For those of you out there looking for the absolute best of the best, it's SVC. For those of you out there looking for the top innovation, better performance, durability, engineering, craftsmanship, and integrity, it's SVC. Over the past year I've purchased 7 products from SVC for my Gen 3 F-150 Raptor - Tie rods, UCA's, coil adjuster, upper and lower links + panhard, and the intercooler. After each SVC product was installed, it was like I was driving an entirely different truck - a far superior truck. You can feel the difference instantly - both in the dirt, and on the pavement. But let me tell you, this company doesn't just have the best products, they've got THE BEST costumer service. I recently had the pleasure of taking my truck to their HQ for some installs. It was awesome getting to meet the team and see how and where the magic happens. It's my opinion, and many-many others who I've spoken to, that SVC has NO competition, because they're in a league of their own. If you truly want the absolute best, it's SVC. It's obvious Jarrett, SVC's Owner, is only doing this because of his love and passion for off-roading. And Colin, who's the head of sales, goes above and beyond. I'm that person who always has a lot of questions and needs things explained, well Colin is able to articulate the "why" and "how" of a product in a way I understand. Since the day I reached out to SVC, Colin has personally guided me in the right direction. It's because of his recommendations, I have one badass and very capable Raptor. Jeff, the operations manager, knows more about these vehicles than any other person on planet earth. He's an absolute Jedi when it comes this stuff. I had a noise coming from my truck, so I took it to several places in SoCal, and NO one was able to figure it out. I think it took Jeff all of about thirteen seconds to diagnose the issue. And Jack, the Tech who did my most recent installs, didn't just treat my truck like it was just another job. You could tell he worked on my truck with care and patience. And boy did it pay off, he gave me back a truck I feel completely confident in, to go rip it up in the dirt. And for the cherry on top - Colin, Jeff, & Jack noticed a few things that needed to be tightened, fixed, even replaced - things that had nothing to do with my installs, but they did it anyway. I can't thank this company enough for all of the hard work they do. This left my driveway stained and reeking of gear oil--with professional cleaning estimates ranging from $400 to $600--and I spent the entire weekend in anxiety, questioning whether my truck was even safe to drive, and eventually having to return it on Monday, which disrupted my business. During this process, I was communicating with my assigned service advisor, but responses were often delayed, unclear, or evasive; messages went unanswered, questions were redirected, and clear answers were difficult to obtain. When I brought the truck back, it was described as "just a loose axle" and claimed fixed, yet no documentation was provided proving that the differential or internal gears were inspected after I had driven it for an hour while leaking. Their claim that "there is no problem" or "everything is fine" is something no reasonable person could trust. With re-gear work, any mistake or improper setup often only becomes apparent after several thousand miles of driving. This is why a formal guarantee is not just a request, but a necessity. When I requested a formal written warranty, they only gave me a $0 invoice with no actual warranty terms or duration. For days, I calmly requested two very reasonable things: a formal written warranty and a fair resolution for the driveway damage. I never demanded compensation for emotional distress or lost business time; I simply asked for accountability. After experiencing this, I looked through other reviews and realized that my experience was not an isolated incident. I strongly urge everyone to READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS FIRST before coming here. You will see a chilling and habitual pattern: dodging responsibility, being 'afraid of standing behind their work,' and sneakily adding extra charges--then claiming they are unavoidable. In fact, I later realized the overcharge I experienced was just a small fraction compared to what others have reported. You will also notice that the owner's responses to negative reviews are always the same--robotic, defensive, and dismissive. I brought my Saturn in towards the end of last year to have the coolant light checked out on my car. The coolant light would not turn off without coming back on rather quickly, so i brought my Saturn down to have them check out what was the issue, and make the necessary repairs. It took them a few tries to find and locate the problem, but it was totally worth it. When they started looking into the source of the problem they discovered multiple parts that were broken, or close to being broken. They gave me the choice of the most critical parts that needed to be repaired, and were listed on a print out so I could choose which parts could be done sooner, and some father down the line in the near future. Vince, Dan, John, and staff always do a great job repairing and fixing our Saturn's when an issue pops up, and when an issue unexpectedly pops-up. There are a couple of parts that were getting close to breaking down, so I would rather get to those repairs (If I can), before anything goes wrong when I'm in transit somewhere. They found a fan that was coming loose besides the coolant among a few other things that were broken, or breaking down, and made the appropriate repairs. Needless to say I was, and am highly satisfied with the work that was done on my Saturn--I can easily tell when I drive my car--that it has much more power when accelerating, and it's noticeably smoother when driving. 'CAARS,' has high quality repair work, and a quality staff that Vince has retained--which shows in their quality, pride, and workmanship while keeping the price, timeliness, and value worthwhile for their customers.

I recently put new tires and wheels on it, but the shocks and suspension definitely needed work. I found Suspension Plus via Yelp. I spoke to the owner Ben who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He gave my truck an inspection on the lift. He was adamant about not selling me parts I did not need. He understood my concerns about eliminating squeaks and groans of old suspension, and making the vehicle safe for my family. He identified what needed to be replaced, and what parts were still structurally sound. He showed me himself under the truck what was good and what was not, and also suggested new brake pads and rotors. I made an appointment for the following day, and all work was completed on time without any additional cost behind the estimate. My truck is now squeak free, stops great, and the gaps between the front and rear tires in the wheel wells is the same so truck has a much better, modern look.
