This is a hard review to leave as this has been our go to place for the past two years. The last two deliveries have been terrible. The fajitas (steak and chicken) were overcooked to the point that you couldn't chew the meat. I'll spend 5 bucks on the smallest guac known to man if the food is good. I visited this location approximately 30 minutes before closing, expecting to order a simple burrito. Instead, it was obvious the staff had already decided the night was over. The televisions were turned off, the salsa bar had been completely dismantled, and nearly everything appeared to be packed away well before the posted closing time. When we asked if we could still place an order, the staff avoided giving a direct answer and made it clear they had no interest in preparing additional food. If a restaurant advertises that it is open until a certain time, customers should reasonably expect to receive the full menu and normal service until then, not feel like an inconvenience for arriving during posted business hours. This wasn't an isolated incident, either. I've experienced the same behavior at this location before, which suggests it's become an accepted practice rather than a one-time oversight. Closing procedures are understandable, but shutting down operations 30 minutes early at the expense of paying customers is both unprofessional and harmful to the business. If I owned this franchise, I would be extremely concerned that employees were effectively turning away revenue and creating such a poor customer experience. Management should address this issue before more customers decide to take their business elsewhere. What concerns me most is that this level of indifference raises questions about the standards being maintained behind the scenes. When employees appear this disengaged with customer service and the basic responsibility of operating during posted business hours, it naturally makes customers wonder whether the same lack of care extends to food preparation, cleanliness, and food safety practices. I've come here several times and like this and every other Baja Fresh I've ever visited. The food is truly fresh. I want fresh, healthy food and feel confident I am getting it here. The atmosphere at the store is really positive. The music is great, it's extremely clean, and the employees are great. Courtney, the manager, is fabulous. read more

We are here using my birthday coupons which I get for being in the rewards club ! We got a chicken and steak burrito, which tasted good. They have a salsa bar and the mango salsa was really good!! Plus with the lime, it was a yummy meal and large portions too. The regular price is $11.99 for the chicken burrito and you can customize the style that you want for the burrito. I only ate half and I was full. We also nacho chips that came with it as a side. My kids don't really eat Mexican food so we got them McDonald's and pizza but in the area and all sat to eat. They didn't give us any trouble and the location was very clean. The staff were also polite and fast service. We recommend this location to others in the area. read more

Yay! There is finally a Baja Fresh in Northwest Las Vegas, Centennial Hills! It's been years since I've gone to a Baja Fresh. I used visit the Baja Fresh location in Summerlin, Rampart/Charleston. This Baja Fresh location is off of Farm/Durango. You can get here by taking the 95N/Durango exit. It's in a small shopping plaza next to Sprouts. Parking can be a little difficult, especially during the evening hours. We did a pick-up order, ordering online at Baja Fresh, Las Vegas. Burrito Ultimo - Enchilado Style (Beef with roasted veggies, Baja rice, cheese and sour cream with salsa Baja) Chicken Fajitas: Chicken with roasted veggies, Baja rice, pinto beans, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo with warm flour tortillas. Inside the restaurant, the tables were clean and all of the salsa bar was fully stocked! The team members were helpful with the pick-up order. The Chicken Fajitas is my go to order at Baja Fresh. The food still tasted the same and it was scrumptious! The price wasn't expensive either for the entire meal, less than $30.00. I had enough left overs from the chicken fajitas for a second meal! I'll definitely be revisiting this Baja Fresh location again! read more

I came to Baja Fresh specifically today for their chips and salsa. They have the best salsa imaginable. Barbie helped me today and got my order. They were very quick and efficient. I did order chips and they did fry up brand new one, so they were very fresh and warm when I brought them home for my family. It's a very casual ambience with when I went. It was very quiet. There was only probably like two or three tables at the time. This is more of a fast food place but you could tell that their products are very fresh. From what I overheard them saying is that they do not have freezers, and everything is fresh and made to order, which I absolutely love, you can definitely taste the difference in their product compared to other fast food restaurants. read more

This is an under appreciated restaurant. It's hidden away on Farm Road and N Durango near Sprout's in the Centennial Hills area of Northwest Las Vegas. I've only been to this location twice, and both times ordered my food to go. I went in today (Tuesday) about 5:00 PM. It wasn't busy, and had I wanted to stay to eat, there was plenty of space. They also have outdoor seating. They have good customer service and the floors, table, drink machine and salsa bar were all clean. The portions are generous and the food is good. The chicken fajitas I ordered came with a choice of black or pinto beans, Mexican rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and 4 tortillas. It was just under $16 with tax. I've been looking for a new easy grab and go Mexican spot especially to replace chipotle and I love this place. I got the steak Baja burrito and added rice to it. It was around $13 which is a great price. This place is so clean! I love how you can see the kitchen and how they prepare/cook the food. It was as delicious as I remember, with the only exception being there was more pico de gallo than steak . I guess that's just to be expected with inflation and shrinkflation. I have loved Baja Fresh for years. I was so happy when I heard they were returning to Las Vegas and especially pleased when this one opened just a mile or two from my house. Tonight was the third time I have visited this location and it was also the third time I was disappointed. Not necessarily because of the food, although the grilled veggies in my burrito weren't quite grilled and they were very crunchy. We arrived before 8 pm and I waited at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before my order was taken. The young man behind the counter was getting a togo order together and just couldn't break away from his snail paced task for 30 seconds to take my order. By 8 pm most of the chairs were on their respective tables in preparation for closing at 9:00. At 8:20 a family of 4 came in and were told that only togo orders were permitted at that time. All I know is that if I were the owner/manager of this restaurant I would have lost my mind tonight. I gave it three times and unfortunately this was the type of experience we had all three times. So disappointed. So wish I could give less than one star. So not returning. read more
