Good service, great entree steaks and sides but don't order the steak salad. It is saturated in soy sauce glaze, way heavy handed with the sauce. To their credit, they offered to fix it. The salad came back with sauteed meat pieces (less quantity), not grilled. The cut was too fatty for sautee and it just tasted overly greasy. I didn't eat it but didn't want to complain again so I took it to go, straight to the dumpster. I think it should have been removed from the check but it was not, I was charged a full $24 for a subpar steak salad at a steak place. So happy we tried this one! great warm bread and these awesome crispy "palitroques" ( breadsticks ) thst went awesome with the butter ... we had the proscuitto and burrata which was very good ( thin slice cut the proscuitto) and we also had the provoletta... which was also delish ... thw waitor was very attentive and on top of his game with attention and pouring us the wine... for entrees I had the skirtsteak which was delish juicy and tasty, my hibby had the Picahna which was also good and tasty and juicy and my sister had the shortribs , also good and tasty.. my side of brocolli was yummy with garlic chips in it and mash was also good ... I was walking around Brickell with my family late on a Saturday night and we started to get hungry. My cousin was craving steak and I couldn't think where to go without breaking the bank. We passed by Baires and looked at the menu which seemed perfect for everyone! We were seated immediately outside which was fine because weather was breezy. They also had to guys playing on the guitar and it was so nice! We really enjoyed the entertainment. For the food, we ordered two picanha steaks which were very juicy. My cousin was very pleased with his order. We also had the prosciutto and burrata appetizer. This was perfect for me, I loved it. My mom ordered the beef carpaccio and wasn't pleased. I took a bit and understood. The flavor seem too strong, and we eat beef carpaccio often. Overall great experience. Outside is really nice if not too hot but sometimes homeless come and ask you for money or just stared at you from the outside-which makes it awkward. We just came with some friends and we had a lot of recommend. The empanadas are really nice. crab cakes not my favorite here but are okay. The salmon is espectacular here. Is crispy on the outside and super juicy. The creamy spinach side is amazing and the fries too. This was a truly awful meal. While I admit that it was a delivery order, the issues far exceeded any concerns that could be attributed to delivery delays. The portion of cheese provided with the cheese board was generous, but the only accompaniments were some honey and 3-4 wilted berries (no crackers, bread, etc...). The creamed spinach was more like a soup - a few lonesome leaves of spinach floating in a lake of cream, butter, and cheese. We picked a few leaves of spinach out with our forks and moved on. The short ribs were one of the biggest disappointments. We ordered them medium-rare and I can only describe our ordeal attempting to eat them as similar to what a dog must experience when it settles down with a rubber chew toy. The brandy mushroom sauce accompanying the short ribs contained visible pieces of mushroom but offered no flavors other than cream and salt. read more

We were with a large group but some people came in rather late, me and two friends actually came in at the end when everyone was about to get their bill and decided t order a drink anyways and one friend got a salad, instead of her asking if we wanted to be added to the other bill since we got there after everyone was done, she just added us to the big bill. So after trying to figure out what's what, they decided to ask her to split it. As I said, I had two drinks. Came to 22.28 and they tacked on an automatic gratuity of $7.38 which is more than 30%. I didn't notice it till this morning but I am rather annoyed. Furthermore, the bill she gave the whole group clearly stated at the bottom in big letters Gratuity was not included. Love this place. It was amazing food at a great price. You can do lunch dinner at any day and it nice. Sometimes they have live music. Sometimes inside is too loud so I prefer seating outside, but sometimes you can get homeless people coming inside so be aware. The skirt steak is always good tasty and soft. I went here for dinner with a medium-sized group of friends and we ordered several appetizers, entrees, and sides to share, to maximize what we each got to try, since most of us had never been here before. We started with the beef carpaccio and beef empanadas, both of which were really good. The dressing that came with the salad as part of the carpaccio was flavorful and well portioned (not too much and not too little). The beef empanadas were also very tasty, and the temperature was still warm even though I ate them a little while after they came out. I guess the way their edges were folded preserved the heat inside well. I would order either one of these appetizers again. For entrees, we ordered the butternut squash gnocchi, the strip steak, and the flap steak, and to complement the entrees, we ordered three sides: Parmesan truffle fries, creamed spinach, and mashed squash. We ordered the two meats medium rare and the strip steak was especially good! It was naturally flavorful and super tender. The flap steak was also good, though slightly drier than the strip steak and with more added seasoning. Of the sides, the fries were my favorite. The seasoning was tasty without being overbearing. The spinach and squash were just average, nothing to write home about for either of those. There wasn't anything particularly exciting about the squash gnocchi alone either, but I randomly tried it alongside the Parmesan fries and thought that was a great combination of sweet and salty! We ordered two desserts: Panqueque and Hot & Cold. Both were decadently sweet... and just okay IMO. I might stick to ordering items off just the dinner menu next time. Parking: There's valet either at the restaurant or at Mary Brickell Village for $10. There's also some street parking nearby on SW 11th Street if you're lucky enough to get a spot. Baires Grill Argentinian Steakhouse I could safely say this is one of the best steakhouses in Brickell, of course there are the others which are walking distance from myself such as Morton's and Capital Grille or Trulucks, but this place i feel has just as good quality for a cheaper price. I went for dinner once and I actually did not have anything to start, however they do bring out their freshly baked bread which you could get addicted to. Then for dinner I decided to have the Skirt Steak medium well, this was excellent, of course everything is a la carte so I ordered Grilled Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes. Everything tasted great and would definitely recommend these items. This was more than enough for me because the portions and servings were pretty generous. I decided to have a cocktail which I don't normally do and tried the Spicy Mamacita, this was also excellent, this had Herradura Silver, Fresh Home Made Lime Juice, Habanero Cyrue Cilantro and Passion Fruit Purée, I would definitely recommend anyone to try this drink. For desert I had the Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake which I would also recommend, this had a cookie crumble crust with fresh berry sauce and mousse with Cocoa Sponge Cake. Delicious!!!! The staff at this place was very friendly, polite and courteous and was willing to assist with anything I needed or any changes or additions that needed to get done. The parking could be a challenge as there is no street parking, so you may have to take valet at one of the other places or park in the parking garage two blocks away, it could be a little walk from the parking garage as the restaurant is located just off South Miami Avenue.
