This was my first time coming to this place, and I really loved it. All servers were very attentive and courteous and were always asking if we needed anything. When it came to the food, it really was GOOD. We ordered Parrillada para dos , and all the meat cuts were very delicious and soft, the mashed potato was delicious and the grilled asparagus were amazing. Yummy! This was my second time here and I wanted to have a nice dinner with my boyfriend and he loves the steak here so we decided on Baires for dinner. They sat us down quickly with no reservations and instantly poured us some water and brought us a little basket of some delicious bread. Everything there is very clean and well organized, they even have hand sanitizer on every table. They also constantly change your plates and utensils which I live because your always eating with something clean. The servers are always ready to refill your water even when it's halfway. The food was great and came out very quickly, I dare to say in less than 30 min. and we had ordered what I believe was one of the largest plates on the menu, it is a sharable plate called the Parrillada; this includes Skirt steak, chicken, sausage, flap meat and short ribs for $72. It was so good but brought so much food that we had to end up calling our friends to come over and helps us out on finishing it haha. I recommend you go here for a nice dinner with friends or family. Took my mom & Ana Aunt for dinner and they ordered the PARRILLADA. They were hardly able to eat the steak; it was terribly Taft. That meat it must had been very low quality. We left most of it. Waisted most of our money. The Mgr said he wouldn't charge for the 3 teas we had and give us a discount. However, at the end the bill was $59 which meant the he discounted a mere $18 or so before tax. For all the steak we were unable to eat, he wasn't generous at all. I have been to Baires about 5 times and I am a fan. The Baires Salad is worth every penny. I have also tried the bowls at lunch and a filet mignon at dinner all of which are very good. Such a horrible experience. My review is based on customer service because my family and I could not give our money to this establishment after being disrespected. All we wanted to do is enjoy a nice Christmas Eve dinner, but the lack of training and customer service from the gentleman running the outside seating was unpleasant. The "this is the United States" comment that he repeated multiple times was ignorant and shows the lack of education the gentlemen had. We stumbled into Baires Grill for Sunday Brunch, and it didn't disappoint! Wow was it delicious! I got the French Toast which was probably the best I've ever had. The whipped cream was plentiful and delicious. -1 star due to smell. For about half our stay, a sewage drain was open on the balcony creating a smell. I can't remember the name of the fish but the waiter said it was like sea bass. The fish came with a mango sauce over it which was excellent, a side of white rice and a salad which tasted amazing because of whatever dressing was on it. First of all I want to start by saying our server, I think Dusko T is his name. He was awesome! It was cold inside I wanted an outdoor seat; he checked quickly and said unfortunately there wasn't any. I was like that's fine, he took our orders quickly which was great cause we were HUNGRY, I was asking him what the ingredients were from the food I was ordering to make sure it's gluten, dairy, mushroom and sugar free due to my strict diet, he was superb at suggesting the sides with my meal. I got the grilled salmon simply salted nothing else added, asparagus, sautéed garlic spinach, broccoli, & side spring mix salad with raw onions, cherry tomato & I asked for olive oil as dressing, he brought out a bottle it was EVOO which is amazing cause that's exactly what I needed!!! There was live music, a man with a guitar outside played romantic, soothing Italian music, everything tasted great! My husband and I were very happy! I wanted to love this place! A long night of searching our area for a new spot hoping to call it our new every week spot! The menu looked promising and so was the ambiance- classy stylish but low key! Our waitress was not excited to be there or have our take. A simple 'what do you want' and I never appreciate that. I ordered a glass of white wine and my husband a sprite. They came and we ordered an appetizer and two meals. I will say- the crab cakes blew us away. Not greasy and full of freshness and flavor! I have the chicken Milanese and it was so dry. Beyond dry. It came with a salad which was nice. We asked for ketchup from our waitress, she sent over the busser who was so kind and he asked what we needed... ketchup. It was just a strange night. The reason for the three stars for sure is when we were leaving a manager, a hostess and three servers we blocking the door. Two of us came here for dinner late on a Monday night. We arrived and were seated right away, were given menus, a basket with 2 different rolls and were told that all wines were 50% off on this night. We started off by sharing a plate of the prosciutto and burrata cheese and a bottle of Tikal Patriota wine. For our main courses, I had the ravioli (1/2 spinach, 1/2 ricotta), while my partner had the gnocchi. To be frank, we were both generally happy with everything food-wise. What causes me to only give them 3 stars is that the service was very, very, VERY attentive. To the point of being annoying. When the server asks a few times over if you're ready to order when you've not even glanced much at the menu, then later in the meal 2 different people ask a total of 3 different times if they can clear your appetizer plates, when you've clearly responded each time that you're not finished, and 3 different people offer to clear your dinner plates though you're both still eating, just enjoying conversation and your fork/knife placement indicate that you've not completed your meals, it's just too much. I guess I could understand the rush if this place was busy and they were trying to turn over our table, but on this night less than 30% of the tables were full, even fewer if you count the ones out front under the awning, all of which were empty. The funniest bit is that, after all this attention and assertiveness by the staff, when we were given the bill and had placed our cards inside to pay, we couldn't locate our server, and had to ask the manager to ring us up. I'm all for attentive service, but what we experienced on this night was just too much. Ask me once if you can take my plates and I'm good. Ask twice and I still answer in the negative, and it gets a touch annoying. Ask me a third time and it's now to the point where it's aggravating..And you're interrupting our meals and our conversation each time you come to ask. It's almost as if the service staff just need a bit of polish or stop trying as hard as they are to be so attentive and on top of everything. Total for all the food and drink listed above, including the 50% taken off the wine cost, came to $93 before gratuity. read more

We ordered the Red Quinoa Salad and Grilled Branzino to share - both were nice portions (light eating) and DELICIOUS. The fish was grilled to perfection.
