The service was exceptional--friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. I ordered the salmon with pesto sauce, and it was perfectly cooked, juicy, and absolutely delicious. It came with a fresh green salad topped with sunflower seeds, flavorful beans, and fresh guacamole. Every part of the meal was excellent. My son loved his burrito, and everyone at our table was happy with what they ordered. We finished with the flan, which was one of the best I've had--smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. Even the coffee was served in a beautiful traditional Mexican ceramic cup, which made the experience feel even more special. You can truly feel the love and care that goes into both the food and the hospitality here. If you're driving between Orange County and Las Vegas, this restaurant is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip!

My husband got the whole fish and I ordered the 3 taco plate. 2 al pastors and 1 carne asada. Both plates came with rice and beans. I bit into the al pastor taco and immediately spit out chunks of fat. The meat I did taste tasted very porky with no seasonings. Like very low quality pork. It was gross and inedible. The carne asada taco was ok. I ate that and a little rice. The beans tasted the same as the dip we had earlier so I didn't eat it. My husband said his fish was fried well but had ZERO seasoning. Even a bunch of limes didn't help much. It seems like they are trying to stretch their dollars by serving poor ingredients, skipping seasonings or serving leftovers. A great way to close shop soon! The icing on the cake was when we got the bill and they charged us $2 extra for blended drinks when the damn drinks were barely blended! Unbelievable! We paid and left, never to return again. I was gonna give one star but their saving grace was the server. She was soo nice and kept apologizing for the drinks and food as if it was her fault. Of course it wasn't. In the end $90 before tip down the drain for the worst Mexican food we've ever had!

If I could give zero stars that is exactly what this place would have received. My family and I ordered from here like we have several times in the past. I am not sure if management has changed, but they do not put the same care into their service or food that they used to. We ordered carne asada and pastor fries without sour cream or pico de gallo and when we got our order it was covered in pico de gallo. The reason we asked for no tomatoes is because I am allergic. We returned the fries and made them aware of the error and asked for them to remake them. We were told that was no problem and that the order would be remade. When we received our order again it was clear they did a poor job at scraping the pico off of the food and it was not remade. The food was ice cold and there was still tons of pico that they apparently tried to cover with beans and guacamole. On top of that the mechaca burrito we ordered was made poorly and we ended up pulling large pieces of paper out of the middle of the burrito because of the lack of care in wrapping it I assume. This has easily been the worst food experience we have had here in the high desert and I am hoping we can convince others to stay as far away from this place as possible. We paid almost $100 just to throw away half of the food we ordered. Baja Taco Plus this was terrible and some serious changes need to be made to your staff and service. This was disappointing to say the least. We most definitely will NEVER be returning!! read more

Unfortunately, my experience at Baja Taco Plus was extremely disappointing. I was really looking forward to trying their food, but it was clear from the first bite that they don't prioritize fresh ingredients. The prices were also outrageously high, especially considering the lack of quality in the food. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. When I tried to redeem a Yelp check-in special, the staff refused to honor it even though I had the voucher right there on my phone. They were unapologetic and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. It's such a shame because I used to love Baja Taco when it was under previous ownership. The previous owner used fresh, high-quality ingredients and offered reasonable prices, making it a go-to spot for me and my friends. But since Baja Taco Plus took over, it seems like everything has gone downhill. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Baja Taco Plus to anyone looking for a satisfying meal with good customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about the quality of their food and their customers' experience. read more

This is the most dirty disgusting place. Hair in the food and God only knows what else no wonder they only take cash, that way no one can charge back their purchase because they will refuse to give refunds. There are plenty of good places to eat tacos in the desert but this is not one of them..........I would have given negative stars if it was an option read more
