Hello my name is Jess and I frequently order from Baisleys. That is why I feel compelled to write a review. I've never had an issue with this until the new owner. This is the 2nd time in *less* than 3 weeks of finding hair in my food. The owner did apologize the 1st time but at this point a Corrective measure needs to be taken due to the frequency of this issue. Possibly a hair net ? Men and women, who ever is cooking. As a frequent customer that spends a lot of money at the deli I must say I feel Disappointed, and may not return until a solution is provided. read more

This is the best deli in Peekskill. The food is really good, the quality is excellent for the price. They have sandwich cards here so every 10 sandwich's you buy the next is free. Love that they open at 5 am. The employees here are very cool and great people. Become a regular and they treat you like family. Clean setting inside and out. The only Con I can say is that I wish they were open later(they close @7 & @4 on Sundays) I definitely enjoy coming here and encourage others too read more

Slamming and jam packed sandwiches that are wayy more stuffed with good eats than most around, clean AF, friendly staff, and open early for that sunrise grub. Street parking isn't usually an issue here as there are plenty of spaces in and around the deli. Fair prices for great food read more

I worked here during high school 10 years ago, left for the military for 4 years, then ended up moving to Albany. 10 years later with new ownership (I believe) and multiple remodels, it's still my favorite deli in Westchester and perhaps all of NY. Breakfast sandwiches are unmatched in that peekskill are IMO and their deli meat quality has remained the same great quality as a decade ago. We went here specifically to get loaded, messy, quality meat filled Italian subs on chewy sub rolls and that is exactly what we got...they were incredibly delicious! Not disappointed at all! Great deli/convenience store. Super friendly guys behind the counter. Took their time, cut the meats fresh. Subs weighed a ton each! A go to spot for me on my Friday lunch breaks. There is a very friendly staff here and they can really crank out some food fast. Small and clean on the inside. They make a bunch of their own side salads - I'd recommend the tortellini salad or just a classic macaroni. Sandwiches are way satisfying. Large and stuffed with fresh cold cuts, cheeses, and veggies. The roast beef is tender and flavorful and they don't skimp on the meat. I'm new to working in the area and this place was recommended to me by a coworker and I'm very happy it was. Hard to find good delis around the Peekskill area so Baisley's is definitely a diamond in the rough. Do yourself a favor and stop in here for lunch one of these days; you will not be disappointed. read more

Get their breakfast sandwiches multiple times a week. Perfect amount of bacon and eggs, and bagels are soft. So good! Beer selection is great, and they even started carrying the beer my husband loves when he asked about getting it. People in there are awesome and friendly. We love our neighborhood deli! read more

My favorite deli in Peekskill for their awesome sandwiches. Classics like a breakfast bacon/egg/cheese on a roll to a Phillycheese with hot peppers. Prices are great and you can call ahead and it's ready for you when you show up. In addition to sandwiches, there are also hot/cold drinks, beers, chips, ice cream, and some candy. Parking is on street in a residential area with plenty of space. Service is very fast and friendly. Definitely check out if your looking for a solid deli sandwich. read more

If there was more than 5 stars for the rating I would give them all and then some. I worked in a deli for 6 years so needless to say I am very particular and there is no other place in or around Peekskill that even comes close to Baisley's.
