It was substantial. The sauce was diabolical by nature but caring in the way it caressed my taste buds. The long ciabatta was soft and played wonderfully in sync with the crisp of the crispiest of bacons. The jalapeño provided a necessary kick that was amplified by the monster meunster cheese. Each bite was a new magical moment. I was eating and driving. No mitts on the circular controlling device, Jesus took the wheel and safely got me home. Mamma Mia was this thing good.
