We LOVE this location and the staff so much! The bartender, Brian, is very accommodating and helpful. The manager, Victoria, is on top of everything. We are constantly impressed by how well this location is ran. Great margaritas, great food, amazing staff!

Food is fine, nothing special. More of a tex-mex than baja restaurant. Wish I could find a good Baja place!

This night they had an espresso old fashioned which I have to admit was pretty good though wasn't sure when I ordered. Also have a chicken pot pie. The pie came out in a bowl and rather than a crusty bottom it came with a puff pastry atop. It worked though had uneven flavor throughout and slightly dry chicken. My wife thought it was perfect....LOL... to each their own. They do have a porch so perhaps in the spring weather time it will be a nice spot to get comfy with a drink. It is more a sports-themed bar with several large televisions and a large big screen in the center. Have Kenson make you an oatmeal cookie and you'll be pleasantly surprised. From the horse's mouth we were told the tacos probably weren't the best to try and so I'd stay away from those. Also tried the fish and chips and the fry was very much like a chicken fried steak than traditional FNC, though the flavor wasn't bad. Not sure I loved this style but the fries were great. People of all types came in and out the 3 or 4 hours we were there. Invited some friends to come out and join us and it was a good time so I'd recommend this place for groups. Didn't feel overcrowded here like at other places around town and I do prefer some elbow room.

Walked in, and the location was very nice and inviting. You could tell that it caters to regulars. There were a lot of them sitting at the bar, and most of the dining tables were empty, walked up to a tabletop, and was greeted byba female server immediately. Cudos on the prompt service. I asked her what was good, and she said everything was good, but the wings were phenomenal. Wanted something that I hadn't had. She said the nachos were pretty good, and I ordered chicken nachos. Me thinking it was like standard nachos. You know the chips with cheese and toppings ok them. Nope, that was def not it.. So it took a few minutes for the nachos to come out, and the bartender, I think, brought the dish out. And on first glance kinda disappointed. I forgot to take pictures also! Smh, sorry! Anyway, they brought me a dish that had about 6 mini tostadas with cheese, beans, and about 3 mayb 4 chicken mini pieces on it! Man, I wish I had remembered to take a photo. I would have given it more justice so you could get the full effect. The flavor was decent, but they barely put any sour cream, no Pico, and a little bit of lettuce. The sour cream wasn't even enough to use on all the 6 tostadas smh. I did see someone else order the wings and instantly regretted the nachos damn they looked good. Finished off my nachos and paid the tab. Now to rate. -Location 6 outa 10 very clean and nice also has a nice patio Service 6 outa 10 server was friendly and helpful -Nachos 2 outa 10 nothing special about them -Beer 4 outa 10 mug was nice and cold it's beer unless it's skunked you can't mess it up‍ Probability of me coming back 50/50. Might come back for the wings. Also worth noting that the server said they are rolling out a new menu in a few weeks or maybe days, and it might be why my experience was so so with the food. I did snag a couple of pics from another reviewer so that you can kinda see what I was dealing with but substitute the ground beef or whatever that is for 3 or 4 little chicken chunks. And calling the chicken chunks is giving a lot more like a chip off a chunk..

Ordered a grilled cheese/brisket sandwich, fries and a small draft Michelob Ultra. Bartender said it'd be 10 minutes, took 20. 16 bucks for the sandwich and fries and 11 bucks for the small dixie cup of beer. Brisket tasted like Sam's Club pre cooked brisket. Slice of fake cheese and oil soaked bread. Took 2 bites and covered it up like it was dead. It was gross. Fries were cold. Beer was cold but only got four drinks out of the cup! Paid 27 bucks for a sandwich and small drat beer. I don't mind paying for quality food and service. Bartenders were all huddled together talking about who knows what. Not attentive. I refuse to pay 11 bucks for a small cup of draft beer. But I did, I drank it. Place was cool looking. Must have spent a fortune on the building out and left no budget for quality food. I see these new places open up and not last too long. In today's current situation, be fair. Build your customer base. I can't see this place lasting much longer.I won't be back and I encourage you to ask what the beverages cost before you order at this place. Beware.

I can't wait to go back and sit at the bar. Our waiter Shawn was great. Very calm, helpful and available when we needed him. The Lavender Lemonade is a delicious cocktail and a great way to start the meal. The Fat Cat Fries has so many flavors going on. They were good. I LOVED the Blistered Shishitos and Crabmeat Dip. The naan it was served with was warm and abundant. I do not like when you order a dip and hardly get any chips or bread for dipping. Tycoon covered it! Our friend had the French Onion Soup and liked it. The Steak Frites (substituted with broccolini) that our friend got looked amazing. My husband had the Wagyu Sliders and really enjoyed them. I had the Mediterranean Primavera with blacked chicken that our waiter recommended adding. It was very good. They have a nice wine selection. Not a huge list, but good.

I made my reservation on Resy. A couple of days later I get a call from the restaurant saying they needed a $25 deposit over the phone, in case we cancel. I have dined at a lot of restaurants but never have I made a deposit upfront, they would just have a card on file and charge it if there is a no show. The lady on the phone (Chelsea) said we would only have 90 minutes at our table, which is standard for most restaurants. Nevertheless we paid $25 and kept our reservation, since Valentine's Day is busy time I figured this was the reason for all of this. Upon our arrival we were seated right away, and as soon as we sat down the hostess let us know that they would need our table by 5:45pm, because that is when the next reservation would be there. Right off the bat I felt rushed. I hated the table we were sat in, because we were so close in proximity to other people. Tycoon is very pretty inside, but if you are not seated in one of their spacious booths, the other tables are so close together, you will definitely hear other people's conversations. Let's talk about the food, I ordered the Lavender Lemonade as my cocktail and that was really good. For our appetizer we had the Deviled eggs, and I was excited because I love Deviled Eggs, but these were just okay. I didn't love how over stuffed they were, I just felt like it was too much. For my entree I had the Chicken Parmesan which I thoroughly enjoyed. I thought my meal was flavorful and the pasta was perfectly cooked. My husband had the sea bass and he loved his food. To end the night we shared their Dessert Trio and that was delicious, aside from the Creme Brûlée because that had no taste. Their service was good. Our waiter was nice and attentive. I definitely didn't feel rushed by him, but the same hostess stood near waiting for me to take my last bite of pasta so she could take the plate from the table. We were watching the time the whole time to make sure we got out of there on time. Overall I was disappointed. I get that Valentine's Day is busy day for restaurants but I don't want to be rushed through a dinner that should be enjoyable.

I know my husband and I were a little disappointed at first that there was a set menu, but we decided to stay and begin our night. First of all, the ambiance of the place was great, even though they had extra tables set up for the night, and it was tight. It was still intimate, and such a good atmosphere. Our server was Nicki or Nikki. I apologize if I spelled it incorrectly. She is an amazing server. She was helpful with decision-making, patient, and just very attentive. The food, even though it was a set menu for the evening, had good options, and everything we chose was delicious and flavorful! We had no idea it would take an hour and a half for our food to show up. And when it did well, here's how it went. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had the wise guy pizza. My wife enjoyed her plate. Based on the last time I ordered the same pizza a year ago what showed up on the table was a sad echo of something that used to be good. The sauce was very thin and to the point of almost being nonexistent. The meatballs were very stingy as if they were trying to increase their margins by short serving a basic pizza. Overall, it was very dry and lacking of any discernible taste. No doubt because it sat in the kitchen for quite awhile, given the unusual duration that it took for our food to show up. I've had better frozen pizzas from the grocery store. It was a very dry and disappointing for something that used to be overloaded with flavor, sauce and meatball chunks. It was a marked contrast from when we had been here a year ago. What used to be a regular go to has turned into a sad disappointment. I'm putting it down to perhaps they had an off night. But we're not in a hurry to come back anytime soon to see if that was the case.
