These are hands down my favorite cookies. The husband and wife who own the business are super nice and friendly as well! My favorite cookie of all time is a chocolate chip cookie with walnuts and I was so happy to find that Bake Some Noise makes them. All their cookies are good honestly. My kids love the reg Choc Chip and my brother in law loves their Peanut Butter one. The cookies are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. I highly recommend microwaving them for 10-15 seconds if you can. It's perfection!! I have bought from them so many times and shared them with friends, family and coworkers. I just ate one today, I'll order more soon! read more

Uhmmmm YUUUUUUUUM!!!!!! First and foremost, PROMOTE FILIPINO BUSINESSES. So happy to see my people succeeding! YYAAAASSSSS Secondly, holy MOLY these cookies are FIRE! SO GOOD! My friend ordered some of these cookies for me for my birthday and now that person is my best friend of all time. hahaha I got a combo box with three different flavors: chocolate chip, chocolate chip walnut, and chocolate peanut butter. And I truly loved every flavor. I was almost certain I'd like the plain chocolate chip the best, but each cookies was just as delicious as the other. These cookies texturally are some of the BEST cookies I've ever had. Not even joking. These cookies manage to be crispy on the inside and soft/slightly underdone on the inside. The directions recommend to put these cookies in a 350 oven for 5 minutes and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO THIS. I actually put them in for a bit longer (about 6 minutes) and the cookies were SO much better after being in the oven. They were crispy and warm and ooey gooey. Surprisingly, the shelf life on these cookies are pretty damn good. I ended up heating up extra cookies a week after I received them and they were still delicious after being warmed up in the oven. Overall, when warmed up in the oven, these cookies are some of the best I've ever had. I did want just a little bit more salt in the overall cookie, but it was still delicious as is. I hope to order these cookies again in the near future! read more

First of all, I was thrilled to support these local LA & Filipino independent business owners! I've been hearing the hype over these cookies and I'm not even active on the socials, so that speaks volumes to why their brand is quickly picking up a buzz throughout LA by word of mouth! Ya heard? I'll get to the cookies... but first lemme just tell you about how cute their branding is!! So dope! Their IG, their website, their mission and vibe is a nod to the golden age of hip hop! So throw in a lot of nostalgia, cute marketing, passion for cookies that is palpable, "small-batch" made to order with love from the LA-native couple & a whole lot of LA pride and you got yourself a clear runner in THE best chocolate cookie hustle in the city! The cookies really speak for themselves, because they are AMAZING! They are soft and gooey on the inside with crispy edges --everything you ever wanted in a chocolate chip cookie!! Not too sweet either and you can definitely taste the quality ingredients used. This is LA after all so I am happy to report they are made with the highest quality ingredients and they never use any preservatives or artificial flavors per their website. It looks like they are also currently working on vegan options too! The flavors: classic choc chip, choc chip + walnut, & choc chip + peanut butter. I really thought the classic was going to be my favorite coz when it comes to chocolate chip cookies I'm a purist and hands down always prefer traditional. And yes it did live up to the hype! But whoah all their flavors were delicious! Loved the walnut, not overwhelming and just the right balance of nuts. But what really surprised me was that the peanut butter ended up being my favorite! I was expecting it to be too much with the PB tbh but they use PB chips that just melt & blend so well with the choc chips when you bake them in the oven. Literally each bite I just kept waiting with anticipating for them lil PB chips! The hype is real, and soooooo on point because these cookies are so yum!! I kept trying to buy off their website but they were sold out so the hubby surprised me with them for my birthday last month and they were the main desert event at my birthday party! I mean I did have cake but these were clearly the crowd favorite. Do yourself a favor and get you some cookies, I can promise you that the wait is worth it! I highly recommend you get the variety pack because you might just be surprised to find out which flavor is your fave! Definitely bake them if you can because there isn't anything better than a warm gooey choc chip cookie fresh out tha oven, but honestly I loved them "cold" and straight out of the packaging too! LOL! Hands down the BEST COOKIES I have ever had!!!! My husband and I were fighting for the last cookie and ate all dozen within 2 days! We got the combo pack which came with chocolate chip, peanut butter and walnut. They were ALL super delicious but I loved the peanut butter flavor the most -- so good. My mouth is watering just thinking about these cookies!!! Definitely heat it up in the oven according to the directions they give you and enjoy with a glass of milk! Tried this today on whim. You stand in front of a non-descript sign and I called the number on the sign and waited for the pickup. I ordered the 3 vegan chocolate chip cookies and walked back home. To my surprise the cookies were still warm! OUTRAGEOUSLY delicious, crisp outside and gooey chocolatey inside. I lived in NYC most of my adult years and this beats the infamous fat Levains. Cookies generally aren't my choice of snacks, but I'm always down for a good PB and Chocolate chip cookie. The cookie is crunchy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. These cookies are rich and delicious. I love the soft chewy center they just hit the spot. They currently have 3 flavors and 1 vegan options, and they're all very tasty even the vegan cookie. These cookies are special. Like "Holy Sh*t Special." It's gonna come at a price that's above average, but that's because you're paying for bomb-ass cookies. The owners, Caroline and Ren, are extremely accommodating and unbelievably nice people. Bomb-ass people making bomb-ass treats. Makes sense. It comes across in the care taken with each cookie that's individually wrapped and labeled. Love the branding too. If you're complaining about how it's undercooked, you haven't read the directions. It's made to be baked for 5 minutes (we use a toaster oven). After your first run, it will become the longest 5 minutes you'll ever experience because you can't wait until it's done to shove them inside your face hole. I thought a 5 minute UFC round felt long, but this is worth every minute! Also, whoever thinks these cookies are just average -- you need to book another COVID-19 test appointment because your tastebuds may have been permanently effed. Get that checked yo. read more

Crunch on the outside, soft and moist on the inside... very difficult to attain, but BSM has mastered it. I've tried all of the flavor combinations offered, but Chocolate Chip is my favorite. I suggest picking them up, as fresh out of the oven is best, but they also save well too. Easily "resurrected" by warming them up in the oven for 5-6 mins. (as directed) I regularly pick up a box/month for my fix! read more

I've been eating cookies my entire life and never knew it could be an EXPERIENCE. First of all, Bake Some Noise drops their cookies online at 12:30 pm twice a week and if you don't get your order in by 12:35 pm, you have to wait for the next drop. That is some real hypebeast sh*t but once I had the cookies, I understood why. These cookies are like some insanely good combination of a muffin and a soft-batch cookie (hand-crafted) and TB effing H I couldn't stop eating them once I received a dozen. Unfortunately, for my friends that I said "You gotta try one of these cookies," they were gone by the time they had a chance. Also, unfortunately, I've gained some serious weight since I started ordering these once a week. Good luck getting a box because they go super quick so I recommend following them on IG so you know when they're dropping. read more

They currently offer three different cookies: Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip + Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chip + Walnuts (which is my ultimate fave). Bake Some Noise pulls out all the stops when it comes to cookies. From the carefully crafted hand shaped dough to the packaging and experience, you can tell that there is some serious method behind this madness. Upon opening the box, you know that you're going on a flavor adventure and you must dive right in. The cookies are cooked perfectly and the size of the cookies is a happy medium between being cookie content or wanting to smash another....either way you're winning. They recommend warming them up in the oven since "Cookies don't belong in the microwave!" ...and they're right!..but If you've never warmed up your cookies in an oven, don't worry about it...they're just as good and sometimes arguably even better right out of the wrapper. You can't eat these the wrong way, but you CAN end up on the wrong side of 12:40pm PST on Thursdays and NOT get your order in. THESE. ARE. A. MUST. My family and I went to check out the store at Chinatown, The place was well decorated, the people are all happy, just hanging out .... and we bought a dozen cookies for $36... When we open the box we were so excited to see that all the cookies are in pretty good sizes.. My kids couldn't wait to taste it so we all ate it in the car... So far the best cookies ever! Went to the pop up in downtown LA this past weekend. Had to see what the hype was about and to support a small business. I was disappointed by the size and price of the cookies. Cookies were so small considering they were $3.75 per cookie! Nothing super special about the cookies. I bought a dozen to share with my family and a few were not cooked all the way through. Hopefully the quality gets better and doesn't go down as they try to prepare large amounts of cookies for the pop up. read more

It's pretty fun to see that they came up with more seasonal items lately and most of them nailed it well when they came to cookies. Previously the lemon one and the most recent was the Raspberry Pistachio which I was impressed by as I just fancied sweet and refreshing combo of white chocolate and raspberry. The pistachio added more texture to it for sure. Same as any Levain cookies, best enjoyed warm and fresh out of oven. The Cookie Milk Latte was actually the main reason bringing me here, yet I was bit let down by it as I was expecting more malty cookie flavor in the drink. I felt it tasted not much different to regular cream top latte with some cookie crumbles in it.

While it didn't affect what we ordered, to be frank, their menu items are a bit pricy. On the other hand the service is great, the surroundings very comforting and the dessert display is not be missed. They have inside dining, a sunlit back area and shaded outdoor dining by the street. There are pricy parking lots nearby and, with luck, street parking is available. The lot next to the restaurant charged $20 on a Sunday, although we found a spot on a nearby side street. A hint - double check the parking signs before street parking because tickets can be very expensive and tow away is in effect at select spots. Other than parking, Bottega Louie is the place to be.

If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.
