feuille was hard to cut and the strawberries were mushy. Definitely not worth the money and the service was less desired. If they put the same amount of effort in the decorating as in the food, it would have been a hit. read more

We can here to get a stamp for our Sip and Savor Passport, and wow were we pleasantly surprised! We sat outside and the weather was perfect. It was really lovely to be out and enjoy this meal. We ordered the garlic skillet bread. It was warm and soft and freshly cooked. I got the Tomato Bisque and it was seasoned so well. It was really delicious with the skillet bread. My husband got the burger and fries, and he said this was IN N OUT level good. There were also some seasoning and herbs under the fries that were nice. We went ahead with dessert and got the Brownie Sundae and it was such a surprise! It was bigger than we expected. We were surprised we finished the whole thing! It was so good we couldn't stop eating. Drew took care of us for this visit and he was such a delightful server. He was so genuine and easy to talk to. He helped us make some decisions on our order and he is so proud of the quality of food here. On top of everything, it happened to be happy hour! Went to this lovely restaurant after watching live music at the Vibe. Oh my goodness from the service, food, to ambiance, everything was fantastic! We had a party of 3 and we were able to be seated quickly. Noah was our server and he made the experience even better. It was my first time in downtown Temecula and he shared a fun story about the restaurant. The vegetable lasagna was soooooooooo delicious! Noah checked on us regularly. We had such a great experience last week we decided to come back in a Sunday night. The server was nice, but service seemed a little slow given how not busy it was. A DJ was playing on the patio and there were not many people here. Our food this time was not as good. I had the creamy cilantro pasta. It was fine. My husband got the vegetarian lasagna. I felt both dishes cried out for bread. And the lasagne supposedly had a balsalmic reduction drizzle. It smelled and tasted like barbecue sauce. Either they used the wrong sauce or they used liquid smoke in the balsamic reduction. Either way, it was the overpowering flavor and it didn't go with the dish. It was pretty disappointing. We can't recommend it. We'll come back again, and hopefully the next dish is better. read more

Absolutely unacceptable. We were completely ignored for over 45 minutes while servers walked past us and deliberately avoided us when we tried to get their attention. The restaurant's own bottled Cabernet was undrinkable. After finally ordering, we waited another 45 minutes for food that arrived cold and was completely inedible for all four adults at our table. Absolutely fantastic food, wine, staff, and guest energy. The staff is very welcoming, kind, and attentive. I've been multiple times and had different meals and have even had my rehearsal dinner here. They have been fantastic every time and we absolutely love their food. You honestly can't go wrong with anything on their menu but I can suggest their chicken schnitzel the most. It's SO good! My go to wine is always their Riesling. Riesling is my favorite white wine and this is one of the BEST ones I have ever had. So fresh, crisp, with a slight hint of sweetness. Pairs perfectly with any meal. Couldn't have had a better rehearsal dinner! It was very easy to plan and execute with their event planning team. We did pick the menu instead of doing their buffet options and everything was phenomenal. All of our guests could only mention how delicious their food was. We came for they're Sunday night football promotion. On the website it says happy hour 5:00 p.m. Sunday night football! When we walked in I asked if happy hour is everywhere or just in the bar. I was told no happy hour on Sunday night. So I showed the bartender their ad from their website, she informed me it doesn't matter what I show her there is no happy hour on Sunday night. I'm only going to review the drinks and ambiance, since I did not eat here. The drinks were amazing. I love a good crafted cocktail, and these were on point. Service was great too. We sat at the bar top, but the patio is beautiful. I also love that this restaurant is dog friendly. My husband and I stopped in for a drink while waiting to meet with family for lunch at a restaurant across the way. We did see the brunch buffet options, and everything looked so delicious! We had an amazing experience from start to finish at Bailey's old town! Right upon entering, we were greeted warmly and shown to our table, to which we met our friendly server, Mia, shortly thereafter. Mia was an absolute gem and on top of everything making sure we were fully satisfied after getting all of our food. We came for their Sunday brunch, and ordered the beef brisket, steak salad, Ahi tuna salad, spinach and mushroom omelette, and the Caesar salad and everything came out perfectly cooked and delicious. And of course, we have to shout out the amazing manager, Kari, who also stopped by our table multiple times, ensuring our satisfaction and wonderful experience. My friend and I went for the $50.00 per person Mother's Day Brunch. We booked our reservation for 3:00pm. Last booking of the day and only one available. We were so disappointed and couldn't get out of there fast enough. It took 17 minutes before a server even approached us. The salad was limp and wilted. Really warm. The crab was cold and rubbery The shrimp was fishy tasting. The desserts had zero sweetness to them. We both took a strawberry cheesecake and we could not even tell it was cheesecake! Tasted NOTHING like cheesecake. Rather it had an almond taste to it. They had blueberry muffins. My favorite. My friend and I each took one. We regretted it instantly. The blueberries were BEYOND sour and disgusting. We couldn't get drinks. We sat with watered down soda and melted ice in our glasses. When I was finally able to chase down someone the guy just refilled into the watered down remains. Added no fresh ice. Then touched the straw while placing it in the glass, at our table, right in front of us. The food was awful. The service was awful! Denny's offers better service! And they don't cost over $100.00!! What a disappointing Mother's Day. Loss of time, gas, money. It was late in the day. Food had been sitting all day. They weren't super busy at 3pm. By 3:20 pm there was only 3 tables with guests. Our table had 2. The table heading out had 4. And the table that came in when we did had about 12 people. Horrible service. Horrible food.
