When you want an easy, casual, gets-the-job done lunch, this spot is good! It doesn't blow you away, but it's affordable and a ton of options and fresh ingredients abound. We had our dog and had a solid make-your-own burrito where you can add anything you want. Would come back when I need something quick in the area.

This quick bite taco/ burrito store is based on walk in, order from menu at counter , have wait person behind the counter prepare in my case two veggie selection soft tacos from containers like subway/ chipotle choose your items. Then pay and walk over to siting area should you decide to eat at establishment which I did. It was after busy lunch times like 2 pm window gives good service and good seatings!! Good tasting meal should stop in again. There is parking sign of busy Main Street which I followed a tight entrance but free parking at back ..

We had a very nice lunch here on Friday. The ordering format is similar to what you see at Subway or Moe's or Chipotle. You walk down an ordering counter and your meal is made fresh to order right in front of your eyes. Take your pick of 12 taco varieties (fish, lobster, pork, chicken, shrimp, beef, chorizo or vegetarian) priced between $3.50 to $5.50 a pop. If you want something more substantial than tacos, no worries, amigo, because Baja also has burritos, salads, and rice bowls with 26 different things to pop onto your plate. They start at $9 or $10. Still want more? They have entrée sized combination plates (think carne asada, sautéed shrimp, enchiladas, fajitas) served with rice and beans for $16 or $17. Looking to cure a morning hangover? How about a breakfast burrito, Huevos Rancheros, avocado toast 3 ways, plus all your traditional breakfast fare like omelets, eggs, sandwiches, pancakes, and French Toast. My rice bowl with ground beef, black beans, lettuce, pico, and a spicy salsa was absolutely delicious. I had nothing to complain about, my meal was very good.

Small and cute place. Good eats. Everything was fresh. The Guacamole was really good. I do wish there was a flour tortilla option. We enjoyed our food and the prices.

The fiesta piña that did not come with piña? 4/5 once I added the pineapple myself, but don't understand why it wasn't included

No frills taco place with tons of options! Their menu is a bit overwhelming but it's nice to see all the ingredients right in front of you and see that everything is fresh! Most recently I got the fiesta piña taco, but noticed it did not come with the...piña, so had to go back and ask them to add it. Found that odd. When I asked if it had it, the waitress went to check and came back to tell me no, which should not have been the answer/what she was asking given that it's IN the name! The Sur taco was delicious. I did not enjoy the elote which I don't think I've ever said and I do jokingly but seriously say corn is my favorite food. There was something about the spice used that felt more like something you'd get in the taco section of a supermarket aisle more than something authentic. Did not enjoy. My sister got one of the tacos with ground beef and it was horrible - felt like dining hall tacos with how boring and bland it was.

Food is excellent. Located right on Main Street, it's the best Mexican food in the area. We regularly take home the party platters.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive all the way through to the bar. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of seating options and a great atmosphere. We tried the recommended octopus, but it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The sangria was okay, though it wasn't the experience I was hoping for. The empanadas satisfied the craving, and the taquitos with their dipping sauce were definitely one of the highlights. We also ordered a few mixed cocktails and several of them were very good. Where this place really shines is the nightlife. The dance floor had a great vibe, and the DJ absolutely killed it by the end of the night. While the food was a mixed experience for me, I'd definitely come back for the atmosphere, drinks, music and overall nightlife.

The Ambience: The physical space and decor were very nice and well-designed. The Bad: The Gatekeeping vs. The Reality: The restaurant tries hard to pose as a high-caliber, fine-dining establishment--even going so far as to request that guests remove their hats and sunglasses before entering. However, this "elite" illusion was immediately shattered when we were welcomed by a hostess aggressively chewing gum like a cow. If you're going to enforce a strict, upscale dress code, the front-of-house staff should match that level of professionalism. The Vibe Dissonance: While the decor was lovely, the music and the DJ completely clashed with the overall look and feel of the venue. It felt confused about what kind of establishment it wanted to be and loud. The Food & Drinks: Mediocre: The food was just okay, and the drinks were simply alright. Nothing stood out or justified the high-end posturing. The Verdict: It was an interesting experience to try once, but between the mixed signals and average menu, we wouldn't go back.

When we arrived the restaurant wasn't too busy, but since we made reservation we got a table right away. Inside of the restaurant looked nice, several tables and a full service bar. The menu had a good mix of Mexican and Peruvian dishes. I started with the mango butterfly lemonade that was such a tasty drink. For appetizer we got the Flautists, a dish full of cheese and guacamole, but the shells so hard from deep fry. For entree I got the steak burrito. It was huge, filled with decent steak, lots of rice and other ingredients. We also had ceviche de mariscos, which was full of semi steamed seafood items. The chicken quesadilla was actually good. The service was fine overall. Staff members checked on us time to time. The dishes came out in short intervals. Overall it seemed like a okay dining spot to me.

Warm and good flavor. I was eating that quesadilla for 2 days. I want to order sopa de mariscos but either I slipped or he heard me wrong, I got ceviche de mariscos. Couldn't really enjoy much of the dish. I don't eat raw food. But really big portion. People who like ceviche will enjoy it. Lots FIFA decoration. It's not a big restaurant. But it's a good size for locals.
